I'm glad they didn't make Ha Doyeong a villain. I love how throughout part 2, all he actually cared about is what will be the best for Yesol even though he is not even her biological father. And that simple, small act of kindness he showed to Dongeun was actually enough for her to even consider giving Yeonjin one last chance. Doyeong being this kind of character makes sense on why Yesol didn't became mean like her mother.
Do Yeong is an interesting character and Dong Eun 'read' him well. Do Yeong offered protection to Yeon Jin (I think due to her being Ye Sol's mother), as long as Yeon-Jin would apologize to So Hee's mother. But Yeon Jin, thankfully, is so evil and totally remorseless that she refuses--she'd rather divorce him. Do Yeong probably would've been able to bury the whole thing (although unfortunately for him, his wife did kill people) per bullying allegations and work to restore her reputation if only Yeon Jin would show any humanity/remorse....that's why Dong Eun asked him how far down the rabbit hole you want to know? And is this to help bury things or help expose Yeon Jin...
This show laid emphasis on when push comes to shove, people will only save their neck. The way they all turned on each other at the end was absolutely wonderful to see. The way Dong-eun and Hyun-nam set up Hyun-nam's abusive husband to fall into the trap of yeon-jin's mom was absolutely brilliant. The writer of this show and the cast deserve a standing ovation, everyone played their role so well. I absolutely love it!!

He thought Dong Eun got Hye Jeong involved ( she had access to his bathroom with the eyedrops) never did it occur to him that Dong Eun was in contact with Do Young.
I thought the punishment was perfect. Dong-Eun even hopes that Yeon-Jin is going to live a long life. She is going to be fully miserable in jail, stripped from all the power, luxury lifestyle, physical pampering, wealth, stripped of good reputation, so utterly disgraced. Even her own daughter is ashamed of her and her mother won't associate with her. As Dong-Eun intends, Yeon-Jin truly ends up all alone. It was poetic justice. I'm just a little annoyed that she's losing her mind, because I'd rather have her totally 'sober' and 'sane' to suffer through her years in jail. If she even got to the age when she'd be released from jail (assuming that they would give her parole in 25-50 years), she'd be even more alone, no family, no friends, no wealth. Her future, if there's any, is bleak, no hope for her.
I find their punishments were deserving. Dongeun may want revenge but she wouldn’t kill them (directly), she’s not a villain. Notice how their own group self destructed on its own? She didn’t have to do much in the end.

Just finished the show!! Love the characters and the build up of the storyline! I cried alot of times and seeing how Yeon jin and her friends are really bad people and finally they got what they deserved! Literally the best drama ever of 2022 and the beginning of 2023!!
Ppl talking about how dongeun should just move they must watch this clip. She literally gave this women an out. Tak accountability. But no, frankly I'm happy she didn't take the deal
2:10 It totally flew over my head that in this still photo, Do-Yeong took off his shoes when he entered Dong-Eun's apartment to confront Yeun-Jin who barged in there still wearing her sandals and smoke a cigarette. The gesture means a lot to Dong-Eun because even if she's aware Do-Yeong was helping his wife, his respect for her never changed and Yeun-Jin still hasn't learned a thing - even basic courtesy.
Done watching and it's mind-blowing..Writer nim did justice for her..I hope nobody bash part 2 cause this is what perfect revenge should be..no killing or making her evil like her perpetrators..she just does what she's not afford to do when she was younger, bringing them to the authorities.. she let every secret out to reveal their past..break their friendship.. SHK and LDH chemistry grow in this part, not rooting her with Yeon Jin husband anymore 😅 this drama deserve the best recognition and kudos to all actors..
I love how they all basically ruin their own life and each other’s life without Dong Eun has to touch them personally, just like the Go board game she loves to play, slowly and smartly. I only wish they add a scene where Yeonjin in a ‘trial’ kind of situation where the judge read her sentencing out loud in front of pers and dong eun, in the end it’s a bit anti climax in my opinion although Justice is SERVED
The series was brilliant. Dongeun's scenes with her mother, really made my blood boil. Never in my life, i wanted to jump in the screen and bang someone's head on the wall and slap so hard that their teeth would fall. Goddess her character was awfully awful. The trap for that abusive husband was brilliant, it was really three birds in one stone. And when the hyeon-nam slapped yeonjin, ahhhh the most satisfying scene🎉
She was dragged down twice ( probably more) by the thick blood mother. Goes on to show how she was betrayed by people who are supposed to protect her. In a way what Yeonjin said about Dong Eun's parents is correct.
