I love my grand home. I bought the Lantana model. Built in 02 and still has great bones. I will build the next one and it has to be Grand Homes.

Why are there closets always so small compared to other companies?
I love the floor plan. Would have preferred a more modern decor though. Some of the light fixtures are early to mid 2000’s.

There's a ton of $1mil+ homes in DFW...lots of $$$ here!
Nice house, high baseboards and crown molding. But the windows aren't trimmed out and neither are the archways.
