Nice video I'm definitely going to sub. I like the format with the categories and whiteboard. Too bad I read almost the whole list already. Sorcery of thorns is one of my favorites, major howl's moving castle vibes. I also really like that cover for legends and Lates.
This is perfect, I've really been feeling standalones recently 😂 Definitely marking Tress of the Emerald Sea on my release calendar now! Cozy fantasy is probably my favourite? Though that might just be the winter spirit, I also love a good adventure as well!
Hahah I get what you mean! I am lately very much into the cozy mood! But adventurous is also very high! (And also feel smart lmao). I can’t express how happy I am that you found this perfect! 🫶
currently reading Circe (as borderline obsessed with Greek mythology) and Under the whispering door (after reading The house in the cerulean sea, it's a must).
Yay!! Glad you found some new books to add to your TBR!! Both very different! (The Legend of Black Jack more YA and Spiderlight more dark-humored and adult!) hope you like them!! Thanks for watching!
All right, all right, I'll read Piranesi already! I'm officially convinced to give it a try 😁 Neil Gaiman supremacy in the video! I really need to get to more of his stuff, I basically only read Norse Mythology (and DNFed American Gods...)
YES!!!!!!!! I consider this a massive win lol! Now I will be pestering you with the “have you read Piranesi already?” question!! I stopped watching the TV series (American Gods), but haven’t read it, so really can’t judge! But his other works, are pretty pretty good!
I am toot scared for the Sanderson books XD even the new standalone ah ah The very secret society of irregular witches was incredible ! The undertaking heart of mercy seems really cool ! Sorcery of thorns such a art ! Under the whispering door ! Just TJ Klune books in general ! I just finished Last of the Talons and I think that you could really like it ! It is incredible !
Hahahaha I think you’ll enjoy this Sanderson standalone! Feels very YA, sweet and funny! Very cozy!! So happy you enjoyed the very secret society of irregular witches!! ohh! I haven’t heard about Last of the Talons! What is it about?
Amazing Recommendations 🙌 But I want “One Book to Combine them All!” - which of the 16 do you feel covers the most of all four moods in one book?! 🤷♂️ Sorry I’m difficult 🙃
Ummmm! I’d probably say that Piranesi! It does a pretty good job feeling fairytale-like, while remaining somewhat adventurous and feeling cozy! (Ofc it has the “smart” feeling) and I really loved it! Have you read it already? 👀🫶
@@FunFantasyBooks most are my green flag books, The Undertaking of Hart & Mercy, Babel, Circe, Neil Gaiman’s book; I’m subscribing and will follow you on Instagram 💕
I am in love with the whiteboard and your way of explaining books! Thank you so much!
Ahh! Thank you so much! I am very very happy you’re enjoying the video! I hope you can extract some new favorites!
I love how you broke these all down into to categories! I am hoping we get more and more standalone cozy fantasies!
Yay!! Thank you so much!! I am also waiting for more cozy books, haha I seem to be in this mood almost always nowadays 😂

I love this! Added so many to my TBR ❤️
Aaa!! Yay! So happy that you loved it! Which ones did you add to your TBR?
currently reading Circe (as borderline obsessed with Greek mythology) and Under the whispering door (after reading The house in the cerulean sea, it's a must).
Brilliant!! Let me know what you think about both books when you finish them!
Ooh a few new ones here! I think Spiderlight and The Legend of Black Jack ( the new to me ones) sound right up my alley!

I thought Babel was announced to not be a standalone?
Really? As far as I know Babel is a standalone!!
What is your accent? I can't place it
I am a Spaniard! so probably pretty blended 😂
@@FunFantasyBooks that's awesome, I know very little about spain. Great video idea by the way. I hear too much about long drawn out fantasy series