It makes me wonder about how Yeon Jin was raised. To me yes she feared her mother but she also looked up to her. I get this feeling that Yeon Jin was actually doted and spoilt by her mother as a child (like how she dotes on Ye Sol) until she hit her teenage years. We kinda see Yeon Jin treating her like a princess and educating her daughter to be superficial (at one point Gyeong Ran was in the closet with them and had a look of concern and horror for the child ). If Yeon Jin had gotten away with her s..t. Ye Sol could have eventually become like Yeon Jin.
Que buen final para este excelente drama y los actores increíbles, los extrañare pues vi la segunda parte en un día y cumplieron mis expectativas 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Dong Eun tried to be fair. But Yeon jin didn't have even the slightest bit of remorse or regret. She threw away the chance to repent. So Dong Eun had no choice but to cripple her once and for all.
I know it just ended but I want a part 3 or season 2. Glad everyone got what rhey deserved but imo yeonjin did suffer but not ad much as the rest. Very happy dongeun didn't forgive anyone
Yeon Jin got what she deserve, cause she didn't actually killed myeong o..it's gyeong ran..due to the third hit of the bottle,so she was sentenced for her bullied victim doing..so satisfied..
@zqissaa no here's the thing. I think she should've gotten a worse punishment. Uts not only abt myeong o. She burnt fonteyn multiple times. Even the past victim who died because of her as she pushed her off the rooftop. She made dongeuns life a living hell. AND I she actually killed myeon o as she was rhe one who smacked him. If the other girl hadn't hit him he would've died anymore but more slowly and more painfully. And besides the reason rhe girl hit him was because she was scared as he had already se*ually harrased her
Surprisingly there is an Indian movie name 'Ek Haseena thi' (There was a beautiful maiden), which also had a very satisfying revenge although it wasn't box office hit. (NOTE: Please do not be mistaken! Indian media is mostly full of trash nowadays.)
This drama brings out what is happening and being ignored is modern society, a corrupted system which has been use to protect the rich and powerful, but what doesn't kill u makes u stronger. To all the fking bullies out there, u will reap what u sow someday, may not be now, but that day will come....
The main villain got off way to easy. She deserved to suffer waaaaaay more. What a horrible despicable human being. Also based on previous snippets and previews of this upcoming season…..it seems the storyline changed in the end.
I kind of wanted her to stay 'sane' so she can thoroughly "enjoy" being an inmate. She's stripped from all luxury, wearing inmate uniforms, no makeup, no cosmetic procedures, being made fun of, suffering in the weather, etc. And when she's released, due to 2 killings, she'd be in jail for a long time, so she left jail as old, decrepit woman with NOTHING. Her family will not help her and she lost anyone in her circle. Additionally, she also realized her mother didn't love her. She really has lost everything. I think it's a good revenge overall. Like Dong-Eun said, she hoped Yeon-Jin went on living for a long time.
@@tracys169 Jail nowadays is a self care vacation. I would have preferred her to be disfigured or lose a limb. What she did to the girls she bullied can’t just be forgotten or fixed. She deserved a lifelong battle with deformity like the victims that actually survived her malicious abuse have to live with forever and a day. The type of person she was….after a few years or hell months she’ll gaslight herself into not caring that she lost everything. This is how narcissistic humans work.
@@tracys169 she is sane. she id s just always like that. if you remember when she act like she was a weather reporter? her cellmates bullying jer to act like that for entertainment.
@@tracys169 she is sane just completely miserable. But even after all of that her suffering will never be enough. Especially from her actions. At least Dong-eun and those two other girls got justice.
The truth is she is only legally liable for attempted murder, because it was Gyeong Ran that finished it. So she actually got more than she actually did.
I'm satisfied with her punishment. She was miserable I jail and a loser in the end. Her ex hubby took the kid too and the kid was ashamed of her. She had no one. And she couldn't hold her money and status over people. Great. I feel the others got it worse but hers was still fitting.
Just imagine if yeon jin had remorse for what she did? Then the viewer would be conflicted. We would have symphetised with how she was young and foolish maybe. But this way is best because we are fully okay with her going through hell.
I'm sad that the guys died. They never truly learned their lesson. "A true victory is to make your enemy see they were wrong to oppose you in the first place. To force them to acknowledge your greatness."
