Because I know it'll get brought up a ton if I don't say anything, yes I know about the audio hiccup at 27:45. It didn't have that issue when I rendered the segment out on its own after I edited it but I did the final render a few times and kept getting the same error. As much as it bugs me and I'd like to fix it, I also don't think it's entirely worth carrying this over to another day to fix a second-long glitch in a 38-minute video and stopping myself from being able to work on other projects, so I'm just gonna hold the L on this one.

Splinter vs Shifu is a matchup I did not know I wanted until now. I love how that fits so well.
I actually got my number 1 most wanted fight last season with Bill vs Discord. My second most wanted fight (which is now my first) is Zagreus vs The Beheaded (Hades vs Dead Cells). Two hot headed rogue-lite protagonists with insane arsenals. Plus, with Dead Cells getting its final update this year and Hades 2 coming out sometime soon, this would be a good time to have this.

You can so vastly tell how well you’ve improved in writing, editing, and just general presentation towards why you’re so passionate on each compared to the Top 25.

And in general just my general thoughts on each and stuff would be like
11. Been warming up to this exponentially since I saw Brando post it in the Multi-Versus server. Definitely gotta wait for Beyond the Spiderverse for a full opinion but it just sounds so aesthetically pleasing and fun with how unique both are. Honestly rly debatable with how both (at least as far as I know) should be just baseline Multiversal on an infinite scale, I’d guess Spot only edging out due to speed? But Jobu could certainly hax with her versatility idk. Bit lengthy but it’s just so neat agaidjsosohsjsks.
10. Sarge Soldier is talked about a ton and I don’t have too much to add other than TF2 coming back would be awesome and I love Sarge. If (when) it’s written right I can definitely see it being among one of the funniest eps of the show with banter. Soldier likely outstats massively without the RvB bomb feat (Megaton or Teraton end regardless) but there’s always a bit of debate whether they’ll buy it or not.
9. Literally like my favorite match ever. 2012 is definitely the way to go with TMNT continuities to focus on for Shifu as it’s the most thematic and befitting of Shifu’s personality. Basically everything you already said is perfect for the match and I don’t have much more to add other than every version of Splinter should get beat by Shifu other than Rise. Which is a bit iffy in terms of usage so who knows.
8. Didn’t know this was a thing until FF was gonna do it and like… wow. Literally one of my fav movies against one of my fav games, I love it. I definitely think there could be a bit of an issue with how noncombative 3/4 of them are but I think that can add to the fun. Dunno who wins but I’d like my scrumplo Wall-E to win, if we don’t get a cutaway about Boomstick eating cake then what’s even the point fr.
7. Don’t have too much but it’s rly fun, I like Cuphead and Hercules a lot. Dunno if Hades rly scales to either Zeus or Herc physically but I’d guess he’d win regardless for the same reasons you said.
6. My friend’s (hi Tru) most wanted matchup, sounds rly fun. Always loved PvZ and want to know about Bloons, definitely could be fun in a unique way from other “gag” episodes if you wanna call it that. I’ve heard Immeasurable and Uni stuff for PvZ which probably beats all of Bloons but I also hear that’s not good so erm idk.
5. It’s so peak. Always been a big fan of this with how amazing the interactions sounds and especially how they contrast. Don’t have anything to add on the potential other than it sounds cool for Tighten to eventually beat down Syndrome himself as it was all according to Buddy’s plan as the Omnidroid crashes down behind Hal. As for the winner, Syndrome should shockingly win by a decent gap, at least with the Omnidroid. It’s revealed in a bonus feature that one of the heroes (Hypershock) was killed by a vastly inferior Omnidroid, Hypershock can create 6.0 Magnitude Earthquakes which can reach Large Town level (much higher than only City Block - MCB level Hal) as well as Syndrome’s tech blitzing The Parr’s multiple times who can react to Jack Jack’s lasers (which are light speed). Sorry if I nerded out a bit on research, I know way too much on both 😭
4. My second favorite matchup of all time but gonna keep this shorter. Definitely sounds better to make this fight all a big misunderstanding as the kill is more played off as accidental while either Papa Titan or God Dominio resurrecting the other as the winner apologizes. That said, Titan Luz should definitely be used as DB has used far less standard forms (Super Silver comes to mind) and it just matches Tandem Calamity Anne and the 3 Gem Anne. Besides that it just sounds so fun, would rly love them to cover it.
3. Don’t have too much of an opinion other than Kill Bill is rly cool and I like Spy x Family, very cute. Yor especially is my favorite character and I think it would be rly fun for DB to cover. There’s apparently animated shorts for Kill Bill that allow Bride to be on par with Yor in stats (minus the biggest stuff like the CB Volleyball) besides that, rly like everything brought up!
2. Again don’t have too much but Henry Stickmin is one of my favorite childhood games and Second Coming seems super fun! Would be very out there for DB to cover but honestly could do very good in views given how popular both’s series are on YT especially. Don’t know if they’ll ever tackle it but I’d like it to be at least somewhat possible 😭 Heard arguments for either but I’d like Henry to win, would make 8 year old me very happy.
1. Always rly dug this matchup, almost nothing i could say about it would be different than how well you summarized it but there is a single raw aspect about it that can be said, and that’s the debate and who wins.
Gonna nerd out a bit again but basically, Battle Beast should substantially outstat even with Boros’ high ends (especially in speed). But Boros should actually come out on top… how you may ask? Well…
Obviously both would love the fight and want it to be as drawn out as possible, but eventually speaking Boros will use the Roaring Star Cannon and blow up the planet they are facing on. People may question, “wouldn’t BB just dodge it?” Which stat wise, he could. But character wise, he wouldn’t. You cannot look at me with a straight face and tell me that Thokk wouldn’t want to die in a blaze of glory against a fucking planet destroying beam, where he would either die to said beam, or suffocate in space because of his lack of oxygen that other characters in the series like Viltrumites have.
So even if one has a greater stat advantage, Thokk cannot get around Boros regen and surface destruction attack… but more than that, just as a character would choose to lose. If that doesn't sound raw for a conclusion, idk what is.

