  • Reverse triangle from side control. Any time you can create an open elbow and trap the near side arm between your arm and leg you should do so. Combine that with gnarly shoulder pressure and you will be in route to setting up this fun triangle!

    Remember to arch your foot when locking the triangle it makes it tremendously tighter. Good work though
