Amazing amount of detail, thank you for taking the time to explain in detail how to install the quarter panel. And thank you for showing us how to make the adjustments when things don't fit, which is real world stuff. You are a true craftsman and professional!
@michaelturner7770 thank you for the support. I hope to be back with new and better content this year.
Wow. This IS by far the most thorough quarter panel install video I have ever seen. And I have watched a LOT of First Gen videos. The up close, multiple camera angles make me feel like I am right there- learning the tips of the trade. Thank you , Jubee!!! And thanks you all the contributing you tubers that he listed. What a great community of heads that have tips and tricks and just overall skill to make this a hobby that anyone with some mechanical skills can relate to.
Thank you for sharing. FAN-tastic video👍.
Thanks for your support. God bless you and your family
This break over edge hammering is the best tip I've ever seen!
Great video!!! Anyone doing a quarter panel for one of these cars should be watching this before as the level of detail you provide and different scenario's on what you can run across is perfect. Thanks for putting it out and showing how its not as easy as just throwing it on the car and it aligning perfect!
We joke around on Tech Talk Tuesday at 6:30 every Tuesday how Jubee can throw one on from the road. He does make it look easy. All his videos are really thorough.
Love your detailed information and tips. The camera work and close ups are great at showing exactly what you meant to demonstrate. The best instructional videos I have seen. Keep up the great work!
@phillipquist2372 thank you so much. Thanks for the support. Praying God blesses you and your family this year
WE APPRECIATE YOU JUBEE. WHAT A GREAT QTR PANEL DISPLAY!
I want to thank you for the great video.. We are installing full Quarter panels on my 1967 Chevelle SuperSport. Left is GM panel , Right is aftermarket Jegs. They are full panels with sail. Could not get the left to move all the way forward to snap flat in the drip rail. I used your technique of tapping the rear corner with a dead blow hammer. After 2-3 good blows it moved all the way up and forward to fit perfect into place.. Thanks for
sharing your knowledge!
Nice work and the best tips around on fitting body panels l haven't watched in awhile but still a big fan 👍🇺🇸
Great Stuff Man!
Thanks brother. Hope all is well and you have a blessed and wonderful 4th

Try the air hammer and adjust the air to the point you can use it.i don’t know if it’ll work but it may
Awesome video
I watch your Videos all the time I am working on a 69 Camaro too, But just have the floor pan and the trunk floor and the rear rails. on the jig. Waiting for more parts to come in?????
Do you ever have a problem with gaps once you install the weather-stripping or make the doors 6,000 times heavier when all the glass and mechanisms are in? Also, do you ever have a problem with the windshield and back window area fitting or do you even check that because there is enough play? I actually work for Bell right now and heard you mention before you used to work on V-22's. That's pretty cool. I appreciate it and keep up the GREAT work, you are definitely a great artisan sir!
I have never had an issue and I check certain cars if alot has came apart or being replaced. Yea I worked on the v22, the global hawk, the Blackhawk and some others. Thanks for the comments hope you and your family have a blessed and wonderful 4th
@@aMAYSingMetalWorks Thank you sir, we will. Happy and Blessed 4th to you and your family too.
Incredible video. Any 68-74 nova video?
Thank you. Sorry I don't have any of them but if I have one come in I will try to
Awesome job, Jubee! How did you get the quarter panel corners at the top of the trunk? I remember you saying you would show us how to fix that, but I don't remember seeing it! Am I losing it, or did you not get to it?
I’m in the process of installing 2 quart panels on 70 Chevelle already replaced floor panel and trunk floor, replacing both wheel tubs trunk drop offs and tail panel
Struggling any tips or pretty much like a Camaro
Thanks Jubee
Great video, what about the extra braces in the upper trunk corners,
I put those in at the end of the build
@@aMAYSingMetalWorks how do you attach to them, they wasn't put back in my car

When restoring cars in the manner of full panel replacements, is there a methodology of sequence to do it? IN my case I will need to in full floors and basically replace everything else from the backseat, back (truck, inner and outer quarters etc) So better start at the front and then move to the back, or just start where ever, I know that's kind of general
Jubee has the videos on UA-cam that start with nada and end up with a whole Camaro. He and his wonderful wife Erin filmed it on Tech Talk Tuesday. I think it was about 50 or so episodes. He built it on there and sold the Camaro. When you buy one of his builds you get a top of the line build.
👍
Thanks Brother. Hope you have a blessed and wonderful 4th
@@aMAYSingMetalWorks You too! Thanks for sharing. Best!
Do you not worried about the reinforcement brackets at the back of the quarter glass and at the front of the trunk on the inside of the quarter or do you slide them in after
I put those in at the end of the build
Like your videos very high quality workmanship
Thank you for your support. Praying you have a very blessed, safe and wonderful Thanksgiving.
When you use spray paint inside your shop do you ever notice that the walls and your tools or other things that you don't want paint on end up with paint on them? I am always nervous to do that but I have thought that maybe I am being paranoid and the paint dries in the air before it lands on things that I don't want paint on.
Why does the horizontal body line on the other door not line up with the new quarter panel but the door that was on the car does line up?
Can you let me know where to go to purchase the jig plans for a 1969 Camaro
in your opinion who makes the best replacement quarter panels for 1969 camaro thanks russell

@@aMAYSingMetalWorks do you have 69 camaro and front fender amd fitment videos alot of people don't like after market fenders because you can't get them to fit right but people want a arm and leg for oe fenders its crazy thanks
Where can we get the plans for the jig?
What brand is the 1/4? The body line on the other sort was terrible match to quarter
