what i love about her is that you can see every emotion she does!! in some scenes, you can see how her confidence falters and her worry shines through. her voice perfectly portrayed her panic and superiority. she’s amazing!!!
I binged watched. The last scene she's in, her eyes showed soooo many emotions and was perfect for the situation she was in. She's going to be one of the actress that's perfect for any role she's casted in and will be popular because of her talent.

I don't think she really thought he was cheating. It was just her defensive technique to detour the conversation. There was nothing she could say against the evidence. He was just finding out what kind of rotten person she actually was and she knew it, so, as per her usual, her tactic is attack.

Honestly it was breathe taking and this man just slayed it he took dong eun and stayed by her side till the end and even though when he got to know that Ha ye sol wasn't his daughter still he took care of her and went to UK with her leaving Yeon jin in the jail
Yes. Totally love that. He loves Ye Sol as his own, I mean, legally, she is his, since Yeon-Jin birthed her when she's married to him and listed him as her father... I 'm so happy with the Jae Jun ending too. TOTALLY worth it. Dong Eun doesn't have to push too hard for that ending. The painful episodes (esp. when Dong Eun was tortured) were so worth it because the payoff is AWESOME.
@@alexred829 No. This was a surprise for me because there were 'hints' of things on part 1, but yeah, the romance part totally surprised me. But Do yeung at least admitted to his wife, Yeon Jin, that he's intrigued with Dong Eun, as she seemed to captivate his interest and his mind (and it was sooo good to watch Yeon Jin so upset over that admittance). I think, if he's not focused so much on the wellbeing of his daughter (trying to get Jae Jun away from her), there would be more of a love triangle between Dong Eun-Do Yeung-the doc guy. But I'm glad they don't go that route.

Oh gosh I cried a lot in episode 12 when Mong Dong Eun's mother betrayed her again for the second time. Oh boy, SHK did portray the intense emotions and facial expression so vividly. She has indeed leveled up her acting performance. LDH is gorgeous and did so well in part 2 than in part 1. Well, understandbly, he felt more comfortable working with SHK after doing several episodes in part 1.I just love this drama, The Glory; worth watching over and over to find more deeper meaning of the events and the lines of the characters. i have a feeling he won't fully side with her tho :( !! yunjin was being very disrespectful to him here and not scared (the way she pushed him and yells at him) which means that she probably has something on him that we don't know of yet. so she would probably use it to get him on her side and he knows it since he didn't fight or yell back and let her disrespect him. i have a feeling that their marriage helps him get the inheritance and his family's business or something and he also seems like someone who is 'nice' but he doesn't like people talking badly about him and his family so he might try to hide it with yunjin and act like nothing happened. but i hope he does try to help her atleast a little and i also hope he's not the one falling off the roof in the trailer.

Just finished watching the entire series and it was seriously so good....I'm sooooooo happy with e the revenge part where she finally gets her revenge and her love in the ending .... After penthouse this drama made that impact on to hate the characters so bad...that I wish I were there really to help her with the revenge and the ending scene was so satisfying when the revenge takes place.....overall a really great drama... Song Hye Kyo portrayed her character so well that I cried when the revenge was over and Lee Do Hyun as always slayed this role too! He was there with her in every phase.... Really amazing 👏 😍
Yeon-Jin became an irredeemable monster who showed no remorse nor guilt on her actions and even went as far to portray HERSELF as the victim when her crimes were exposed!
I seriously love part 2 of the Glory and watched all the 6 episodes yesterday. Every episode is so unique and tells a separate story. im amazed at how well lim jiyeon is playing this role, yeonjin as a character does not fail to make your blood boil. she's perfect for the role. also love the look on do-young's face when he realises how twisted his wife is, bit by bit. in the new concept photos, you see that yeonjin refuses to let do-young go, so he might not publicly be of support to anyone bc yeonjin will try everything to keep him on her side even if he truly isn't, but might let himself be a pawn to dong-eun or since the first season, a bystander. can't wait!!

