With top control - are you able to reach in under your counter top when the door is closed? We often will be running a cycle and then someone needs to take a shower and with our house you need to make sure the dishwasher or the washing machine are not running. So just curious if you can reach the panel to turn off. My counter top is the older fiberboard and comes down over the edge of the cabinets.
I have now watched at least 10 videos on the various KitchenAid dishwashers and not one has shown Tupperware type of dishes being washed. The dishwasher I am replacing is from 1991 and we use the top rack for all plastic - are you not supposed to wash plastic in newer dishwashers?
Terrible! Installed 18 months and already having issues. Won't drain. Service repaired 2 parts and still won't drain. I invested more because I thought I was getting a reliable product. Have spent almost 2k and have to buy another dishwasher. Won't be a kitchenaid!!
It's actually incredible. Quiet, can fit 16 place settings, fits kitchenaid mixer bowls on the 2nd rack and the glasses washed on the 3rd rack seem to be absolutely spotless and squeaky clean.
