Great video. Love how you go through the entire process in detail. That way people can really learn how it's done, not like those flashy fast channels that go to end result in 5 seconds as if it's magic.
I just recently found your channel and am so stoked with your content. I’m really trying to take my work up another notch and I really enjoy your journey through the setups for each episode.
Thanks a million, I need that comment! Was not sure about this video, I always forget a lot of stuff I want to say/explain about the light and so on. Very happy you liked it!
I jus discovered your page..man you go above and beyond in your product shoots. like a wizard. im just getting into product shoots and your videos give me good ideas and knowledge. I have 2 ad600 pros , a2000 pro , 3 Speedlights, 1 big strip box and 2 square soft boxes. hoping I can make something work with it all..not on your level but definitely inspiring me to up my creative thinking..I subscribed..good videos!
Wow, just found your channel. I won't even bother to describe everything I love about your channel so far because probably you know your assets already and I would probably end up writing novels in the comment section. Just... thank you! Thank you so much!
Thanks! I use a very very expensive solution. Profoto Multispot with a Dedolight projection attachment. Then I put in Rosco gobos. Unfortunately I do not know about other solutions. There's a projection attachment from China that you stick a camera lens on... all I know
i absolutely love your videos, and they are so much fun to watch.. it would be amazing if you could perhaps do a video showing what might be possible with no pro equipment.. i just have a few cheapo softboxes i got from amazon, and a 50mm lens of a 5DMKii, and am trying to create better product photography as a beginner... should i invest in flashes?
In my latest live stream I use very cheap gear only, check it out. I think you need to get some kind of flashes to start in product photo. Skip the soft boxes and get some kind of diffusion material you will shoot the flashes through.
Amazing!! Watched almost all of your videos since I discovered you yesterday. I have to ask, what are you using for the "table top" surface for this video? I love it!
Thanks. Its a 40x60cm table top in black glass. Don’t j is if they’re available at IKEA outside Sweden. www.ikea.com/se/sv/p/besta-toppskiva-glas-svart-20270722/
@@LaleLok For food I have used www.woodrowstudios.co.uk, products I use the IKEA a lot, and other plexi boards, and also just different coloured papers.
@@botvidsson ........let's go with that! :P I am just teasing you. I watched your video, and I have to compliment you because not only you are knowledgeable, but you make it fun. Thank you!
Can I please be your apprentice?...Pretty please 🙏🙏🙏....You're amazing 😍...I watch all of your videos and I love product and fashion photography...I'm also a high fashion designer

Much appreciated!
Lol. Love the way you shoot like it’s a random action. Like the shot itself is totally unimportant.

Hi Martin, amazing work, love your channel man! I would like to ask you about the Multispot , is this a flash or a continuous light;
It's a flash and you can attach a so called fresnel lens and a projection lens

Hi Martin, have you moved? (Normally your videos look to be in a studio space whereas this seems to be 'at home'). Inspirational as ever.
No it's the same spot, the "studio" that's actually my office 😁
It's the opposite angle, normally I shoot the other way around...
@@botvidsson I see, hope things are going well for you in this strange year