My number one is Steve vs The Terrarian. It has an insane amount of animation potential and I’d love to see it. My second and third are Gru vs Megamind and Rimuru vs Ainz
Steve vs Terrarian could go hard as shit with what they could do
imagine them starting with their base gear then quickly upgrading themselves as the fight goes on, with Steve having to use more unorthodox ways to keep up with Terrarian's unfathomable firepower
i am unsure how strong Steve is thanks to stuff like spin-offs, but i have a feeling that Terrarian would win because bro literally fights (a weakened version, but still) Cthulhu via the Moon Lord

@@deltram journey's end is Definitely the best soundtrack for Steve vs the terrarian, and it would be amazing to see terrarian use all 4 classes in a way that makes sense (starts off with ranged, then swaps to summoner for combos, mage for some heavy hits and as a way to counter Steve's potions, then finally have both of them in their strongest armor, Steve with full netherite armor, and enchantments, vs the terrarian in solar armor welding the zenith)

1. Steve with wooden tools vs terrarian with starter copper tools, perhaps using the grapple hook, shurikens and grenades.
2. Steve with iron gear racing the terrarian with crimtane/demonite gear in minecarts in the cavern area. Steve setting up minecarts with tnt whilst terrarian hops about the track (cos you can jump with a minecart).
3. Steve with enchanted iron armor and shield vs terrarian with molten armor and obsidian shield, using various weapons like the dark lance, night's edge, sunfury, phoenix blaster etc in hell/nether (mixing biomes would be cool)
4. Steve with enchanted diamond armor + elyctra, using crossbow, trident etc (im not aware with current minecraft progression) vs terrarian with hallowed armor and any wings, using megashark, rainbow rod, daedelus stormbow, and terra blade, perhaps even with the sanguine staff and durendal.Battle will take place in the sky with them moving from floating islands at high speeds.
5. Steve with full netherite armor and gear (basically most powerful gear in minecraft) vs terrarian mixing armor sets with beetle armor, (fighting with influx weaver, horseman's blade, dao of pao, hell, throw in the eye of cthulhu yoyo), shroomite armor with its stealth shenanigans + sniper rifle, chain gun, perhaps using the pulse bow, spectre armor with razorblade typhoon, laser machine gun or Betsy's wrath, and spooky armor with kaleidoscope + terraprisma.
6. Someone told me minecraft dungeons was canon to minecraft, idk if that's true or not, so I hope there is an armor set and weapons that Steve can use that is better than netherite vs the terrarian with the celestial gear, overwhelming Steve, perhaps Steve has a stack of totem of undying and the terrarian is brutally trying to chop through Steve's many respawns before pulling out the zenith and slicing through them. Sorry if this seems like it would drag the fight on for a while but I assure you can have some character moments here and there.
I mean steve does break 1meter thick trees without winding up his hand just by swinging at said trees so id give physical might to Steve not to mention how much he can carry.@@NuclearNecro
I actually made a potential storyboard for Henry VS The Second Coming as it is also one of my most wanted Matchups of all time. I really enjoyed making it and it just makes me even more hyped for a potential AvA episode on Death Battle

12:56 Honestly WALL-E's arsenal is greatly expanded upon in the games with multiple different types of cubes which I believe would give a massive boost to animation potential. Although N from Murder Drones is my preferred for EVE.
Season 11 will include the show’s 200th episode, which is crazy to me. I’m very much looking forward to Wile E. VS Tom, and as for what I want most, my fingers are personally crossed for Ash VS Yugi this season. My most wanted overall as of this moment: Cell VS Xion.

You have no idea how much I popped off with Tighten vs Syndrome and Devil vs Hades, those matchups are so freaking good.
Anyways, My most wanted is Kyogre vs Wojira (Pokémon vs Lego Ninjago)
To make a VERY long essay short, the thematics are basically the exact same as Kyogre vs Chaos (minus the gains a stronger form because of an ancient gem), but with a very opposite dynamic, focusing more on the physical aspects and apocalyptic and monstrous nature of the two rather than treating them as purely gods of the ocean. Plus, the matchup features two of the most important franchises of my life, so that’s something.
I genuinely popped off at your number 11 pick. It's a matchup I love a ton and haven't seen anyone talk about before now which is awesome! Also you sold me on Super Brainz Vs Super Monkey. It sounds phenomenal
Solid top 10 I’d say, heck you’ve certainly convinced me on the top 3, and that says a lot since I was on the fence with number 1 for a LONG time. It’s always nice seeing people shill the ideas they wanna see for Death Battle, since I also like to help them come true anyway I can, especially the niche ones since the MUs I enjoy the most involve more niche media. Knew it! Glad to see another Henry vs TSC enjoyer. Also, from what I’ve learned about AvA scaling, TSC and The Chosen One actually win their matchups. Also also, I do buy Collector scaling for Luz, and from what I’ve learned, The Collector causally moving the Moon is hundreds of times stronger than Anne’s Moon feat. Also also also, the only reason Titan Luz wasn’t at full power and was on a time limit was because Belos was draining the magic of Daddy Titan’s heart

