I watch her live streams all the time. She'll play any song you request. She's so fun to watch and full of energy. And, very talented.
🥹🥹🥹Thank you so much for share 🔥
Thanks so much for making the music!!
That was brilliant! I love that it was completely focused on the traditional instruments instead of just squeezing them in between layers of distorted electric guitars, like a lot of folk metal does. Btw, the instrument that she was playing in the video is a shamisen. I first saw it being played in Wagakkiband and it's been one of my bucket list instruments ever since.
You're making most folk metal sound like a gimmick when it's really not. The original point of folk metal was to introduce traditional folk instruments to metal and weave the two together into a unique and balanced whole, which is what folk metal bands do. This is simply a new take on folk metal which dares to ask the question, 'Okay, but what if we just make it entirely acoustic?' That's certainly not wrong, but neither is the original approach.
Oh look! My favorite everything, Beth! 💝 Brightening my timeline, what a treat
Nini is fun, hope you enjoyed it.
You are actually Head Banging towards the end ! I really appreciate different nations' instruments so thanks for that education. Exciting music with an attitude ! Yes--the sound of the horses. You surprise me at every turn, Beth. It's my pleasure having met you. I didn't expect the depth of your channel an d YOU. But I'm catching up. Love your smile. So infectious.
NINI IS AMAZING! Her instruments are the San Xian and Liuquin for this track I believe. She also plays Ruan!
Nini is the absolute BEST! Love her so much.
Thanks. A new artist to add to my playlist.
Enjoy! I'm doing new music Fridays as well. So I hope I can send you some more excellent new artists!
Someone also already mentioned the wagakki band.
She'll add plenty to your playlist... and check out her live streams, she plays everything and is an impressive live learner.
Yay for more folk metal!
Woop!
Outstanding!❤
Thanks for watching William!
BEAUTIFUL BETH ROARS ❤️😍💋
Hooray for Traditional-Tuesday!!! ❤ This was lovely. I wonder if she's ever hooked up with The Hu?
She actually loves The Hu and would love to make a collab with them.
Found her (with this song) some 2 years ago. And it is fascinating! Wish to be able to watch her live one day, here in Hamburg. I think I would buy tickets for a bunch of friends.
Folk metal: have you heard of GRAI from Russia? "in the arms of Mara" would be my suggestion.
What a remarkably talented artist! I really enjoyed this Beth! Also the background chorus is reminiscent of the chorus in some of the Clint Eastwood 'Spaghetti' westerns filmed in Italy in the 60's. Namely Fistful of Dollars, For a Few Dollars More, and The Good, Bad, and The Ugly.
so, then: are you familiar with the band Babe Ruth? On their album First Base, they played "for a fistful of dollars". An iconic album in Europe in the early 7ties. A true gemstone.
@@peterdoe2617 No, I'm not. I'll have to check them out. Thanks for the heads up!
@@miltonslocum8957 Gladly! "Jenny" Janita Haan did some crazy vocals. I have almost all albums of the band on my shelf. "the mexican" was the most recognized song. Should be on youtube.
@@peterdoe2617 I did listen to the fist full of Dollars track. It was really well done. I plan on listening to more of the album. Thanks again!
Reminds me of The HU wolf totem with Jacoby Shaddix 🤘🤘
Nini is a musical wonder. I've been listening to her live streams for a couple months now. I highly suggest checking the stream out. She broadcasts pretty much every Monday through Friday. For small donations she'll give any song request a shot even if she's never heard the song. I don't think there's a genre I haven't heard her play yet. As for her recorded songs, I would suggest you also check out Mazu and Homeland (ft. Bloodywood). I love this girl. She even wished me a happy birthday on her live stream :)
The instrument in the video is a San Xian, it has three strings. I'm pretty sure she's playing the Liuqin, not the Pipa. She doesn't play the Guzheng. I'm one of her moderators.
Wow wow wow me encantó algo estraño pero muy bueno bien Beth 👏👏🍀🍀
Sooo cool! Sounds typically oriental in tone, sound, beat...well duh 🙄. Love watching musicians who are so multi-talented...playing multiple instruments. Expanding our horizons...thanks, Beth! Happy Thanksgiving to the Americans here...and everyone else in the spirit of humanity...😊
🎉
💖👏
Trad tuesday! Yay!
Woop! Next week is a Latvian folk group!
Hi. Could you react to "Para empezar" from Leonel García, which is one of the vocalists from Sin Bandera. It's a beautiful spanish song written by himself.
Hey beth, I'd like to suggest Jacob Colliers new song 'Little Blue', it's just so different and quite amazing. I think you'd like it, especially the accoustic version bwcause he's got such a unique singing style.
👋
Aha. There's the soundtrack for my D&D goblin tribe battles.
An Epic Symphony & Cem Adrian - Kül
Got it!
Please react to Avril Lavigne what the hell live it’s the performance that she is wearing glasses in please ❤
Merci !😍
Thank you!!
Princesa, um beijo no seu coração.
Watching her left hand, I cannot help but think 🤨 ‘that looks like it hurts!’ 😫
…is it s’posed to look like it hurts?
The vocals in the background definitely are not her. I believe it's The Hu. The style is called Mongolian throat singing.
Can you react to miyagi i got love
kinda reminds me of LigMa
How about my music? I mean, some of it I have to work on getting better. I suppose you could be the judge of that.
