Evacuation orders issued near brush fire in Del Mar Heights

A brush fire was reported near Del Mar Heights on Tuesday afternoon.
San Diego firefighters responded to the brush fire that sparked near Carmel Valley Road and Via Aprilia on Tuesday.
Evacuations
San Diego Police are evacuating residents who live along the ridge near:
North of Carmel Valley Rd
East of N. Torrey Pines Rd
South of Del Mar Heights Rd
West of Interstate 5
The Del Mar Fairgrounds is the temporary evacuation point, San Diego Police said on Twitter Tuesday afternoon.