I'd say you did a really good job of explaining why these matchups work so well for you, and hell i was sold on several of them, notably Super Brainz Vs Super Monkey (i'm a huge btd enjoyer and always wanted a great mu for the series.) My personal favourites from your list though would have to be Yor Vs [SPOILERS🦧], Spinter Vs Shifu, and Henry Vs TSC, all fantastic and i'd love to see them myself.
As for my own favourite matchup, anyone who knows me would know Nagisa Shiota from Assassination Classroom Vs Tokaku Azuma from Akuma no Riddle takes the top spot without question, it's not a close race in the slightest lol.
Some would argue Korosensei should be the only AssClass rep we get, and while i totally understand that, i think if treated right, Nagisa could be a perfect fit for the show too, with Class E's human characters being far enough above regular humans physcially to not feel like just some randomer with a couple weapons, and Nagisa in particular having a far more unique arsenal and abilities than most other characters in the series, particularly with the Clap Stunner and Bloodlust Projection, the latter especially i feel DB could work wonders with (I should also mention Nagisa is my favourite character in all of fiction and is from my favourite work of art ever made, so that may also play a part in this-)
Tokaku is great too! Akuma no Riddle isn't a masterpiece or anything, but it's a great little show about funny assassin lesbians and Tokaku herself is definitely my favourite from it, and another one of my favourite characters in general, really.
I could, and have, written out a huge paragraph of connections, but will keep it simpler since you made it clear you prefer that. In short, two blue haired, androgynous teen assassins going to a special class within a secretly corrupt school, tasked along with their peers with killing a specific individual with whom they grow to care deeply for over the course of the series. There is a LOT more to it than that, like their familial issues and feeling bound to their mother's desires, unable to live life as they truly want to, and also a couple other things i won't mention, trying to keep things somewhat brief, after all.
Won't talk a whole bunch about animation potential, though believe me i could go on forever, so i'll just say what i believe is most important and unique. First, the aesthetic. Many of Nagisa's fights, such as the one with Takaoka, and Akuma no Riddle's fight scenes in general, have a very specific look to them, being that of heavy shadowing in contrast to bright light. Giving the fight a similar aesthetic to this would help massively in making it feel more unique. It's a must have, in my opinion. Also, due to the very low scale of the fight, it can make great usage of the environment and setting, whatever that happens to be (i always had it set in AnR's Myojo Academy to go along with my own interpretation of how the fight would play out), and it can make up for any lacking variety in arsenal that one might take issue with. I think the best comparisons this matchup has to existing episodes overall would be Black Widow Vs Widowmaker, Snake Vs Sam, and Jack Vs Afro. Oh, except make it in sprites, that fits best with both, though some cool looking hand drawn shots here and there would make my brain do a big smile.
Dialogue wise, neither should say much for the most part, though a funny bit of levity where they confuse each other for the wrong gender could be silly and funny, at least i think it would if done right (a similar exexution to the "you jump good" scene from Jack Vs Afro is what i'd point to for this). Other than that, not much needs to be said, though both could have some really badass lines in there.
I think the potential for storytelling could be great too, with their personal struggles and mindsets they have both during and outside of combat contrasting and reflecting off of one another, becoming more drastic as the fight progresses, to the point where i believe that the ending of the fight could be the most tragic Death Battle has ever seen. Assuming Nagisa wins, both characters would get the worst possible outcome to their own personal arcs, which while that might sound bad on paper, in the vaccum of the animation it actually works incredibly well and really resonates emotionally, especially as someone who personally really appreciates the more somber and emotional endings Death Battle gives us at times. I can't go any further into detail for spoiler reasons, but i hope what i've said can convince you that i at all know what i'm talking about lol.
Debate wise, Nagisa should marginally outstat due to surviving the point-blank impact of Korosensei's absolute defense transformation, and tanking hits from Takaoka and Karma who upscale from other characters, and he should be around mach 5 ish in terms of speed. Tokaku is around that level too, but it's more likely that Nagisa outdoes her just a little stat wise. Both have most of the same arsenal: Knife, hand gun, stunning weapon etc., however Nagisa's special cloth suit lets him tank most of what Tokaku can dish out, and his Bloodlust Projection would absolutely work on her, as would the clap stunner, which creates easy opportunities for a KO. Tokaku is more aggressive and would be more likely to go for the kill first, but Nagisa just has more options available to land his own, as well as likely outstating, though not by much. Very close overall, but i believe Nagisa should take it.
Honestly i could go on for far longer than i have about this matchup but i've likely already outstayed my welcome lmao. Idk, i just really like this matchup, enough to where i commissioned Yates to make a track out of it, Yesterday's Hesitance, which captures everything i've described here in song form absolutely phenomenally, would highly recommend it. It's getting vocals in the coming [time?], too! Anyways yeah, i'll stop rambling.

