(2-4th grade) first i read Percy Jackson series
(5th grade) then i read the Hunger games series
(6th grade) now i am reading the Divergent series
(around 6th-7th grade) planning on reading the legend series
in 2 grade i was assigned percy jackson and the lighting thief then i finished the whole series
Warning last (in Divergent series) book has something unexpected
UPDATE: i finshed almost all the books in divergent in less then a week that series is SOO addicting
and yes i know tris dies people spoil things on skype all the time when i mention books

***** not really what made me sad is when i saw how it effected the charters arounds her

I saw The Darkest Minds on your shelf and was a little disappointed to have not seen it in your recommendations because both the first and second books were great and I can't wait for the third and final one this fall!!
Btw angelfall is about this girl living in a post-apocolyptic world. She's really street-smart and kicks major ass and it starts when she stumbles into an angel fight and then one of the angels takes her little sister and she kidnaps a nearly dead angel to go rescue her sister. You should read the Uglies series. I think its a very interesting series, dystopian and Ira about this world in which most of the population are 'uglier' or as you may guess, unattractive people and about the 'pretties' which you can probably guess who they are and yeah I don't want to spoil anything but please to and read it, it's really good!

You should read The Lunar Chronicles, there set in the future and in space and other planets. There amazing.

The only Lunar Chronicles books I have are Scarlet and Stars Above. It's hard finding the rest of the books here.

I love you so much just bc you recommended the Legend Series. I love every book and the ending to the series was perfect. Marie Lu did an amazing job writing this story
This one video had actually got me to become the person I am today. Before every time I wanted to read a book it was so boring and I always left it after chapter 9. You're the first booktuber I've ever seen mention the Life As We Knew It Series, which I read a couple year ago and absolutely LOVED it. It's such an interesting concept and definitely one of my favorite series :)

I was hoping for something like Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events, if anyone could give me a recommendation.
I mean, a Series of Unfortunate Events was an engaging series, but ultimately I found it unfulfilling, seeing as how many mysteries they left in the air. I know ambiguity was what they were going for, but I had been hoping for better closure, so I just felt really frustrated at the end. :~/
'That in mind, could anyone suggest a teen book series with similar mystery elements that actually DELIVERS on those mysteries?

I'm surprised you liked Shiver. I've been trying to finish it for a year now. I'm finally starting to develope a relationship with the characters but I still find them annoying (especially Sam, I hate reading from his point of view). But it's finally getting a bit interesting now. I think the reason why I couldn't really get into it is because it's just so slow..

My friend let me borrow her copy almost a year and a half ago, and I still haven't finished it. When I asked her if she wanted it back, she said I could keep it because she never even finished the book anyway. I found it extremely boring tbh.

I swear this is me getting all excited over the books I've read. I think you should definitely read the Storm & Silence series . It ain't fantasy but it's worth a read especially by someone like you whose potentially perspective considerate . No pressure though . I just feel like you'll really like the series considering your book preferences ❤

I've read till book 2 on the Mortal Instruments, then watched the movie , the movie was so bad. so so bad.....
The movie was good ,but because the book was so much better that it made the movie terrible. I used to love the movie so I read the series and watched the movie again and i hated it.

I picked up The 5th Wave after this video, and ... WHOA. Like litrally, just WHOA. It was like no other book I've ever read. So much action, so many feels, and oh those geek culture references. I had a bit of a tough time with all the language, but it was such a great book.

Haha, that's funny you listed the Vampire Academy series. I randomly clicked into this video and I've just finished the first book after scoffing at it and writing it off for a long time. But my friend kept loaned it to me, and even though I mocked it through almost the entire book, I was kinda hooked by the end....because I'm awesome like that. But now I'm reading the rest of the series to see what happens. Subscribing and checking out your other book recs!
