If ALT + M is not opening the merge tab for you, blender changed and its now just M, not alt and m. Hope this helped some people
For people on mac: fn + M worked for me
how do I get the view type thing if I press 1 it doesnt work for some reason..

For those wondering: To merge the cube At Center you need to press M on your keyboard, not alt M. Hope this helps!

Note: Blender changed the "apply" button. You now have to click on the upside down triangle drop down menu and click "apply"

For anyone that is watching this and is confused about the Game Explorer not being there when you click the view tab, more recent roblox studio uses the Asset Manager which is almost the same. For this purpose it can be used in the exact same way as the Game Explorer so just follow what he does with the Asset Manager.
super based tutorial, subscribed. Some of us cant model to save our lives but these "hacks" abusing modifiers are super welcome. Could you perhaps do more of these? I know it doesnt apply to things that cant be procedural like a "house" but more baby tutorials are nice.

add a subdivision modifier this is much better then at the bottom I key and its even better, then shading gradient and we're good

@@Cleverwolfano in general, i go to the edit mode by pressing tab, select a vertex I need, press E and move the cursor. I don't remember how exactly I was doing this tutorial but it works for me. I'm not confident with Blender so idk if that was helpful
when i use the color grid to texture it doesnt use the any of the colors that i put it on. Just goes straight to grey almost as if its not picking it up

its the same thing except use a pyramid for leaves :)
Use cylinders, resize them to look like small leaves and then wrap them around the tree then add knife cuts

How come I cant unwrap when im in editing mode like its just grey and I can put the tree into the palet so I can change the branches to brown please help

Pan is Shift+middle mouse button and rotating around is just middle mouse button and zoom obviousely is scroll with middle mouse button.

What do i do if the Textures dont work with the tree? Like, i export selected item only with the leaves and trunk selected, then i put it into roblox and it loads without textures.

When I import it the colour wont show, i have tried re exporting it and it never works, but i didnt use the colour grid as half my tree would appear rainbow.

For some reason, i can't UV texture the trunk
I'm on Blender 2.93.0 and it doesn't let me project from view the trunk of the tree even though I have it selected. It let me do it with the leaves, but not with the log, why?

Whenever I create a mesh and import it into roblox it never works and says 'retrying'. What should I do?
i can't color the thing brown when i press image texture it turns dark brown so i i click the image and it turns into a very light brown and even if i choose blue it doesn't change

@@mbthedev Hello, first I join(ctrl+j)all the items with the same color(lets say a tree, all the leaves will be joined and all the trunks will be joined as well,therefore you have to separate objects) then exported it as .fbx, then import it to roblox then the items leaves and the trunk should be two different meshes

If i go to material preview the edges get a realy ugly "bug" i guess. The edges are coverd in smale dots with multible covers. Whats this about? doest it matter?

My Ico Sphere becomes a straight uo sphere and the button to change that doesnt appear