@BiffWeed In terms of Luz vs. Anne, the DB team said that they would give them their non-standard super forms, so we can just ignore the loopholes for how they'd get their non-standard forms. In terms of the debate, I'd say Luz wins. While Collectors are weak to Titan magic, considering how casual the Collector moved the moon, she should be able to at least scale to that feat, which would allow her barrier to tank Anne's Sacred Spell and give her the win. Either that or we can scale Titan Luz to the constellation feat in Adventures of the Elements and Titan Luz just outstats. That combined win Luz's versatility and hax (including an insta-win hax via petrification) makes me lean towards Luz winning.

#1: Doomsday vs SCP-682 (DC VS SCP Foundation)
scp is literally my favourite thing on the internet so of course this is my number one. just the idea of two unkillable monsters fighting it out in an endless stream of regenerative violence sounds awesome.
#2: The Second Coming VS Henry Stickmin (Animator v Animation VS Henry Stickmin Collection)

#3: Ori VS The Knight (Ori and the Blind Forest VS Hollow Knight)
hollow knight is my favourite game of all time and this is basically the only decent matchup for the knight that exists. ori does seem cool though and i'm interested in checking it out some time
Great list! Boros vs Battle Beast is also one I would love to see. Here’s some of my most wanteds in (mostly) no particular order.
1. Kira vs Adachi. My new most wanted after Guts vs Dimitri happened, and has my favorite JoJo villain.
2. Edelgard vs Kylo Ren. After how great Guts vs Dimitri was, I would love for Edelgard to get an episode too. Maybe after a non-Three Houses FE character though.
3. Shotaro Kaneda vs David Martinez. One more Akira episode would go hard, let alone one for relatively grounded characters.
4. Ragna vs Velvet. As one of the two people who really likes this matchup and has actually played Tales of Berseria, I need this in my veins as that game is criminally underrated.
5. Shulk vs Lightning. Xenoblade is my favorite franchise not on DB, so an episode for it with one of my favorite characters period would make me so happy.

I've also had a bit of a rethinking on my own most wanted matchup recently as well.
For a while, I've always considered Guzzlord vs Cho'gath from League of Legends to be my dream match, mainly for the connections I see in them and the potentially fun fight I vision them having in my head. Though there were two (or I guess three) things that made me rethink it. 1, Cho'Gath is infamously one of the few League champions to have basically no lore or ANYTHING to discuss for him (and also he's possibly in line for a rework meaning the connections could be lost entirely). And 2, if we do take what little he does have at face value, Cho'Gath's "infinite growth" thing would very quickly out-scale Guzzlord even before being fully fed making for not much of a fight.
Friendship ended with Cho'Guzz, now Guzzlord vs Nakarkos from Monster Hunter is my favorite matchup. I think it's just as thematic as Cho'Guzz if in different ways (Guzz'kos being invasive eldritch draconic monstrosities that lay whole ecosystems to waste by eating the absolute shit out of everything in sight using their mouth-like tentacles and toothy gaping maws), and I think it could be a lot more fair and debatable with how their powers, movesets and physiologies bounce off each other that can offer a potentially fun fight (though I'm not sure what the generally agreed power scaling of them is comparing them to other Pokemon or Monsters respectively, so choosing a winner based on that could be iffy). I also recognize that Deviljo is the relatively more popular matchup for Guzzie and would be funny (even though it's basically the creature equivalent to putting a pickle in a blender), but again, I personally prefer Guzz'kos, and is now my new dream match.
granted I'm also fully aware that Guzzlord getting onto Death Battle at all before virtually ANY OTHER POKEMON is a pipe dream, but it is a dream nonetheless ;w;
If you're looking for other Portal matchups, might I recommend Wheatley vs Hooty from The Owl House? In spite of both being essentially living locations, Hooty's legs and the absolute scale of Aperture Laboratories makes the fight dynamic surprisingly workable and their personalities would bounce off each other really well. I don't see it talked about much, but it's absolutely my favorite Portal matchup at the moment (though you might've sold me on P-Body and Atlas vs Wall-E and Eve!)

Robotic AI with lifeless voices that have correlations with cake.
V1 from ULTRAKILL and Chaos from Heaven's Lost Property would be an awesome matchup to see. They have a surprising amount of connections and most people dismiss Heaven's Lost Property when it actually has a lot going for it. So hopefully this will encourage people to give the series a go. Especially the Manga.
Neat list. There were many picks I didn't expect. Though I do disagree with Hades vs The Devil somewhat. I don't dislike the matchup. In fact, I can kind of vibe with it, but I think The Devil vs The Snatcher from A Hat in Time would be a better fit. If you've played the game, Snatcher is arguably just as charismatic as Hades; so the banter between him and The Devil would be pretty hilarious. Plus, they have the connection falsely promising not to kill their targets if they sign a contract with them. Granted, Snatcher doesn't have too many feats in the game, but he at least has the Death Wishes which are implied to be dimensions he cooked up one day. That's just me though.
These are some good matchups, and I would like to see some of them at some point. Hades VS Devil, Sarge VS Soldier, and Anne VS Luz being some of my top picks from your list.

