    Awesome content as always. I'm currently training someone who is 35 years old and he has not been playing ⚽ for over 10 years and he would like to get ready for recreational league. Where would I start him?

      Mobility, ladder ankle hops in dif directions, coordination, core, and basic strength. No need to be fancy.

    What rep ranges and sets would you usually suggest for a workout like these? Also how much time should a person spend during warm up

    Hi man, Do you have anything for long sprits with the frequency? Because on the pitch, when I get a pass forward, I can explode kinda fast and run for the ball, but when I need to do sprint around 40m, around half way, Im loosing that leg frequency and basically not even sprinting at the end, I will loose all the pace. Is there anything that could help?

      To keep it simple and to start off you need to train those longer distances more often. 1-2x a week between 20-40m x4-6 reps with full rest in between.

      He's actually very mobile. Most players I get can't do a good deep lateral lunge. You don't need perfect mobility. We'd be stretching for months to years if he wasn't allowed to strengthen his weak areas based on "not being mobile" IF that was the case.
