Larry King had to be the only person on the planet who didn't know that Jerry Seinfeld decided to walk away from his show. He deserved to be mocked for his lack of just being aware of things happening in the world in general.

There's more than plenty "celebrities" genetically incapable of such a display...
That's why I like Hugh. He actually owns up to his mistakes, unlike so many other celebs.
My friends a makeup artist on Loraine and says how Loraine was joking and laughing with spacey it’s not till recently she’s started saying about him being rude
_"She explained that Ford acted as if he didn't like the movie he was promoting."_
Yeah, she obviously doesn't know much about Harrison Ford. He's always like that. lol
I always liked Jay Leno, Craig Ferguson, and David Letterman, not forgetting the unforgettable Johnny Carson. They were terrific shows!! 🌻
Hey, cool of Hugh Grant to own up to it.
Joan rivers had a few talk hows. She said Tommy Lee Jones was the worse.
Stu Mack joan rivers was the worst so her opinion of others is invalid considering how much of an ass and racist she was
Jerry Springer: Every guest ever.
I find most TV interviews with celebs hard to watch, whether they go well or not. They're just uncomfortable to watch.
borrrrrrrring. esp if their promoting a movie.
I can recommend The Graham Norton Show. It’s a more natural environment compared to US talk shows.
I just do not watch them.
Crashburn Uncomforable though? Is that the word you want to use?
You don't have to watch them
Harrison Ford never seems to like interviews. He seems like a private person. Private, but likeable. He seems like he would be a hard interviewee, but not an unpleasant person.
"Likeable". Ya think??
Id love to actually see these interviews instead of having to imagine them whilst listening to the unnecessary narration. This woman actually ruins these countdown bids
@dorothydreams oftornadoes I understand that, but for me, it's makes a sucky video
@dorothydreams oftornadoes gonna have to go back to defrauding pensioners i guess
Jay Leno is hilarious.
"What's your name?"
"What?"
"OH Heyyy!"
Larry King had to be the only person on the planet who didn't know that Jerry Seinfeld decided to walk away from his show. He deserved to be mocked for his lack of just being aware of things happening in the world in general.
At least Grant owned it
Yep
Tuesday Weld surely has to be at the top of the list for worst guests of Johnny Carson. She was so unanimated and gave terse, deadpan answers to his interview questions. Then she said something to the effect of, "This has been fun. When can I come back? Johnny's answer was something like, " How about, never!"
Love Peter Falk in this, I have been a fan for years and years, still watch his re- runs, I am 89 yrs. old. Love Peter! ❤️🌹
& ur online!!!! U GO GF!!!!!
Stu Mack That’s my hobby!! Keeps me going, I also love Netflix!! Not bad for an old wifey!. Take care, Stay Safe! 👍🏻🇨🇦🏴🌻
Barbara Walters said that Warren Beatty was the worst person she ever interviewed. Not because he was hateful, but because he was so boring. I can totally see that.
I went to a filming of Conan back in 2014/15 and they had Paul Simon singing and doing an interview. They had to film the singing twice and the interview was slurring and/or one word answers. I don't know if it was alcohol, drugs or what...but it was bad...thank goodness it was the last 10 minutes of the show. Being a fan of Paul's for 40 years it was sad seeing him like that.
I would be so nervous interviewing assorted celebrities.
i would be nervous on top of u.... i mean interviewing u.
I can't believe Cavett didn't get in on the humor in the Falk interview. It started out hilariously.
He wasn't "in" on the humor because they didn't let him in.
I'm surprised you didn't include David Letterman's interview of Joaquin Phoenix.
I can't believe the David Letterman Show with Crispin Glover wasn't on this list and Jay Leno's worst guest wasn't Bobcat Goldthwait.
The irony here is Jay Leno's always been douchebag himself.
@cpk1994 The guy who quit the tonight show and then changed his mind? The guy who helped screw David Letterman over? Yeah sorry Jay's a douche.
@@spectralthundr9525 Leno wanted less money then Letterman and had a better agent
I remember the show Q with Jian Ghomeshi when he interviewed Billy Bob Thornton. Worst guest ever. He just refused to answer any questions at all.
@@botticellichick6393 yup. That's the one! Jian Ghomeshi is a great interviewer (just ignore his personal life). But, it is probably the most awkward interview I've ever seen.
I never get tired of hearing the Jon Stewart, Hugh Grant story.
I just heard it for the first time, and I'm already tired of it. 😉
@@cl8onj388 I agree
CL8ON J that was really savage man 🔥
@@buboy19 i would have a lot of questions to ask Mr. Grant about Bournemouth.
Ironic, since Jon Stewart was the worst guest on Crossfire.
Casavetes, Gazarra, and Faulk did the job their producer feared. I never heard of the film Husbands, not at the time, nor any time since.
I swear Harrison Ford is ignorant in every interview I seen him in and looks like he doesn’t like talking about the movies when he gets interviews .
@ He shouldn't do them then unless obligated.
lurch321 he said one time a few years ago he’s not good at answering questions and doesn’t like making a fool of himself
@@Terelon He is obligated, thats why he does them. Promoting the film is part of the job whether an actor wants to do it or not.
Personally I'd hate answering the same tired questions and telling the same stories over and over again. The interviewer is just trying to do their job, but you can't really blame the celebrity for not enjoying it.
@@Tyger20 You don' have to do anything in this life you don't want to do, I've heard of many decline interviews and walk out, he can choose those options if he wants truthfully, he can prob suggest in his contract he doesn't wanna do them, ijs
Does ANYONE get along with DEBRA WINGER? Excellent actress though! The John Cassavetes one is the WORST!!!
