Agreed. Know what you want to achieve, look at where you are starting. Put a list of what tiny steps need to happen to get from starting point to your goal. I think people get sidetracked with things that aren't directly related to the outcome.
@@marshandet2038 I'm glad to hear it! And I'll add that the same ideas I share in the webinar can be also done in a group setting if you have teammates you'd like to include!
Thanks Layla, GOOG Job explaining what's the process. In general you speak too fast so that it's a little hard to keep up, but now at the beginning of this video, your talking pace was awesome, it was more relaxed than usual. Thanks. Sometimes I just have to use 0,75x of audio speed because there are so much details. Don't be afraid to speak more slowly. It sounds more confident and trustwotrhy. Thanks for your help.
I'd argue process doesn't have to be some kind of fancy and overwhelming business topic. What do you think?

UH! I noticed a huge improvement in the video edits and animations! Love it!!
Thanks Tom! 😉
Hi Layla! How do you recommend finding the processes? A workshop?
Already answered with the webinar