Just finished watching this drama OMG it was so good,,I love psycho girl, she did an amazing job playing the bully , her expressions was top notch 👍but I feel she got off too easy, she needed to be punished more. Part 2 dragged a little. I wanted revenge to start right away in part 2 lol
If only she just accept that deal, it's basically an act of mercy but she just let her selfishness and ego override her mind. Now the punishment she experienced is like a death sentence to her
Dong eun: Last warning. Back off and regret while you still can. Yeon jin: So what if i don't? What you gonna do? Dong eun: Fine. Guess i gotta do it the hard way.
This drama emphasise the disparity between the rich and the poor… it’s shocking! It will never change. They are two different worlds, and never the twain shall meet… never!
If the FL gave the same and more amount of pain then the bully, then wouldn't be the FL the same as the bully, so her revenge could only be ended and succeed by forgiveness.
The revenge is perfect. Yeon-jin will definitely rot in prison and die, it feels like hell when no one will be there for you and you will be left alone for the rest of your life. It is TORTURE. A much better revenge for Yeon-jin. A lifetime imprisonment.
that was what the FL wanted from the beginning, if you remember she told the villain that she'd stop her revenge if she confesses to the police and receives the appropriate punishment. All she wanted was for someone to acknowledge what happened to her and the other victims
Yeon jin got into jail in the end. But the question is, if she was released from serving the jail term, would she turn over a new leaf, or be the same old evil witch who had not a single remorse or regret?
This annoys me so much. When people who bully someone give the excuse you should be thankful you worked hard because of me. As if they were doing it all for the good of that person. They could have died but they chose to live and that is no thanks to you
Does Yeon-jin remind anyone else of Cersei from GOT? Tywin's "You're not as smart as you think you are." really comes to mind to me during this scene. Yeon-jin isn't stupid, but she's definitely not smart either. She repeatedly tries to act tough and use empty threats against Dong-eun, each of them falling flat since Dong-eun has all the power now. Yeon-jin had a chance to salvage at least some of her glamorous life, in fact I think she's had more than one chance actually, but she repeatedly wastes them, and repeatedly underestimates Dong-eun and her friends. During this scene, after Yeon-jin finishes her monologue, I just shook my head thinking "Not smart, Yeon-jin. Not smart."
Dude idk how delusional Yeon-jin has to be to genuinely believe she did nothing wrong. I have so much respect for the actress who plays her bc her smug expressions and arrogance make my blood boil. If an actor can make me hate a character as much as I hate her, I know the directors and actors did an excellent job

What a Drama, What a Series!!! Just mind blowing.... Really waiting for Season 3..... 😍😍😍
We have another season...??
@@natashajenner227 For Season 3, we have to send a letter of protest to Netflix. If it ends like this, I will stop subscribing 😂😂😂
I thinks it's better for it to end the way it ended
I like Lim Ji Yeon outfits throughout the series. I like also her acting. She nailed it!
SHK and LDH chemistry grow in this part, not rooting her with Yeon Jin husband anymore 😅 this drama deserve the best recognition and kudos to all actors..
agree
Even at the end her suffering is still not enough and it never will be. But at least dong-eun and those other 2 girls have justice.
The villian have the most beautiful eye she looks like a Angel.
Binge watched second part too the same night it dropped on Netflix. This this is my top fav kdrama now
I love how they all basically ruin their own life and each other’s life without Dong Eun has to touch them personally, just like the Go board game she loves to play, slowly and smartly.
What I loved about the end was that it's ironic that it was the crime that Yeo-Jin didn't fully commit that took her down, karma is really a bitch.
her split second smile is a confirmation to proceed
I'm hoping this show to be as big as Squid Game cause all of them gave an Emmy award performances!
Que buen final para este excelente drama y los actores increíbles, los extrañare pues vi la segunda parte en un día y cumplieron mis expectativas 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I binge watched it yesterday and am so happy that all got what came to them. The worst death was the blind guy...no one will find him in that concrete
Dong Eun tried to be fair. But Yeon jin didn't have even the slightest bit of remorse or regret. She threw away the chance to repent. So Dong Eun had no choice but to cripple her once and for all.
Got goosebumps with the acting of Song Hye Kyo
And besides the reason rhe girl hit him was because she was scared as he had already se*ually harrased her
The Glory Best dhrama 👍👍👏👏❤❤❤
Just finished the glory and it was a big W
What’s a W? Thanks!
@@ayhtdwsei it means "a win"
@@batool2000rox Oh, I see! Thank you!
Somebody please show me a better revenge series than this one.. Sheesh One of the best revenge show i have ever watched (not limited to Kdramas only).
My name
eve
Surprisingly there is an Indian movie name 'Ek Haseena thi' (There was a beautiful maiden), which also had a very satisfying revenge although it wasn't box office hit. (NOTE: Please do not be mistaken! Indian media is mostly full of trash nowadays.)