The tea is exceptionally hot today.
What's your name?
Trista.
Says: Oh hi! (while muttering: this is awkward)
i still find it interesting that Debra Winger voiced ET
Aku From the future pat Welsh actually voiced E.T
That ending was brilliant
One word responsed to interviews is hell. No matter what you do, its just not going to work.
I wouldn’t answer those goofy ass questions Cohen asks either...but knowing the show I wouldn’t make an appearance
That may be true, but at least he doesnt ask the same damn questions every other talking head does, where basically they ask the same damn thing, and you'll see the same damn answer on 5 different interviews.
Right, I you agree to appear you should play along.
Jenny Lee true, if I agree to come (which I wouldn’t) I will play the game as long as he doesn’t cross the line with the questions
@Mac has a nice ass.
I’m not sure some of actors and actresses have a choice. This kind of promotion is in their contracts.
Crispin Glover, anyone...
That was awesome....he pulled a Joaquin Phoenix before Joaquin Phoenix did
Crazy dude
kemolowlow Thiink the credit should go to Andy Kaufman
Erik Washburn His demands for Back to the Future II then lawsuits didn't help
And I can kick. lol
Actually Larry King’s behaviour here is pretty disgusting. It’s easy to target an old lady, so brave of him to make fun of her. Why did they invite her if she had nothing to say.
I didn’t know the bachelorettes could read, let alone write a book.
Before one should Write a book - they should be able to Read a book -
Rational Monotheist I don’t believe in ghosts bro them shits scary
The misogyny..yikes! Just because someone is blonde and hot doesn’t mean they can’t read.
Wow..that was an ignorant rude useless comment
I interviewed Macy Gray for a jazz magazine I wrote for a few years ago (random interesting fact: the interview took place on the morning of the day Trump was elected). She was an interesting but challenging interview subject.
Is it because everytime you tried to end the interview and say goodbye she'd choke?
@@stevetoth7136 hilarious!! 😂😂😂
@@stevetoth7136 haha!
Matt Lohr I saw an interview where she said she wasn't in a good place back then and was high all the time. She said she'd be sleeping during interviews that's why she wore the sunglasses. Haha. Did she have on sunglasses?
Thats a class act from grant
I always loved Hugh Grant
R.I.P Larry King! such a legend
When did Larry King pass away?
@@davidwesley2525 January 27th 2021
Im surprised Larry King didnt select Andrew Dice Clay's appearance.
Are those clips from the Dictator, the Office, etc. really necessary?
I like Hugh but even his former girlfriend of 13 years, Elizabeth Hurley, said that he gets grumpy often.
No idea how anyone could be grumpy w/that woman walking past you in the living room. My only concern would be making sure I could keep my caloric intake high enough for any given moment an opportunity to pounce presented itself.
Syrealle Wyatt remember when he cheated on her with a hooker? Thought he was crazy then.
@@HeatherCoste he likes variety.
He might be a mercurial fellow.
Lol I thought Jay Leno would be the rude guest
Good one
6:46 “while Spacey was a bit of a safer target...she also took aim at some ‘higher profile’ actors...”
Okay, say what you will about Spacey’s personality or his alleged behavior, but the man has two Academy Awards, a Tony, and a Golden Globe, not to mention starring in the first ever Netflix original series. Doesn’t get much higher profile than that. The other two, no disrespect, have none of those distinctions.
You missed the one ofLetterman and Joachuin Phoenix.
7:55 Rihana is so pretty. Swoon.
I dunno De Niro always seems introverted in public. He's just the quiet type
I’m surprised that Crispin Glover having a meltdown on David Letterman’s show didn’t make this list.
Craig is the only one with Class.the first person he didn’t even talk bad about, just said she had a bad day and probably is a good person and the second person he refused to reveal who it was. Everyone else is just as bad as who they are complaining about!
Idk how you’d think that? They were asked who the worst guest was. Most gave reasons for why it was awful. The drunk dude on Conan was out of touch and awful for new host. Hugh grant threw a fit. The cavet guests were totally immature. Most all point to behavior. Not for something they couldn’t help. Leno was only one that just said he was bored but also didn’t say that was worst guest. He just gave build up to awkward encounter
His Britney Spears monologue was sincere and full of class after she shaved her head, can't say the same for his counterparts
1:54 for second he looks like Rod Serling
It's true about Robert DiNero....he is a non event...In an interview, the camera will be on him but unless he has a scrip, he has absolutely nothing to say! Thank goodness he's a great Actor!
B Barnett an overrated actor who always plays the same role. Like a male Julia Roberts ...probably not their fault, it is called type casting, I think !
KD Doelling do you actually think that’s true ?
Meg Ryan on Parkinson.... it was painful to watch
Larry king was not asking if he quit or was let go...he meant that Mr. Seinfeld left on his own 'free will'. Jerry should have have put his hands behind his head stretched out and smiled with appreciation and proudly should have stated 'I started it, and I finnished it'. That's what Larry King was looking for. But what we saw was outlandish and very defensive. Was this a metro-pampered-hipster or a struggling from the boots strap start the day by the strength of one bean and 64 ounces of soda regulate joe? I couldn't help but wonder, but I kinda figured he was a well off citizen. But than again maybe he did it on purpose...dun bud dut dunt du du du
Who was the best, PURE GENIUS, Robin?
is it any wonder no one has ever really heard of the movie Husbands?
Cavet had some wild-ass shows.
