Do the switches actually seat in the case? I've seen a lot of similar style controllers have switches just held in by the hotswap socket and I wanna avoid that :p

You are looking for Kailh Choc V1 switches. Check out the jade switches. Look on MK Ultra

you only use specific brand/model of switches or you can use any kind of keyboard switch

The Micro was a great idea, but you guys need to improve the function buttons, and sell this for $100. Come on now...
