    I recommend watching the entire video first before attempting the install to make sure you have the necessary tools.
    Bravex clutch install on a Massimo Warrior 200 Mini Bike
    This 196 Honda Clone engine uses the external threaded crankshaft, which requires the use of a shank lug nut.
    I did my best with giving measurements to make the process faster and easier for your install.
    Thanks for watching!

    Looking like raising that engine up would save you a bunck of cutting on your frame. And you can leave that tab, in case you want to go back to the stock application 😮.

      The plate would have saved some. I didn’t modify the frame any, just the aluminum backing plate. Plus I never plan on going back stock 😈 just further modifications! Thanks for commenting and watching.

    Have you had any issues with the chain? Installing it shown like you did, the front small sprocket is definently out of alignment a bit with the rear sprocket. It cant be shimmed out with washers because that leaves hardly anything to thread onto on the shaft. Maybe I can loosen my motor bolts and get it to shift slightly to the drivers side.

      @mustangjackson67  Місяць тому

      I have had zero issues with it and there has been a lot of miles put on this setup. I keep the chain clean and waxed pretty religiously. Thanks for comment and watching. Best of luck with your setup!

    I got one of these, you got to start jacking with stuff on these, right out of the box, there slow 🐌 as shit. I hate to do it but off comes the governor and the we will start from there 😮.

    • @mustangjackson67
      @mustangjackson67  17 днів тому

      Yeah they are definitely not speed demons. The clutch and exhaust helped a decent amount. Just remember you will have to go for billet flywheel at least when removing the governor. Thanks for watching and commenting!

      None at all. I ride it pretty frequently on and off road. I clean it and lube it every 2 hours of riding also.

    Wouldn't a raised motor plate solve that clearance issue? Im looking into this exact one and several of them either come with or say a raised motor plate may be necessary.

    • @mustangjackson67
      @mustangjackson67  7 місяців тому

      Yes, you could have bought the plate and saved some hassle. I wanted to showcase it could be done without it. Thanks for commenting and watching.

      I bought a riser plate for my install, and between the gas tank, and exhaust, I couldn't get the plate I had to work. So, this method worked perfect.

      @@joer5057 Thanks for the information and watching. Glad the video can help.

      Same. The plate made both the muffler heat shroud and the air box interfere with the top middle crossbar that the fake tank attached to. I tooke the airbox cover off, and banged the muffler but out of the way, but in the end, the muffler would be melting the seat and burning your leg. I ended up chopping the backplate like shown here, as well as trimming the mount for the old jackshaft plate. After lots of money in tools, a wasted riser plate, and about 4 hours, I've almost got it finished. @@joer5057
