You're a GREAT coach! Basics first and gotta give your fighter their confidence, THEN once you can trust them as a fighter and that you put the heart and mindset and skills in their hand.. Then break them ALL the way down and build them back up! I hope Zack keeps with it!

Hey coach, can you make a video on how to use the cross arm guard ? How to step and move in the guard and how to punch in it?

In your boxing stance are your heel and toe both on the line? Or are they outside of the line and not connected

Our desire to punch people is offset that the other person is also gonna punch us
Literally signed a contract (the waiver)
Just accept it. Remind yourself i want to punch, therefore must be willing to get punched too
Defensive properties aside, don't be scared to get hit. It will happen

It's not the punch i'm afraid of. It's the brain damage that comes with it.

Everything will kill you man in someway can’t go through your entire life being afraid of everything. Yes, there are some real dangers in this world everywhere you turn, but if you live your life worried about every single little danger, you will live half a life.

@@patrickharris5917 Danger is normal. Avoiding it is normal. However, intentionally training to get punched in the face and intentionally raising that risk for brain damage is another matter.