Just like her mother yeon-jin used her husbands status and money as a shield to get away with her horrible behavior and The difference is the mother knew (and didn't care until it came back to bite her) how vile and evil her daughter was. Do-Yeong knew she was not a good person and had been patient with her during their marriage for the sake of their daughter (whom is not actually his). But it's only until he meets Don-Eun does he realise how twisted and evil she truly is. And he feels that guilt about how he had helped her rise in the world.
Its hard to have a accurate prediction but i personally think that he will side with his wife bc he needs to have a perfect image, his reputation cannot be disrupted. but now Do-Yeong will start to dig more into Yeon-Jin past and crimes.

The casting is flawless is this series. After seeing both season 1 and season 2, I found the weak link was Lee Do Hyun, (Joo Yeo Jeong) he is good actor, but I dont think the character comes out the way it should. May be season 3 will give him the chance to shine. Hence in the cast ensemble I find him the weak link. Song Hye Keo is the star of the show and she is phenomenal is portraying the character. From the 1st time you see her on screen you connect with her. The restraint performance does falter to evoke the desired reaction of the audience. Personally, I think Jung Sung-Il ( Do Yeong) was THE BEST casting of the show. The character was written for him. Whoever casted him should get an award. I would love to his audition tape, if there is one. Does anyone know if Jung Sung il is a theatre actor?? He must have strong theatre background to nail this character. For first few scenes I did not really register him. But the moment I saw his reaction at the GO game centre when Song Hye Keo walks by him, the curiosity in his eyes is palpable. Then at the Go game, the curiosity peaking and getting replaced by interest is to the point. Unless an actor if seasoned with years of experience in theatre, I doubt they could have nailed that scene. He made the character remarkably memorable. And thankfully the all other actors were able to hold their ground with him, making each scene treat to watch. Desperately waiting for Season #3 and to see more of Do-yeong.

So from here on he calculated every move to be free and to keep his daughter far from her influence. He got a divorce that cost him zero bucks and sole custody of his baby girl. Smart man.

i have a feeling he won't fully side with her tho :( !! yunjin was being very disrespectful to him here and not scared (the way she pushed him and yells at him) which means that she probably has something on him that we don't know of yet. so she would probably use it to get him on her side and he knows it since he didn't fight or yell back and let her disrespect him. i have a feeling that their marriage helps him get the inheritance and his family's business or something and he also seems like someone who is 'nice' but he doesn't like people talking badly about him and his family so he might try to hide it with yunjin and act like nothing happened. but i hope he does try to help her atleast a little and i also hope he's not the one falling off the roof in the trailer.

I'm not sure he'll "side" with his wife per se, but he'll definitely NOT allow his family to be embarrassed. If that means protecting the reputation of the wife he hates, then he'll do it even if he wishes to kill her. The guy is a businessman and doing business, especially in a country like Korea, means having a clean image.
@@Rosula_D It will be interesting to watch say the least…especially the moral struggle he will have. He’s already made it clear he’s not the type to support people that are vile humans. But you never know…..people change their tune when certain situations hit close to home. I think he’ll be a major factor in how Dong-Eun’s revenge plot ends. More than Dong-Eun or he even realizes.

.... After penthouse this drama made that impact on to hate the characters so bad...that I wish I were there really to help her with the revenge and the ending scene was so satisfying when the revenge takes place.....overall a really great drama...
Song Hye Kyo portrayed her character so well that I cried when the revenge was over and Lee Do Hyun as always slayed this role too! He was there with her in every phase....