Super Brainz vs Super Monkey is my most wanted matchup. I love both games and I have some ideas of how the fight would go.
The setup would be Super Monkey in a place like Monkey Meadow popping bloons like usual. Then he sees the airship that the zombies use to go into ops (from gw2) and is confused. He instinctively throws a dart which just bounces off and makes a clink sound like the one from Galactus vs Unicron. The ship flys away and Super Monkey goes back to popping the bloons. But soon after Super Brainz lands behind him (superhero landing style) and picks a fight. After some time Super Brainz overpowers the Super Monkey with few upgrades. But then two more Super Monkeys appear for the save and each go down the different upgrade paths. Super Brainz then calls on the other Super Brainz variants to aid him and each of the different characters go at eachother. Once all of the Super Monkeys are fully upgraded and the Super Brainz are in their legendary forms you could bring out the Vengeful True Sun God but that requires other things and might not make sense (would be cool though). Then have each have their strongest attacks collide, having the Super Brainz using their super ultra balls to make one massive one and the Super Monkeys either all trying to shoot the mega ultra ball down or combining into the VTSG. This clash could break reality (wouldn’t be very accurate but eh) and show something like pvz Heroes Super Brainz fighting the Super Monkey from the Bloons Super Monkey series or the BFN Super Brainz fighting the Bloons Pop Super Monkey or some other combination of those, similar to Goku vs Superman 3. Im not sure who would win but I like Biff’s idea if Super Brainz won. I can imagine this being 3d but I’m sure sprites would also work great.

One of my personal favorite matchups, that I may have actually created, is Mr. Immortal vs Lord Death Man(Marvel/DC). Basically just goofy loser hero vs villain dynamic with them mainly known for not dying. I could see this being treated primarily as a joke episode ending with a double KO or give them access to their universes' weapons to try and fully kill the other.
The Second Coming vs. Henry Stickmin is my most wanted. I think web media has been criminally underrepresented in the series so far. Only two web series have been used so far. Both were created by the same company and one of them has only ever done same series matchups. Only two webcomics have been used so far. Both were made by the same person and both are more well known for their manga and anime adaptations. And we've yet to see a single web game represented. There's so much potential for interesting combatants to be found on the internet. Newgrounds alone has many characters with nearly two decades of history.

I think for me one character I would almost love to see them try to work with, even though probably wouldn't be likely and haven't played his series myself: It would be Gunvolt otherwise known as GV or The Azure Striker. His powers over electricity might seem simple but as the series progresses and especially in GV3 he just becomes quite the powerhouse. But even I am not certain how he would stack up against others and especially against feats or powers of other electrical based combatants.
(Also Gunvolt series was pretty much built on flashy/cool, so if the animation crew really wished they could really go all out if they wanted)

The matchup is quite popular and was on the ballot so it's chances of happening are likely. Plus they could capitalize on views when silksong eventually comes out lol

10 Berdly vs Martlet (Deltarune vs Undertale yellow) I probably have the most to say on this one? The connections may not be great but holy shit this could be the all time best joke episode. Imagine Hercule vs Dan but instead of them both being basically the same character, have one act like the coolest shit since sliced bread while actually being pathetic the whole time vs the other who is trying their absolute hardest to fight back and look professional but fails to no end. You gotta have berdly land near one of the puzzles in Snowdin but then mess it up 2 seconds later. You could have a spin on martlet’s part of the original UTY fight where she asks for you to insult her, berdly then gives the most pathetic gamer rage insults possible, that ironically make martlet cry. The transformation into zenith could also be completely accidental as well which would be funny, sadly berdly probably wins though.
9 Slenderman vs enderman this could be a cool short horror fight with a fight progression that really writes itself and an interesting debate. I’d be interested in this, also it’s both’s best opponent don’t @me
8 Tarnished VS Champion Link (eldin ring vs Zelda tears of the kingdom) alright, fuse chosenborn with link vs cloud… self explanatory really.
7 Scott the Woz vs Scott pilgrim. No seriously, this is not a joke episode this would be legitimately really cool and close surprisingly. The fight potential is really great with this I think yet again it has a great progression course featuring pilgrims love and understanding swords. I think it would be cool if pilgrim was characterized as an asshole the whole fight until towards the end he gets hit with the madden curse, and all the spirits from the madden curse haunt him and berate him on his failures in life that overwhelm him and he dies. He would than come back from it with his 1-UP and come to terms with his wrongdoings in life and unlock the understanding form. Also holy shit if you don’t have A MINIMUM of 20 Scott the woz references wtf are you doing?
6 crazy Dave vs Richthofen (PVZ vs COD zombies) near me out on this one. While still a stomp it could be closer than both their other most popular mu’s could warrant removing all of Richthofen higher end god shit to make it more fair and truthful to the characters and have a really cool dynamic.
5 bendy vs cuphead. Saying “the DBX is the most this could bring” is a MASSIVE disservice considering their new material. Also very debatable in my eyes. Seriously this explains itself you know why it’s here

Scott vs Scott is a really fun idea, I just don't see Death Battle being the show for it honestly with them not being interested in Nostalgia Critic vs AVGN due to knowing the people well and not wanting to be disrespectful towards them.
Kirby vs Sackboy is my personal most wanted.
Both are adorable mascots of rival companies that secretly as some of the strongest characters from their companies.
Plus one is my favorite fictional character of all time and the other is in my top 10.

