- Then Results with Charters Towers Police in QLD at my home which seemed like intimidation lol and could've been settled like you'll hear me say in the clip in regards to the Charters Towers Central State School in QLD.
Here's an update on everything that's happening now, the courts have thrown both charges out on the 13th of March and I was excused 😅😅😅 and now I'm packed and ready to take this to Civil Court and takedown every single person involved including these officers, the principal, teacher and teacher aide will all be held accountable, so to all you fake MF's trying to tell me different you can all go and phuck yourselves hard you low vibrational MF's I know whats best for my kids not you kunts 😅😅

I know a child who is non-verbal , and the parents had real concerns about how the school was treating him, so they got a little small voice recording device and placed it in the childs bag and clothes .

Had the same thing happen to my daughter - actually caught her teacher leading a conversation with another student and her mother to blame my daughter for something. When called out on it and asked on her awareness of my daughters ASD, she folded.
Next thing you know its Autism Awareness day at school and the teacher was a nicer person.

I’ve dealt with the education board in Queensland and I’m not sure if you’ve done it yet but you should pull his one school report and hit them with the “freedom of information act” that way any literature written about your boy must be collated and have all the sensitive data taken out ie : other kids names and addresses etc . That way you receive a report with all his interactions with teachers and students . We contacted Grace Grace and had the school investigated and nothing come of our situation but I all I wanted was better training of the teachers. Good luck with you and your family my brother ! the school system is so badly broken it amazes me we aren't seeing the sort of things that are happening in America teachers screaming at kids and even giving them failing grades for things other than poor schoolwork my son got a d after telling the teacher she is not allowed to scream at special needs child she even admitted it to us i was quite upset after and removed my children from that school
Sorry to hear your child is going through this crap.
If you want to record a conversation between you and the principal of the school you can. The best way to do it is instead of video just use the voice record function and because only one person has to consent to the recording you are covered because you consent to it and the other party doesn't have to be told. I have to do this with alot of situations because I'm 6"2' and not a small fella and people use the "I am intimidating them" to take the focus off the wrong they have done. It's the only way I can cover my ass from the other person's bull.

just make sure you double check the laws of the state because they very. in qld you dont have to tell people you are voice recording at all but if they ask you must be truthful and when they decline consent then you must stop.
what Jifty here has said is true and l had to put a listening device on my child at school to get the truth of what was going on, l am in Victoria so look into the state laws for you
but as far as l know, you cannot record a private conversation but at school the only place that are regarded as private is the toilet or change rooms, everything else is an open area

You must be highly sensitive & observant of who you MIGHT allow to "access" your children. Our "modern" teachers all come down the pipe from university indoctrination. A few of these university graduates who gain employment as teachers might be best employed in butcher's shops where the work would be more suited to their nature & their forceful methods.
It is widely believed it takes a village to raise a child. Government makes this impossible. The best hope for our kids now is to find honest genuine & caring people within our own local communities & have these most suitable people qualified quickly & employed within our schools. Government erects barriers to that too! You have to find ways around these barriers & place decent people inside your schools to observe those who have power over you & your kids because their university degrees empower them. Those who seek to do the wrong thing cannot stand scrutiny! So, it's up to you to move quickly & have caring people working within your local school. This tends to drive the nasty ones out. Get onto the Dept of Education & find out what they require to have Teacher's Aids, Volunteers, Nurses & any other local caring people working within that school. Advertise locally. GET YOUR OWN DEPENDABLE FAIR MINDED PEOPLE IN THERE & watch the not so nice flee like rats from a cat.
Will do mate I'm after their jobs because my son's not changing schools they will. It's too much work on our end and most of his achievements are from both his mother and myself and they have no idea how hard it is and to be honest I moved here to school my kids because I enjoyed college here and wanted them to experience the same environment but little did I know how colonial and redneck this place actually was but being around people like this for 10+ years has made me stronger and now they've brought the CU in the NT back out of me which I don't like, I was enjoying being the father, husband and man I've become on my own.

Ask the minister to give you detailed information on having a non verbal austistic child. How much funding does that school get for your child. Is your child getting fully qualified support, speech therapy, etc..
sorry, I don’t know much about autism, my daughter works with a non verbal child on the spectrum, I’ll get her to watch this and message if she can help.
Lastly, I would ask the minister for permission to have a voice activated device that could be put in your child’s pocket, sew a pocket on the inside waist band. If your child is non verbal you have the right to feel that your child is in good hands. Also my son has an aboriginal friend he went through school with and I’m sure I heard him say he got extra allowances when he went to uni.
If all else fails, send this to uncle at the tent embassy at Canberra.

Honestly, can't speak for the school. But the way the police and yourself handled this discussion was really good. I genuinely believe those police officers cared and actually listened with understanding of the situation.

My nephew is non verbal and he is autistic, yelling, screaming and or raising your voice in a negative or demanding way to any child causes trauma and teaches them to react in a way that is emotionally and socially unhealthy, sounds like the teachers need an education on child care and especially a good talking to about showing compassion and kindness when a child is obviously distressed, unsettled or unwell. Children with autism are so super sensitive to negative emotions and verbal nastiness. Did they think they could get away with it because that poor young fella could not go home and explain verbally to his parents what happened. What a lucky boy to have such a loving sister and wonderful caring parents. Sending the Police to the family home was total over kill and shows the guilt from the school taking it that far. Trying to gas light the parents for protecting their children WOW. The police officer was a decent guy but he should have been in the school giving those teachers a warning for miss treating a helpless child who can not verbally defend himself. Seems to me they are a lil worried about being caught out doing the wrong thing. I really hope this was a one off and they learn from this. Like the mum said if they are not coping with the child or the child is having a melt down, get his sister to help calm him and call his parents to come and assist or always give advice on what to do. Don’t force the kid and cause more stress and anxiety. I hope it doesn’t turn him off enjoying his swimming as it should be a fun and exciting experience for him not a traumatic event. Well done to these loving parents ❤ if only all humans had this type of parental compassion.

