I’m 77 this month , was in this career for near 55 years! As Ian said I was compelled to be in it ! For me as it turned out I endeavored to persevere in all fields custom ,motorcycle, car , hot rod, muscle car, classic car, motorcycle, fabrication, custom painting , finish & detailing! Absolutely loved it! Miss it as a career because it was creative, different every day “fun” being 77 it’s getting harder to hold up 600 lbs of bike , so I’m about ready to transition to a trike! Especially after watching Ian build this one! Great video! It’s been a great ride ,keep up the good work Ian! Regards Mad Mike S. 🇺🇸🦡🇺🇸…………
I wanted a chopper with a long Springer when I was 9, and asked my dad to extend my Taco Minibike forks 6 inches. He was an Engineer, and wouldn't modify them any longer. I created a coffin tank out of wood, and mounted it myself. Watching this video brings back many old memories. Thank you Ian! Your trike is beautiful! Well done.
Dude I know you I got your DVD you built the lowrider chopped, damn I can't remember can you brought a friend in the paint it and didn't like it so you never brought it to the show
I've watched Ian since his start he's definitely a true fabricator no prints just do it from a minds eye and make adjustments as you go this trike is really awesome one of a kind
We all “need “ to do this! Your real man, your use of the sawzall is proof. I’m looking for a goldwing with reverse now, I bet you would like a little suspension on that tractor seat though, Love the show and the trike
This is my Favorite build of Ian's . And I just read in the comments it in Victors years going down hill . It's unbelievable. I was always wondering where it was . I remember watching the episode when Ian was trying to make a clear top at Victor's house and one shot I thought I seen it but until I read that comment I didn't know .dose any one know if Victor rides it ? It's a Great three wheeler .
So glad I found Ian's channel. I love the TV show. Man, that trike turned out Perfect. I love the lines and those rear fenders work, I was skeptical, but knew if Ian was making them it's probably going to work.
If I had to make a guess, I'd say the engine sounds great! But unfortunately, the producer thinks we would rather listen to the music that they play on the home remodeling videos.
I like your style . I'm 73 and just got a trike. It is kit, not as cool as yours, but it is not all Harley. The jerks at my local HD dealership won't even walk out to look at it I love that, it s a bastard in their eyes. Keep on doing what you are doing, you are a true custom builder, not many of you left.🤔👍
Sweet machine. The only serious change I would have made. Is using the curved spring from a 40's through very early 60's tractor seat mount. Love the design!😊
Man I tell yeah. I have been seeing a lot of old goldwings people with very little money are picking them up for around $500. to $1500. bucks. They strip them down and bob them out. The thing I have noticed the most is the engines. Those old 70s and 80s goldwing engines are cool looking. Sort of reminds me of a Volkswagen engine. Now, I want a trike like this.
I love this episode; I must have watched it 4 times. I don't like or want a 3-wheeler bike. I continue to be amazed at your creativity and engineering chops though. Cudos brother.
I had a 49 Panhead Harley-Davidson chopper with a rigid Wishbone frame man was that a rough ride but I guess I was a glutton for punishment keep the old bikes alive get out there and ride😊
Awesome build.I was dreaming for a while of building a 1920,s style racecar with either a HD engine or a GL1500 Goldwing engine. The Goldwing I was going to buy today was sold before I got there.I like all your builds.Very inspirational.
Best of the Best fabricator always goes for what just fells right never grabs anyones ideas just puts his to work......................................................................Fort Worth,Tx
Very cool one off, creative build. I seem to remember this being an episode on Motor Trend. Maybe? Anyway, I’m always blown away by Ian’s builds. Great job.
I am always AMAZED at the 'thoughts' to the END RESULT. But even more so that it appears then US doesn't require 'an Engineering Certificate ' for the Structural / Loading etc of the frames / torque factors ??? What happens 'IF' ........ in the 'Land of Litigation'
YOU ARE MY SPIRIT ANIMAL! 😆👌💪 I was trained up by my great-grandpa Jerry the jerry-rigger. I prefer to think of myself as a mechanical cobbler. I'm currently putting grandpa Jerry's old 52 Dodge pickup body on a 99 Dodge Durango chassis and jet ski swapping a Jon boat. If it weren't for my loathing of the editing process, my UA-cam channel would look strikingly similar to yours! Well done sir. 👍
Great build !! love it ! I have a 74 honda davidson trame is trash still have the tank and with the gauges fabbed into motors still good always wanted to build a trike on a low buck approach now I have the incentive and a guide to go by Thank you your a great fabricator looking forward to see what you come up with for your next build !! I have a vietnam war era Jet Turbine generator that is complete and runs i have been hanging onto for years for some neat project dont know what tho any ideas ? thanks again
Howdie from Canada 🇨🇦 nice to see what brains and parts will do this for sharing with us just guessing what it cost ? We know labour's is free glad signed up ya got this hands down later keep them coming 😊
I have two of those old sohc Honda 750s. One is on an old Amen Savior frame. The other is on a A&E I think? Made for a Honda 550 four cylinder. I butchered it up and got the 750 to fit.
Hey, brother, I just found your channel.Gotta say I am a fan, I built the same way that you do even though I am not at your level yet, Is keep up the good work
I own a 2004 Kawasaki Vulcan Classic 1500 with only 20k miles on the new motor and I'd LOVE to have you modify it into a Can-Am type trike with two wheels up front, and one in the back. I sent you an email, too. I do not have a big budget at all, but I have lots of trade bait we could discuss. Thanks Ian, Mike in CA.
Wish you could do stuff in my state of Rhode Island. You could but it would probably be next to impossible to actually get it registered and be able to be legally on the road
Why not put the fuel in the frame and make the coffin tank open up for the electronics, key switch,lights........ a little different from the rest of the old school tanks and go with hidden cables look more like a big wheel!

