Trying to press charges against anyone for assault, sexual assault or anything else when a child or adult with a disability has had offences committed against them is almost impossible. Everything is stacked against the victim. The Police still use methods of a long bygone era they use on very young children and toddlers and the delay often means over 48 hours have passed since the offence and the times earmarked for these interviews are often late at night in an unfamiliar environment far from home . If you add to that the person with a disability often also has health issues is tired and disorientated. You can’t win and all the authorities and offenders care about is covering their arse so they bring in big wig lawyers paid for by the tax payer while victims get no support.
They are looking at throwing my cases out as we speak, they still don't have a briefing on me since this happened last year and I'm taking no plea deals and standing my ground as I said I will. Then we are going Civil so I can take them for everything I possibly can so we'll see who has the last laugh, I'm built different to what you're all use to, never judge a book by its cover.