My son has recently been putting up with bullies at school and school not delivering a satisfying result on so many occasions. Myself and my son have been working extremely hard especially on a mental level, trying not to resort to violence as we normally would. They obviously have something to hide since they don't want the conversation on record. Just because someone is a teacher does not mean they are not doing the wrong thing, same goes for anyone, police, politicians doesn't matter what position they hold. My Sons female teacher that was overly very affectionate with my son, asked the Laidley High School principal to contact police, after a driving lesson in which my son nearly had an accident and was upset, and I was supportive to my son and dropped him off at the school as requested. However due to this irrational female teacher, we were contacted by police for no reason for alleged 'child abuse' Teachers should keep a professional relationship with students and not get emotionally or sexually wanting involved.

The police officers were polite, professional, and handled the situation in a calm considerate manner.
One of the biggest failures has been sending kids with disabilities to mainstream schools. The people at those schools are not trained properly and are under staffed.The unsuitable use of time out resulted in kids being locked in cupboards and all sorts of things. We live in a society that is not ready for that because at the end of the day people with disabilities are still dealing with very significant hatred from the community. A few sympathisers don’t make for community acceptance or education about the situation. When you combine cultural and racial issues this stuff becomes outright painful and leaves it’s scares on families.Sometimes there is no community.

The only logical reason for not wanting to be recorded is they want to control the evidence. Qld is a one person consent state (if you know your recording it’s legal). All my phone calls are recorded and any other important interactions. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE THEIR CONSENT TO RECORD. but do it covertly, so they don’t hold back what they say.
Exactly what I've pointed out to all parties today in a recorded call plus had the police involved again which I didn't record because I wanted to prove my point as a father and a man that their policies don't mean shit to me and they just made fools of themselves and I feel very good because my wife made the deputy principal cry today 😢 and told her now you understand where we are coming, so we have now lifted the guilt they tried pushing onto us back onto them which feel good and the way it should be, no kid is in the wrong place at the wrong time...

Be very careful there. CCTV is valuable when YOU have some control over it. Letting THEM have CCTV gives them the capacity to edit out anything that shows THEM up & only leave footage that supports their agenda. Any dealings with police quickly shows those tactics up. Remember... You're dealing with government here. Power tends to go to their heads. Giving them more tools like CCTV could enhance THEIR power over YOU.

It is not for me to comment on the conduct of your kids. You said in the footage that it was important to you to instil honesty in your kids & I have absolutely no reason to doubt your word.

Police love to pick blues & then react. Their footage never shows them causing the blues. They start the cameras when it suits them. I strongly advise getting caring people engaged in the school & I advise against any more rotten CCTV.

This 2022 and Teachers still have Sweet FA of any idea in how to deal with children with learning issues. It should be compulsory across the board in education university studies about different learning styles of students and students with learning issues like this. In an Aspie and the crap I went through in school in the 80s and early 90s was horrible. Ohhh you are acting up this list goes on of crap I had dumped on me a person on the Autistic spectrum. 🛑🛑UPDATE🛑🛑 I've now been informed that the teacher in this situation is the wife of officer Ansell of Charters Towers QLD Police and was the driver of the PCYC BUS this afternoon normally we have another officer. Today this prick tried staring me down while driving the bus and pulling up at our house with my daughter who normally catches the bus, who I stared right back at in his eyes and if he's a man come see me without any weapons or your uniform bud because I guarantee you I will be the last man standing I promise that ok. NOW EVERYTHING IS MAKING SENSE AND NOW YOU CAN ALL SEE FOR YOURSELVES...

A few things - first, sorry your little boy, and family are going through this horrible situation.
Have you considered Home Education ? As you would be Home Educating due to special needs you would be entitled to the AIC payment that greatly helps towards educational items, and experiences - it's around $4,500 per year which is broken into 4 payments that you receive at the beginning of each term, you also have no requirements to work with centrelink as you are educating your child.
My youngest was completely nonverbal with multiple neurological conditions - at 5.5 years old I was told he was one of the kids that would never talk, and it was time to integrate him into the deaf community to lower the chances of suicide when he reached his teens - that was the level of desperation I needed to try him on the GAPS protocol = which had him start talking within a fortnight, and greatly improved ALL of his other neurological, sensory etc issues, it's hard to believe he is the same child = I just want to recommend looking into that for your son.
Also Shane Knuth is your local MP, his an amazing help in situations like this, he has a heart, and special interest in special needs kids and families - maybe contact him and see if he can help.

Only what you see I had another video of bothe being CU in the NTs and the male cowboy accusing me of telling him to shut up and me and him going toe to toe and he knew he was on camera until the other officer split us up so thats that and I deleted the proxy clip by accident when I was posting all of this...

Also, the best part of home education is that it can be completely individualized for each student, you get to create a curriculum based on your child's interests, so they are more interested, and active in their own education.
We are homeschooling as we speak thanks to everyone's support...