Really love that he used a Goldwing motor. Dude is a fabrication genius. Total Respect!!!
Looks sharp! I remember Dick Allen built a lot of stuff on Cobra Trike and Loco Motion those were the best days in the 70’s
these words "This is a creative project; There are no blueprints." Should be inspiration to anyone making something they consider unique.
Dude I know you I got your DVD you built the lowrider chopped, damn I can't remember can you brought a friend in the paint it and didn't like it so you never brought it to the show
What ever happen when it’s time to brake?use the bottom of your feet on the ground! Woah
My favorite era for custom bikes. Truly, custom bikes.
This is my favorite build so far.
Always been a fan of the classic 70's choppers. This is a super-rad ride!!!! Nice work. I like your style!
You are a LEGEND!!!
I've watched Ian since his start he's definitely a true fabricator no prints just do it from a minds eye and make adjustments as you go this trike is really awesome one of a kind
Man that form fitting fender just SUPER ROCKS!
Makes it look like its a killer dragster or something.
Pure wickedness!
Love big wheel Trikes. That is why I have one.
We all “need “ to do this! Your real man, your use of the sawzall is proof. I’m looking for a goldwing with reverse now, I bet you would like a little suspension on that tractor seat though, Love the show and the trike
Just add the suspension to a pair of pants 😂 Mabey one of those fake butts that drag queens wear.🤔😜
J adore ..tu es un exemple pour moi.. ici en France...
Merci Ian.. ❤

Nice trike. Unlike a lot of the custom choppers of the early 2000s its very practical and ridable but still captures the chopper aesthetic.
So glad I found Ian's channel. I love the TV show. Man, that trike turned out Perfect. I love the lines and those rear fenders work, I was skeptical, but knew if Ian was making them it's probably going to work.
Cool build, but I wish producers would learn that the people that watch this kind of content want to hear the motor run without the music!
Agreed 💯
I agree with you 300%
If I had to make a guess, I'd say the engine sounds great! But unfortunately, the producer thinks we would rather listen to the music that they play on the home remodeling videos.
😂 ya sook
You are really on point with building bikes !
Baddest trike ive seen!
Great build
Beautiful bike.
Seems that Ian does the most with the least equipment of any TV fabricator ❤ 😊
❤❤Awesome ,,NO BREAKS ,,,RIP mate !
It’s rear brake only.
I like your style .
I'm 73 and just got a trike.
It is kit, not as cool as yours, but it is not all Harley.

