Shirō Sagisu's works are frankly incredible, some of the best symphonic music I have ever heard, or maybe (if I'm unlucky) will ever hear. As far as awards go, it was a relatively close second only to a studio Ghibli film, which is an achievement itself.
This can be really easy, if there are clean breaks between two sections of the tracks. If the splice points have cross faded instruments, then it gets harder.
Songs like that, with this music gives me SO hard chills. Only other movie/series that had music that gave me chills like that where the animated godzilla movies, when they fought against them. 🥶🥶