As for me, I’ve got an oddball matchup with really good connections
Osiris from Destiny vs Qui Gon Jin from Star Wars
1. Older Space Wizards Remebered for their skill and power
2. Both have a student who we met before we met them in terms of appearances(we meet Obi Wan and Ikora before either were ever introduced)
3. Both of their students went on to mentor a chosen one in one way or another(the young wolf and Anakin)
4. Both fought a dark foe and lost, resulting in their student blaming themselves for it(Ikora guilty about not seeing though Savathun’s trick and Obi wan regretting not being their to save his master)
5. Both were known for arguing against the ruling council of space wizards in their universe(Osiris was exiled for casting sympathy on the fallen and speaking out against the vanguard and Qui Gon was always outspoken against the Jedi council)
5. Both warned about an approaching darkness, and people didn’t believe them(the vex and sith respectively)
6. Even after their fall, they continued to help the heroes afterward(Qui Gon as a ghost and Osiris continuing to teach the guardian about Strand despite losing his light)
7. Both use a burning sword(lightsaber and Dawnblade)
8. Both fight hordes of robots(vex and battle droids)
Destiny scaling is absolutely absurd though so the winner is no contest
A fight I like to see is Sash Lilac VS Ridley (Freedom Planet VS Metroid).
But what I more specifically want to see,that could be done with other matchups, is a fight between good and evil that truly feels like EVERYTHING is on the line.
You see civilians, soldiers, major characters from both sides having their individual fights and somehow, the outcome of this war magically depends on the outcome of that one main fight.
But if the Water Dragon fails to pull through the Cunning God of Death, we might be unfortunate to see the saddest ending ever on Death Battle.
Granted, what I have in mind, kinda dwarfs every season finale in terms of scope and length, so I doubt if this fight would to happen, that it would match my dreams.
It surely would be an emotional rollercoaster.
Looking back, I could very easily see DB using *either* 2003 or 2012 Splinter if they did Splinter VS Shifu. They're both stupid popular and would both likely get the most emphasis in the analysis, so, chances are, it would pretty much be a coin toss.
Though, if they did pick one character to use the 2012 version for, it definitely would be Splinter, I think, so, who knows.

Honorable Mention: Lucifer Morningstar (Hazbin Hotel) vs The Devil (Cuphead). One of the few kinda recent matchups that I genuinely love, Hazbin Hotel has been a great show to watch so far and I adoooooooore Cuphead, both the show and game. This would be entertaining as a musical, because with these two making it not that is out of the question, and the witty banter makes me foam.
10: Bowser (Super Mario) vs Dr. Eggman (Sonic the Hedgehog). These two are in desperate need of a runback, they have so many abilities and armies that they could utilize, a full composite of these two would honestly be pretty welcomed, and Dreamy finale would be so fun.
9: Eeveelution Battle Royale (Pokemon): I agree to an extent on your opinion of battle royales, but this is still one that I think could work as very little dialogue or in depth analyses really needs to be done for this one, and it brings a lot of pokemon to the table.
8: Naruto vs Luffy (One Piece): I've wanted it since One Minute Melee's episode and I still think it's the best for both. Now that both of them have their special super ultra amazing forms for their final abilities I think it finally has the ability to be done.
7: Yor (Spy X Family) vs Beatrix (Kill Bill): I have basically nothing to add to this one that you didn't say already.
6: Kim Possible vs Nigel Uno(Codename: Kids Next Door): While not their most popular matchups, it's pretty handily the best for both in my opinion with simple but fun connections, dialogue and fight setups that practically write themselves, and a great representation of two of my favorite 2000s shows.
5: Ness (Mother) vs Frisk (Undertale): Since I'm using your same rules, I'm not doing Sans vs Judge since I have yet to play OFF, but I love Undertale and Earthbound and this one is in the teams "one day" section for good reason, as it has great fight potential, sprite work that could do a lot of neat callbacks to the games, and oh my god the thought of Mother and Undertale music mixing is enough to burst.
4: Chris (Total Drama) vs Junko (Danganrompa): Now that I've finally played Danganrompa, I can pretty handily say that the Total Drama comparison is pretty well earned and these two ego-maniacs are perfect to fight each other with weirdly similar arsenals, fun dialogue potential, and a death I would legit drool over.
3: Koichi(JoJo's Bizzare Adventure) vs Uraraka (My Hero Academia): I love these two passive beebs and having them interact off of each other alone is enough to make me really want this one. I know Kat's the more popular one for Uraraka but I think this one is A, more interesting to talk about as Koichi handily loses stats but not hax, and B, I again think the two interacting with each other is enough to want it.
2: Rose Quartz (Steven Universe) vs Raven Branwen (RWBY): It is SHOCKING, to me, how similar these two are. It also shocks me how interesting the fight dynamic could be if you truly think about it and how easily the choreography could be made. An easy vocal track could come from this, transformations to pink diamond and maiden mode would be very fun (yes I know technically both aren't transformations but bare with me) and I just want more from these two.
1: Aladdin vs Timmy Turner (Fairly OddParents): A match that I'm surprised nobody talks about as these two guys have near identical backstories, making good connections, introduce two brand new series, have a team dynamic (obviously the genie and fairies would be part of their arsenal), and even introduces a close debate given how a rule for both sources of magic is they can't kill each other. On top of that, it's the single easiest OST to make as Friend like me and the Fairly OddParents theme are pretty close in... everything and the banter and choreography, again, write itself.