I saw the Blue Demon trike on another channel made by Ian Rouseel and Eerie Eric, that led me here. Crazy good looking vehicle.
Extremely cool!
I had a 49 Panhead Harley-Davidson chopper with a rigid Wishbone frame man was that a rough ride but I guess I was a glutton for punishment keep the old bikes alive get out there and ride😊
Incredible build like always. 👍

I love that build
Freakin awesome, love the colour
Cool, I have long thought the Goldwing motor would make a cool three wheeler
I am always AMAZED at the 'thoughts' to the END RESULT. But even more so that it appears then US doesn't require 'an Engineering Certificate ' for the Structural / Loading etc of the frames / torque factors ???

I love it. I want it.
very cool bro
Very cool concept. I'd have to have a suspension seat. But still. Very cool.
If it leaks you’re on fire 😂 and that’s no good 🤣 understatement of the century 🤣👍🏻
The octopus gas cap was a nice touch.
Awesome job 🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙
THE FABRICATION WIZARD STRIKE'S AGAIN - WITH THE PHATOM CHOPPER BIKE!! - PLEASE MAKE IT AWESOME 😎😎😎 OO😮
Great build !! love it ! YOUR BIKE IS VARY VARY 😎 COOL
🎉 you rock
I don't know how i found ya, I'm glad I did, your channel and builds are bitchin' dope.
Rock On
👍 😎
Nice trike and inspiring as well. I'm thinking 🤔 that a rat trike is my next and possibly my last build you never get too old for a monster piece❤
Kick Ass👑
The Honda gold wing engine is the best engine ever engineered by two Japanese hands.
37:06 Yeah right! It must have been trailered there and ridden in from the car park!
Freaked that old guy out like he was about to get run over as you was parking it. Had me rollin
During disassembly of the rearend, not only could I smell it, but I could taste it. LOL
Only question i have is how to obtain a title for a vehicle that you build yourself..... whats the process, so its legal ?
& i got to say great job !!
I have two of those old sohc Honda 750s. One is on an old Amen Savior frame. The other is on a A&E I think? Made for a Honda 550 four cylinder. I butchered it up and got the 750 to fit.
Hey, brother, I just found your channel.Gotta say I am a fan, I built the same way that you do even though I am not at your level yet, Is keep up the good work
His real channel is called Full Custom Ian.
I need this bike, from ghana❤
Long Live the Original, Servicar. Flathead's 4 ever

Not really a new concept but well made. I used deep dish rims to keep mine narrow. 4" is not that much that a cv joint couldnt of taken care of.
I WONDER IF ITS A KEEPER OR IAN WOULD SELL IT I HAVE A WILMAC 70'S FULL BODY TRIKE LOVE IT
It's cool . I'd of made the fenders to cover the top of the tires . Also the front tire looks too small on that big bike .
Wish you could do stuff in my state of Rhode Island. You could but it would probably be next to impossible to actually get it registered and be able to be legally on the road
Idk about that little bike clutch turning that diff with them big tires, might need to change the gear ratio to make it wake.
I have a 2004 FLHTC. 1450 TWEEN CAM WITH A TRIKE COVERSION ON IT. BUT U CAN TAKE MINE OFF AND RIDE IT LIKE A BAGGER.
You don't have a drop tooth modular brake?
He makes it look to easy. I wish I could be good at what ever I do like that
Ian, are you going to have any new and upcoming episodes on Full Custom Garage. ( TV)
33:56 33:58 33:59
What ever happened to this trike? Did you sell it or keep it. Its one cool a_ _ bike. I've seen alot but some thing about it looks sooooo nice.
I love your work and would like to work with you
No rear suspension? Did I miss something? Call this the Kidney Shaker. Bad assed.
Don’t need rear suspension, hard tails rule.
@@carlbarkham3115 Spine to the ground. Bad Ass.
🎉🎉🎉❤️
Shocks on the seat is better on the back, I’m old and the hard tail to seat transfers to the spine is no longer an option. It looks great though.
Is that a Honda gl1500 engine? Golding or Valkyrie?
Why not put the fuel in the frame and make the coffin tank open up for the electronics, key switch,lights........ a little different from the rest of the old school tanks and go with hidden cables look more like a big wheel!
Impressive Very Impressive " typed in Darth Vader's Voice"
Id hate to be the guy that has to put a clutch in that thing.
Easier than doing a regular gold wing because you don't have to pull the motor on this set up
Would be simple 🤦♂️