@@pamminitin i still remember this serial, it has a different concept and is very engaging
친절한 금자씨
This drama brings out what is happening and being ignored is modern society, a corrupted system which has been use to protect the rich and powerful, but what doesn't kill u makes u stronger.
To all the fking bullies out there, u will reap what u sow someday, may not be now, but that day will come....
This is why u should never have pity or feel bad for ur bullies, they don't change
@@tracys169 she is sane. she id
s just always like that. if you remember when she act like she was a weather reporter? her cellmates bullying jer to act like that for entertainment.
@@tracys169 she is sane just completely miserable. But even after all of that her suffering will never be enough. Especially from her actions. At least Dong-eun and those two other girls got justice.
The truth is she is only legally liable for attempted murder, because it was Gyeong Ran that finished it. So she actually got more than she actually did.
just finished and this is the best
This was so satisfying to watch
Everyone's acting skills are amazing.
I'm satisfied with her punishment. She was miserable I jail and a loser in the end. Her ex hubby took the kid too and the kid was ashamed of her. She had no one. And she couldn't hold her money and status over people. Great. I feel the others got it worse but hers was still fitting.
Literally finished it today 😩🫶
Lim ji yeon rocks among all the actors out there❤❤❤
Just imagine if yeon jin had remorse for what she did? Then the viewer would be conflicted. We would have symphetised with how she was young and foolish maybe. But this way is best because we are fully okay with her going through hell.
Adoré questa serie . Spero ci sia una stagione 3
Finished all 16 episodes in 1 day, all I’m going to say is… should’ve taken that deal. 😂
Ho visto la seconda stagione in un giorno e mezzo....ho fatto poi la maratona.....fate la terza stagione vi prego ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🌹
Everyone acted so well but yo-jina was top notch. I can't stop hating her. 😅
Her
For me SHK gave the best performance, my opinion 😊
Song Hye Kyo ❤❤❤
TAKEN ❌
The Glory ✅
Well done the glory was best series I saw in revenge genre. I bet it was hard to shoot especially for SHK.
Best kdrama
I'm sad that the guys died. They never truly learned their lesson. "A true victory is to make your enemy see they were wrong to oppose you in the first place. To force them to acknowledge your greatness."
Nice place to bring out the Golden Gul, Dukat.
Just finished watching this drama OMG it was so good,,I love psycho girl, she did an amazing job playing the bully , her expressions was top notch 👍but I feel she got off too easy, she needed to be punished more. Part 2 dragged a little. I wanted revenge to start right away in part 2 lol
I thought the writer and director played this out perfectly, every little detail and why.
Arlete
Bom dia! Eu gosto muito deste episódio de dorama
Um ótimo final de semana pra vocês
São Luís do Maranhão
If only she just accept that deal, it's basically an act of mercy but she just let her selfishness and ego override her mind. Now the punishment she experienced is like a death sentence to her
Esta buenísima felicidades a todos de verdad 👍👏👏😳💯💯⚘️⚘️
Girl you should've taken the deal!!! 😂
BEST EVER 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🔥
Dong eun: Last warning. Back off and regret while you still can.
Yeon jin: So what if i don't? What you gonna do?
Dong eun: Fine. Guess i gotta do it the hard way.
This drama emphasise the disparity between the rich and the poor… it’s shocking! It will never change. They are two different worlds, and never the twain shall meet… never!
3:57 Karma IS real, and it comes for you when you least expect it.
🤣🤣🤣 and take the revenge just wowww
문동은
She should have flung that coffee in her face like Itaewon class
I'm glad she turned down the offer since it only made her suffer 16 times worse
Kim is a good actress. She is a different woman in ‘Welcome 2 life’
So too all the soft hearted forgive her people .... She doesn't understand that shes a demon let the game begin.
The villian being punished only to prison wasn't done to the pain the fl and others went through 😢
She could get burned and abuss3d by otjer female prisioners😈
At least this ending is more satisfying than only having the main character "forgiving" out of nothing her bullies.
Yeon jin got into jail in the end. But the question is, if she was released from serving the jail term, would she turn over a new leaf, or be the same old evil witch who had not a single remorse or regret?
They really did being on to them
Tq netflix for the full episode. Happy ending
That was indeed her last chance.
If she would have taken this chance, she might still have keep her daughter, her husband, her lover and her mother.
Thanks for still being psyco.
So i can continue my plan.
This was all one big game of Chess... or Go.