Two powerful warriors who witnessed their closest friend become corrupted by darkness and weren’t able to save them, yet the two find the strength to keep going regardless. My number one most wanted is probably any matchup Dio loses (Sakuya Izayoi is the main one coming to mind), but for more precise suggestions Bowser vs. Eggman is a classic suggestion and then there's the more obscure Arle Nadja vs. Reimu Hakurei.
I would love a becker character, but i think itd only work if they worked with his team, either just have them there to help, or hell, have them animate it, i cant say for sure if they would do that, but i wouldn't be surprised

Fr, though, I predicted the match-up would be here after seeing the funny orange twig boy on the thumbnail picture, but I didn’t think it would rank this high. It makes me very happy to see it be this high, though, as while I would prefer AvA 6 to finish first (and maybe do Steve VS Terrarian first, idk???), I think I would call this my most wanted match-up ever. I love both series a lot, and the match-up itself would basically be "creativity, the death battle" due to how much both characters can do and how much they have access to. I personally think TSC wins, even without whatever the hell happened in Animation VS Physics, but I'm not here to VS Debate.
Gushing aside, though, I think you did a great job with a video. It was an excellent choice to start the new year while giving the... uh, mediocre past a more modern and much more enjoyable coverage. Did a good job going over and giving your takes on match-ups I'm familiar with in your usual Biff Weed way, while also getting me interested in ones that I don't know as much about. Generally good all around, and I'm looking forward to seeing what you do next.

Well, since you asked, my most wanted are
1. Rorschach vs V (Watchmen vs V for Vendetta). They’ve done mainline Marvel and DC, and now they can tackle series that are owned by them but don’t share the same verse. Yeah, they’re owned by DC, but neither character scales to any of their stuff (Rorschach is dead by the time Doomsday Clock came out and V for Vendetta is in its own universe).
2. Alita vs 2B (Battle Angel Alita vs NieR: Automata). I love the Alita series and NieR is one of my favorite video games of all time. It can be high octane and have a battle in the digital world.
3. Liu Kang vs Jago (Mortal Kombat vs Killer Instinct). It’s one of the biggest fighting game matchups they haven’t done and MK1 added some new potential for the fight.
4. Palpatine vs Xehanort (Star Wars vs Kingdom Hearts). Unlimited power scene and Kingdom Hearts should come back after the nothing burger of Sora vs Pit.
5. Gorr vs Saint Walker (Marvel vs DC). Lantern fights are some of my favorite comic fights. Gorr is a cool character and is probably my favorite of the modern Marvel villains. Plus, covering other Lanterns besides Green would be interesting to see.
6. Kenshi vs Kanan (Mortal Kombat vs Star Wars). Blind swordsman fight would slap and a Star Wars matchup that doesn’t cover the movies would be interesting.
7. Patrick vs Goofy (SpongeBob SquarePants vs Disney). I love these two characters and SpongeBob vs SF Aquaman showed how much potential the SpongeBob SquarePants series could bring to the table.
8. Lex Luthor vs Eggman (Super Friends vs AOSTH). Would be fun for another Super Friends matchup and AOSTH would be fun to cover.
9. Gru vs Megamind (Illumination vs Dreamworks). Like, it’s one of the biggest animated movie matchups.
10. Soldier vs Sarge (Team Fortress 2 vs Red VS Blue). Bring back TF2 for a good episode and RvB for an episode that’s not against itself. Plus, RvB is ending so it could happen in S11 or the season after.

Boros vs Battle Beast is definitely one of my most wanted but my personal fav would have to be Amazo vs Super Adaptoid. A Justice League vs Avengers fight where you don't have to pick members and great combination attacks

Yor vs Beatrix is not a match but a one side smashing in yor's favor. I mean, there is still manga material it has not been animated, like her sending a ball outward space. She also outmatches Beatrix in speed and durability. Even the 5 points hit is useless since Yor also use pressure points in her killing so she can just undo that

1: Necrozma vs The Radiance (This was my most wanted for so long when I got into DB)
2: Hovernyan vs Grovyle (Yo-Kai Watch was my favorite game and I watched the anime in the first few seasons, got cancelled tho)
3: MII vs New Kid (Got bumped down a few spots due to the top 2, but will still be hyped)
4: Pickle vs Spear (Baki vs Primal) I like this for the potential of some neat transformations (Pickles primal form and the potential hulk-esk form for Spear)
5: Bowser vs Eggman (Self Explanatory)
My one wish for a Henry vs TSC battle would be if they had a literal scream off, Since Henry destroyed the toppat satellite by yelling and how TSC’s words are a physical entity that sent green flying across the desktop.
My most wanted match-up feels like it changes frequently for various reasons, but more than anything I just want a good Guilty Gear episode. You get a lot of variety with how varying the characters get with their abilities, scaling and personalities, an obviously great track to accompany it, and any number of match-ups to choose from (personal favorites are Venom vs Zato-1, I-no vs Homura and Mewtwo vs Ramlethal). And it'd be nice to get an episode on the series that doesn't just riff on the story for it's entire analysis and have a lackluster fight in spite of being from a FIGHTING game series.
Another cool one is Gohan VS Sin
One I'd like to see, based purely on theme not so much on fitting match-up, is Riku from Kingdom Hearts vs. Cassandra from Tangled.

