This was my favorite part of the game. Thought I was gonna die and suddenly my armored savior dropped out of the sky reigning vengeance on everyone...so awesome!

The backflip in terminator armor is still so fucking dumb. Don't they all have teleporter in the suit, they could have made him teleport into the air and drop down to do the same thing.
@@rateros9006 you can run in terminator armor. The problem is rather that it quickly becomes impossible to stop unless you hit something that stops you. So not the best idea most of the time.
They said that this game would have the biggest units yet and all the Imperium has is Imperial Knights. Which are not Titans by the way, more like their little cousins. They're still deadly, but even a Warhound Class Titan can wipe the floor with them. And an Emperor Class Titan would just step on them without even noticing. And the guns sound pathetic. I expected earthshattering firepower, not "pewpewpewpew".
i wonder why they decided to make everything so springy and bouncy. it really looks cartoony which just feels out of place in 40k, except for maybe orks or something
Maybe it's more lore accurate cause the tech is so advanced it allows fluid movement in accordance with the pilot. For example in the books astartes are not so rigid and 'Reagan smash' as in most animations. They are described as being blurt fast and far more agile than would be expected for their size.
now that I have actually built a knight the movement of the arms makes me die a little on the inside, half of that stuff is supposed to be entirely rigid
in the lore a Titan's weapon can wipe out an entire army in a single barrage or even a single shot but here it can only deal such a small amount of damage
That's gotta be the most underwhelming representation of an Imperial Knight in Warty Thou. It's like a huge build up for a King Kong/Godzilla battle only to have them slap fight.
Look way to goofy for a knight. Pity, the game could have been a blast but the art direction and some really dumb choices made it feel really out of place.
I was extremely disappointed in this game ONLY cause I thought I had bought the Dawn of War 2 expansion. I only played the game once at my friend's house and he only told me that it was Dawn of War. So, I looked up the newest Dawn of War game and got III. I was expecting RTS with squads and all the other races. I had only played Warcraft or Starcraft at the time, and Dawn of War was sooooo much better than them both. And I had just spent all my money on the wrong game....
I know everyone likes to complain about literally everything about this game but the actual books have plenty of female knight crewmembers. One of the Heresy books has a whole random subplot about a a noblewoman and her attendants who defected from their knight world when it sided with Horus.
i swear if we could only mod the heck out of dawn of war 3 and bring soulstorm into that era of graphics life would be so good

That's what Knights do in the lore too, they are literally like medieval knights roaming around the galaxy and helping the Imperium.

No they dont have built in teleported, but are sometimes used from ship based teleportarius.