I seriously love part 2 of the Glory and watched all the 6 episodes yesterday. Every episode is so unique and tells a separate story. People who are not ready to accept they are wrong, who will continue to hurt others for their own ego. Spoiled brats. Well done Song Hye Kyo and team for showing us the other side of people

im amazed at how well lim jiyeon is playing this role, yeonjin as a character does not fail to make your blood boil. she's perfect for the role.
also love the look on do-young's face when he realises how twisted his wife is, bit by bit. in the new concept photos, you see that yeonjin refuses to let do-young go, so he might not publicly be of support to anyone bc yeonjin will try everything to keep him on her side even if he truly isn't, but might let himself be a pawn to dong-eun or since the first season, a bystander. can't wait!!
When i saw this final scene on episode 8, i thought this could be an unexpectancy and disadvantage for Dong Eun, but damn! This woman has everything calculated!! She is looking at them through camera 🫢🤫

While the payoff is soooo satisfactory, I can't help loving the exchange between Do Yeong and Yeon Jin (in later episode) when they're talking about Dong-Eun, how angry Yeon Jin to know how her husband is intrigued by Dong Eun. ::Chef's kiss:: For someone so narcissistic as Yeon Jin, it's got to be a slap in the face to realize the woman she looked down the most has actually intrigued and 'woke' the curiosity of her husband. NICE.

The real victim said that her one of her bullies am a nurse and another, a social worker right now. Can we seriously allow such psychopaths to take on a role that involve saving lives? IDK about the rest but the bully that became a nurse shoud have her name exposed because seriously she poses a theat to patients. If I were sick or dying, I would not trust a psychoptath to care for me. Before anyone says they were young then n perhaps changed, victim also said they nvr apologised or felt remorseful instead, smirked at her. I can only hope n trust netizens to do detective work to expose those bullies because the trauma never left the victim. Thank you!

Don’t normally leave reviews unless the show/movie is total trash or amazing, in this case this show is beyond amazing, someone introduced me to this show last week and I binge watched the first 8 episodes in a day and now im done watching the remaining 8 which just came out, please have another season. 10/10, the plots and everything were perfectly executed!!!

The difference is the mother knew (and didn't care until it came back to bite her) how vile and evil her daughter was. Do-Yeong knew she was not a good person and had been patient with her during their marriage for the sake of their daughter (whom is not actually his).
But it's only until he meets Don-Eun does he realise how twisted and evil she truly is. And he feels that guilt about how he had helped her rise in the world.
I love the ending so much.

The casting is flawless is this series. After seeing both season 1 and season 2, I found the weak link was Lee Do Hyun, (Joo Yeo Jeong) he is good actor, but I dont think the character comes out the way it should. May be season 3 will give him the chance to shine. Hence in the cast ensemble I find him the weak link. Song Hye Keo is the star of the show and she is phenomenal is portraying the character. From the 1st time you see her on screen you connect with her. The restraint performance does falter to evoke the desired reaction of the audience.
Personally, I think Jung Sung-Il ( Do Yeong) was THE BEST casting of the show. The character was written for him. Whoever casted him should get an award. I would love to his audition tape, if there is one. Does anyone know if Jung Sung il is a theatre actor?? He must have strong theatre background to nail this character. For first few scenes I did not really register him. But the moment I saw his reaction at the GO game centre when Song Hye Keo walks by him, the curiosity in his eyes is palpable. Then at the Go game, the curiosity peaking and getting replaced by interest is to the point. Unless an actor if seasoned with years of experience in theatre, I doubt they could have nailed that scene.
He made the character remarkably memorable. And thankfully the all other actors were able to hold their ground with him, making each scene treat to watch. Desperately waiting for Season #3 and to see more of Do-yeong.

The fact that Do Young married this woman and lived with her for so many years, and had to have caught these nuances in her character, such as a lack of basic manners or respect reagrding people of working class or juust basically poorer than them; makes me truly question Do-Young's character. Like how can you co-exist with a person like that for such a long time and see no bad... Was he blinded by love? But then, he never really loved her... What was it???
I like how Moon didn't stooped low, like her enemies. Generally people stopped too low to the level against those who wronged them.and turnout to become them.

So from here on he calculated every move to be free and to keep his daughter far from her influence. He got a divorce that cost him zero bucks and sole custody of his baby girl. Smart man.
