This takes me back. I used to run so many of these eastern shore routes 25 years ago. You fellas were camped at a site I know well the first night! The area got me addicted and I've been guiding ever since. Guided all over the world and seen a lot of spectacular sights but none were as adventurous as tripping in good old Nova Scotia when I was a young guy.
Makes me want to get the old Nova Craft out and head there next high water season.
Thanks for the great video guys😊

Really enjoying these videos, guys, despite not caring at all about fishing, and not being much of a camper. Great to see some NS wilderness again, I've been away too long. Love the Eastern Shore.

Noah - your video really moved around. I know your takeout but I recognize the circuitous route you took to get there following your video. Earlier in the video I was familiar with campsite that provided you great fishing - I took a brookie there one evening from my canoe facing shore - I was able to cut it into steaks! Again, I genuinely enjoy your appreciation of the NS wilderness - you're enjoying the good stuff that I treasure now in my thoughts.

I wish you guys would show a little more of the hundreds of rivers you can cruise for 5-10 days on and have barely a portage in sight. Show more of the paragon of wilderness canoeing and less of a sufferfest ,especially for those who have never done a canoe trip but would like to. As a Maine Guide in Wilderness Whitewater canoeing for the past 26 years, I worry people who don’t know will see you guys carrying canoes as far as you paddle them and think that’s a canoe trip.

Forests get overgrown like that when they're poorly managed - spruce gets in and doesn't care about over-shading or over-lapping. It's a shame, but over 95% of the province has been logged at one point or another.
