It was great to see James Nestor mentioned , through him I practiced every day ( this is 4 years ago ) ,it was/ is one of my fundamentals every day since....and now I'm combining this with what you are presenting. I want to thank you both again, what you're doing and the beautiful way you're doing this is such a precious gift 💜
I think it depends on how long you allow yourself to remain in an angry energy but it's still important to release it as we will still attract based on subconscious beliefs. I like to channel my negative emotions through singing, running, working out etc which allows the release and raises frequency at the same time
The human of the present time is asymmetrical due to an energetic dominance of the 'Right Body' where the diaphragm is obviously larger on it's own right side. And long documented as such. The right-dominance orientation is symptomatic of overall skewing to the right side, producing many effects. The P. R. I. Posture restoration institute bases it's techniques on this dysfunction and tries to remedy the situation. Yet the problem is a basic energetic imbalance and proper to this present human race.

Imagine it all! The left side was also an energetic part and it was all that the right side was not. Our right side is limiting, fearful, we turn completely senile by the age of 19, repeating ourselves inanely. Our left side is infinite, 'uncontrolable' and very dangerous yet a sorcerer has harnessed it.
