I was thinking of making a trike out of a Yamaha v-max. Can you tell me if I converted into a trike do I have to register it as a trike on the log book. Love your video's.
What country are you in mate, We are in Australia & we have got to get everything we build engineered for the road & 98% of the time it will be listed as a trike weather it be bike or car based, If you look up Millar's Trikes Of The World on Facebook We have well over 20,000 trike photos on file & I know we have heaps of V Max trike photos as well, You might find some good ideas for your build, Ride SAFE mate ;-)
I want for a couple comments disaster Masters bro Lo 45 Harley Davidson was a disaster master it doesn't handle Corners where the crap it's about cruising and style and some women don't like two wheels you can get a woman on three wheels faster than you can too and design has what to do with safety so tell me the old 45 Flathead HD is that you're safe Harley-Davidson to ride down the interstate are all I do 50 miles an hour after you soup the old 45 QB up is for some people and not for others and usually you have to do some hack jobs looking at makeup Triple T I I know where I can get old rigid trike frame all I need's a wreck dresser and they make a new rear axle with electronic Locker for drag racing Arni's twin cam for Turbo and stiff not the driver line on the engine transmission still won't be safe is to be cobbled to a point go make your own track you thinking you better boom
Every time I see something like this, I realise how hard it is to get a trike to look "right". I'm sure most of these are their owner's pride and joy, so I don't like to criticize, but it's so easy to either go completely over the top to the point where you might as well just have a car, or go the other way and have half a ton of riveted diamondplate without a curve to be seen. I won't even claim I could do any better, but there's only two or three on this video I'd be happy to be seen on.