Devil vs Hades would be a killer Halloween special
It's possible I did the maths incorrectly, but I think vaporising the moon actually requires less energy than stopping or moving it does (not that that's relevant on its own, since Anne does both.)

My personal most wanted is Samus aran Vs Sol badguy. Both really cool bounty hunters with tragic backstories. Both are also hunters of something that they are or become (Samus hunts Metroid and becomes a Metroid Sol hunts gears and is a gear)
They both also have an install transformation with samus’s Metroid suit and dragon install for sol
The Death Battle I'd most like to see is Cure Felice vs Kaname Madoka. I'd really think it'd be nice to see more Magical Girls in Death Battle, and I'm kinda surprised Madoka hasn't been used yet. I was originally considering Yuuki Yuuna due to thematic similarities of their shows, but after binge watching Precure, I figured Cure Felice was a better fit. Both are Magical Girls who end up becoming effectively Gods in their respective universes, and originally start out under the protection other Magical Girls of their respective shows before they become Magical Girls themselves; Madoka being protected by Homura and Felice by her mothers. That and with how they're both incredibly capable fighters in their own rights as regular Magical Girls, I think the fight would be very interesting.

I know they'll probably never do it, but I really want Doomsday vs SCP 682. I'd imagine the fight taking place at a Foundation site where other SCPs could get caught in the crossfire, just imagine Doomsday using 173 as a weapon against the big lizard.
BiffWeed, personally, the one Death Battle i want to see is Zeref from the anime FAIRY TAIL vs Ainz Ooal Gown from the anime Overlord. both are some of the most insane Evil Dark Mages in anime i have ever seen and they can do a lot of crazy stuff with them based on there lore and the lore of where there from
My number one most wanted death battle for a while now has been Hades from Kid Icarus Uprising VS Aku from Samurai Jack. No real thematic reason, I just think these two characters personalities would bounce off each other really well.
The set up would be pretty easy. Hades's army attacks Aku's tower and Aku defeats them quickly, just for Hades to arrive on the scene and comment. "Sorry to keep YOU waiting. But now that I'm here, let's get this party started."
Honestly just look up some of Hades's most popular quotes and you can understand why I want to see him and Aku meeting. I can just imagine how annoyed Aku would get at facing someone who isn't taking him seriously after dealing with Samurai Jack for 50 years.

- I've wanted both of them in a Death Battle for years, but only after that DB Cast did I think of pitting them against each other. Huh.
- IDK who wins, Vilgax has more versatility from Alien Force onwards, but Ridley's feats are pretty up there.
Master Chief VS Doom Slayer (Round 2)
- Do rematches count? Fuck it, I'd say it counts. There's been a LOT more for both these characters since 2011, *_especially_* Doom Slayer.
Nero VS Hellboy (Devil May Cry VS Dark Horse Comics)
- Half-demons who hunt demons for a living, and have funky-looking right arms.
- I love DMC, and it's well overdue for a return to DB. Why not give Nero a shot after his father and uncle already appeared?
- I doubt Nero wins against Hellboy's full power, but as long as he shouts "FUCK YOU" when pulling his Devil Trigger it would soften the blow.
Roxas VS Kirito (Kingdom Hearts VS Sword Art Online)
- Teenage boys wearing dark coats and dual-wielding Black and Blue-ish blades.
- Both have some trauma related to being trapped in a virtual world... and watching their black-haired female friend die in front of them.
- I'd assume Roxas wins because KH scaling is bullshit, but idk maybe if they give Kirito his Alfihiem / Aclization skills and equipment?
Enrico Pucci VS Jedah Dohma (JoJo VS Darkstalkers)
- Dark Messiahs of opposing biblical attributes - a man of “God” VS a "noble" Demon - who plan to reset the universe and create their own version of utopia.
- Made in Heaven is an absolutely busted Stand... in the context of JoJo. Pucci is absolutely not killing a demon lord who scales above *Pyron* and has the single most busted healing factor in fiction (Jedah casually _mutilates himself_ for his BASIC attacks).
Ruby Rose VS Maka Albarn (RWBY VS Soul Eater)
- Anime schoolgirls with a red & black colour scheme, wielding large scythes and whose power primarily comes from their souls.
- With RWBY's future as ambiguous as it is right now, might as well bite the bullet on this sooner rather than later.
- Ruby's faster with her semblance, and I like her more as a character, but I struggle to see her winning.
Travis Touchdown VS Jack Cayman (No More Heroes VS Mad World)
- The protagonists of (oddly similar) M-Rated Wii games.
- There has to be a monochrome art-style at some point, and the track would absolutely fucking slap.
- No More Heroes III alone means Travis stomps, even if Jack has Anarchy Reigns feats.
Batgirl / Orphan (Cassandra Cain) VS Wolverine / X-23 (Laura Kinney)
- Literally bred to become the perfect assassins, but rebelled against their abusers due their trauma over the blood on their hands, and instead became legacy superheroines.
- Laura's a mutant with Adamantium Claws and a healing factor, but Cass is a *godly* fighter and her Body-Reading ability is literally just Ultra-Instinct with extra steps, to make up for her being a squishy human. More debatable than you'd think.
- Cass is my favourite character on this list so I'm heavily biased... but idk how they'd do the death tastefully if she wins, since her single-most defining character trait is being even _stricter_ on the No-Kill rule than Batman himself.
