Very nice house!!! Really liked alot of things about it and definitely disappointed about somethings inside and outside of the house. First with it being an older neighbor, I would've liked to seen a classic, timeless red brick with black and white, and warm wood tone accents to give the aspect that it's been there forever (black roof, black gas lanterns, black shutters, with white trim, and I would've done the garage doors in a mid tone brown walnut finish or the same as the front door to contrast the red brick, black and white accents. Everyone is so new, new, new these days and don't appreciate classics. Nothing wrong with painted brick, but it's too overly done. The first level is the epitome of luxury. Lovvve the kitchen and scullery. Also love the leathered granite. I would've done the patio concrete like the utility room checkered floor for a more cohesive, classic look. Especially with the architecture of the house. The first level is chef's kiss. The second level was kind of a let down. The primary bedroom was beautiful, however the staging was terrible. A bedroom that nice deserves better furnishings because it's giving Ashley, Ikea, and Goodwill thrifted vibes. The primary closets were very nice but kind of small. The utility room was beautiful, but I didn't like the fact that you're forcing the potential owner of having only front load washer. Don't get me wrong the counter is very nice, but what if someone wanted a top load washer. Just my opinion. The closets in the secondary bedrooms could've been a little bigger. Overall very, very nice house. What I mentioned is only my opinions and hopefully not taken for being rude.
That first floor is amazing, I agree! We all have our tastes and preferences, of course. Thanks for watching and sharing such thorough thoughts, I appreciate them!
Wow! I love this house. I know some may take issue with the size, every room and closet is so grand these days, but the fact this house is under 4,000 square feet is one the many things I love about it. I purge stuff yearly because I hate a lot of crap. I rarely see luxury build SFH that has a 3 in the square footage. This house is so spacious yet cozy. The colorway of the home is perfection. The designer has an incredible eye. If I toured this home, my first stop would be to the garage, attic, or storage areas to find the leftover paint buckets to grab the names. Love! Great tour. Thanks!
@@TerenceRichardsonTours Living in Northern Virginia every home has a basement. I can definitely live without one, having lived through two flooding situations. lol. Plop a house on dirt, I'm happy 😆
@@TerenceRichardsonTours ... extremely hard to choose one thing tbh. I plan on buying a home in Brookhaven next year. You helped me before with a home. I'll reach out to you again sometime next year on a house within this price range.
Well now I'm just really curious! If you want to reach out before then just to reconnect (no rush with your timeline), send me an email (terence@richardsonregrp.com) or text me (678-785-5275).
Does the first area that was staged as an office have a closet? It didn't look like it but maybe the door wasn't shown in the video. Asking because I was curious if that would be a legal bedroom.

Great video Terence, thank you for showcasing my build.
Thanks for building such a showcase-worthy home!

I agree with you, not everything needs to 10,000 sqft or more. This is a good sized house, wish it had a basement though!

Makes sense to me!
Amazing Video!
Thanks brother!
This house is stunning
What do you love best about it?

Love the detail work with that wall in the dining room
It's definitely a showstopper!
Was very nice. I like the finishes. I didn’t like the carpet upstairs and the home is a little bit smaller for the price range.
Awesome, thanks for sharing your thoughts! Hardwoods throughout upstairs would have been a nice touch
I wouldn't have the dining room at the front door. I'd make that the living room. The room with the fireplace would be the family room
So skip a formal dining altogether then and just have the eat in kitchen with breakfast area?
Beautiful house so well done! Be cool If there was room for at least a small pool and outdoor kitchen
I think a small roman style pool would fit. Could you fit both? Maybe!

Great question, it did. Coming in, it was on the right, but I didn't ever pan that way. On the way back out, the door was hiding it.
@@TerenceRichardsonTours thank you for confirming
My pleasure!
How much?
1.689M
Price?
They're asking $1.689M.
nah. couldn't get past the fake two-story shutters on the outside.
Was there anything you liked?
