Well what works more naturally for some is when you throw a jab for example is the way Liston did by extending the jab while pulling the head back. Watch how Liston pulls his head back it's worked for many who try it. Seems to be unique to him in championship boxing. We work on this a lot.@@coachKeithKeppner
