No words for this test! I couldn’t finish it..I only made it passed the warm air in my right ear, I got so dizzy I had to stop the test. I barely made it home and hours later I am STILL nauseous and dizzy! Do not go alone.
Had this last week. Other tests were fine, but when I had my eyes covered and air blown in my ears, I got so goddamn sick it's not even funny. A week later, I'm still having terrible symptoms from the testing, more than the vertigo I've been experiencing before for nearly 10 months.
Have not gotten my results yet, but I can go my entire life without doing this ever again.
The air part was horrible, I got so dizzy with vertigo and sick, and even puked. I felt bad for hours after, and the next day my ear still feels weird. I was better with my light dizziness before the test. If you can avoid it, don’t do it!!! If you have to, I recommend an afternoon appointment so you don’t have to go to work afterward all messed up.
HELP ME PLEASE! I would like to ask what do I have to buy along with Frenzel goggles in order to have screening and evaluation, what application do I have to install in order to give me some values, and what is the tool that blows the air into the ear canal? Thanks in advance 😀

I really thought I was going to have a heart attack I was so dizzy I couldn't take it anymore and I was so sick for hours after thos test..I went home and had to sleep it off...I will NEVER do this test again EVER!!!!

Same experience for me, also add in the projectile vomiting. They found my right side vestibular system is functioning at 10% less than the left. Basically to fix it, they are going to inject a steroid in it to calm down the middle ear and in theory I’ll be less dizzy. But different peeps have different outcomes I am sure.
Can you stop any time during test??
Late reply but I'll do it anyway since I just went through this. Yes and No. You can stop anytime during the test but you cannot remove the headset or sit up or anything. Halfway through the testing I needed to use the bathroom, which required the doctor to have to recalibrate the entire system, which annoyed her.
I stopped during the test and he took the head set off for me. He realized how horrible I was feeling and he made each side go faster; he took the minimum time needed for a reading after the first one. It was ROUGH. All I can say is F that test.

@@veebliss1266 I wouldn't be scared. You can always tell them to stop. I would bring a ride with you though

@@rishabh6422 No. I could not get Dr. For this test initially. After that I had been to ayurvedic centre for 10 days stay. Took all the therapy. Now I am all fine. No dizziness. Thought let's wait and see.

@@rishabh6422 it wasn't that bad tbh,the specialist will do some tests while you're wearing goggles,they will keep talking to you making sure that you're comfy.
