They're so corrupt, he may win anyway Stop illegal discrimination against medically autonomy. Stop sending billions to the Ukraine. What a scam. Robbing we,the people of the USA!
Billions upon billions to Ukraine. Pocket change to scratch a 7 year itch of “growing a nursing workforce.” I’d say by fall 2025 they’ll be a drastic change in the business. However, if nothing is implemented before 2030 it will be a downward spiral and by 2050…well it’s going to be devastating beyond recovery. Hell, today even, I had to wait 47 minutes for a FUCKING TB test…. I was the only one in the waiting room, 2 people left from the back within the first 10 minutes of me checked in as well. Oh and I went to a big name urgent care. So, yeah, either the where SO busy with 3 patients or just REALLY short staffed. And I went around 245-3pm because usually they shouldn’t be busy and I would be in and out for a simple TB test less than 10 minutes… but no. Keep in mind I have been a patient before (20 years), was there even just 7 days ago for a physical and TB test. Point being, healthcare is loosing good workers for many reasons and no one wants to do it and work. Hopefully they give Family Nurse Practitioners more autonomy in all states. Only a year left and I’m done with mine. 🤙
Yep! I’ve noticed things like that happening more and more lately. Someone came into my office complaining about he couldn’t get an appointment for a physical, and when he did it took 3 hours for a basic damn physical
They have been crying "nurse shortage" since long before I got involved 25 years ago. What they have is a shortage of cheap nurses. Twice as many nurses, pay half as much. The hospitals in the city were crying about not enough nurses to the newspapers. Now they are canceling travel contracts and not taking staff applications.
They need to provide subsidies to pay nurses more. By 100%. $95/hr plus for all experienced nurses.
Still not voting for him 🤫
No one cares. Maybe just sit this next one out. The aren't enough of you anyway.

6:54 Australia nurses are not allowed to leave the country? Could you please share a link for the source?
I should've clarified that laws are being discussed to not allow them to leave. Not actually passed yet
