I get the feeling they'd add Maman Brigitte as part of the Celtic pantheon under her original name of Brigid. Would be nice to have some dialogue between the two, though.

maninthemachine leave him alone. He does meaningful info that helps us do better in the game rather than just do funny gameplay videos. I subscribe to stormed and yellow shell for funny videos, noobable for skin releases and gem/event status updates, and dukesloth for insughtful information.
His passive is a better form of Chirons. His first ability is an offshoot of The Morrigans first. This one has better range, though. The debuff is nice as well.

It says the name is Haitian Creole and probably influenced by the languages Fon and Ewe tribes of the Western Africa in the Dahomey Kingdom. Plus Voodoo is syncretised with Roman Catholocism and may not retain all of the former West African deities' roles.
That could be edited stats via the console. Or he may just have very high speed atk progression with low damage. This makes it easier to apply his passive while also not doing too much damage in the process.

faciller was based off baron samedi, and baron samedi has a very specific depiction which smite did an AMAZING JOB designing him when looking at the source material

Fernando Moraga Well....there are a lot of "gods" in Smite that aren't actually gods like Cerberus or Achilles..but with it being "Battlefield of the Gods" I'm guessing it's just easier than specifying exactly if a character is a loa, or yokai, or hero, or whatever else has gotten through.

They did a really good job with the beginning animation for the lore, I don't know if they had as much fun visualizing any gods lore recently than this ones

Flare faciller was inspired by baron, and baron’s design in the culture is VERY specific and if they made baron look different from faciller, theyd not be going by the voodoo culture AT ALL

I actually had tears in my eyes when I heard he was finally coming, I just found my new main, and I had been waiting since my very first game I played for him to arrive.
