I was born in Cuba in 1960. Ever since I was born my parents would go to channels for everything from medicinal reasons to finding out how the year is going to turn out. I was friends with one of the entities that was regularly channeled and that entity even had a nick-name for me because I was the only small child in the group. I understand what Lee is saying. The mountains are my 'happy place'. When I get my first glimpse, everything lifts. It's a spiritual experience. I just start crying tears of joy. When I saw the Alps I bawled like a baby. Tearing up just thinking about it.

Lee is one of my favourite channelers by far! So interesting that Lee mentions feeling more comfortable around older people... I'm in my late 40s and my boyfriend and two closest friends are in their 60s. They seem wise, not into drama etc. and I love their company 🤔🥰

Love you Alex. Ive commented here before and not sure if my information was read by you. Every time someone says "raise vibration" or " positive" or "enlightened" , the source energy always immediately checks my spirit and cringes. Most people in our culture are using these words to incorrectly describe the desired goal of attaining perspective and experience of unity and oneness/ nonpolariry. The term "raise your vibraration" is incorrect and keeping so many humans stuck in believing something that is not. And that boosts the ego to remain stuck in it's individuation. You cannot raise a vibration. You can shorten or lengthen the frequency of vibration and increase or decrease energy. This involves focus. Lower frequency actually travels father than higher frequency. Higher or shorter frequency is vibrating faster and dissipates its energy more readily. Whales and elephants and the earth itself use lower frequency, which is immensely powerful. Pitch, tone, color, and matter density depend upon the amplitude ( which is energy) , frequency, and balance of desired outcome. Too many humans are trying to raise their vibration which only results in them pumping more energy into their current concepts of physical and nonphysical reality, thought it keeps them stuck in separation within what we call ego, or self. Positive and negative forces and shorter and longer frequency and energetic awareness is needed in order to correctly perceive the whole and perhaps "raise" awareness to the unity consciousness. But striving for more positive or raised vibration is like pumping more wattage into a limited vessel. It is a misnomer and term that falsely makes people feel they are on the path of ignition. Stepping into the all, we become aware of these forces. And its not about raising or lowering anything. In fact, master moving energy is what eventually produces the electromagnetics that bind things together to produce the perception of solid dense matter. Slow moving energy permeates space and time and is etheric. The combination of both, and all differences within the spectrum is what allows one to be aware of all that is. If one seeks only to raise their vibration, they may find them self only solidifying their current beliefs and views. By accepting all that is and relaxing into supreme awareness, one may find the beauty and balance of all the vibrations and how they intertwine to produce consciousness and life and all that exists. If I'm understanding you correctly, it seems that Adyashanti, whose book: "true meditation", (which I'm reading right now,) is saying similar things to the things you are saying. Not sure though. Hello Alex, it is me again. I had this experience also, where I could feel 2 beings in my living room while I was laying on the couch, napping, one afternoon, I believe it was on Sunday. This happened less than 7 years ago. No one was home but me, at the time. My mother went to the temple for some type of worshipping, so, there I was napping away. I woke up but I didn't open my eyes because I was scared, and I didn't want the 2 beings to know that I was awake when I felt their presence. The doors and windows were locked, so, there was no breaking in. As I laid there pretending I was asleep, I heard the 2 beings "talking" but I couldn't make out the words they were saying. It was extremely fast, as if they are humming. I don't know if you ever heard the transitter radio's buzzing sound, for lack of better words, while trying to connect to the right station. Yes, it was like that. I didn't know why they showed up to me, as I mentioned before on other post, that I am not a religious person. They stood and "talked" for about 5-10 minutes, then the "talking" stopped. I pretended to laid there a few minutes longer to be sure they have "gone" before I got up. I looked out the windows, front and back of the house but I saw no one. I am still baffle until this very day as to why something "super natural" keeps happening to me. 🤔

I just realized that “channeling” has been going on in the Americas for thousands of years! Native healers have used this to heal people. There’s a good description of it in the book Black Elk Speaks. He referred to himself as needing to be like a “hollow bone” so that the Great Spirit could flow through him to do the healing. In traditional Lakota Sun Dances the Sun dancers use a hollow eagle’s bone as a whistle during the ceremony. Healers were not ostracized, but rather very important to the people. I’ve experienced this as a psychologist working with clients. When I’m able to be a hollow bone words come through me as if from somewhere else. It doesn’t feel like someone else is speaking, but rather as if I’m plugged into it. I’ve been quite skeptical of channeling until I just realized that it’s the same thing!

Lee is one of my favourite channelers by far! So interesting that Lee mentions feeling more comfortable around older people... I'm in my late 40s and my boyfriend and two closest friends are in their 60s. They seem wise, not into drama etc. and I love their company 🤔🥰

Love you Alex. Ive commented here before and not sure if my information was read by you. Every time someone says "raise vibration" or " positive" or "enlightened" , the source energy always immediately checks my spirit and cringes. Most people in our culture are using these words to incorrectly describe the desired goal of attaining perspective and experience of unity and oneness/ nonpolariry. The term "raise your vibraration" is incorrect and keeping so many humans stuck in believing something that is not. And that boosts the ego to remain stuck in it's individuation. You cannot raise a vibration. You can shorten or lengthen the frequency of vibration and increase or decrease energy. This involves focus. Lower frequency actually travels father than higher frequency. Higher or shorter frequency is vibrating faster and dissipates its energy more readily. Whales and elephants and the earth itself use lower frequency, which is immensely powerful. Pitch, tone, color, and matter density depend upon the amplitude ( which is energy) , frequency, and balance of desired outcome. Too many humans are trying to raise their vibration which only results in them pumping more energy into their current concepts of physical and nonphysical reality, thought it keeps them stuck in separation within what we call ego, or self. Positive and negative forces and shorter and longer frequency and energetic awareness is needed in order to correctly perceive the whole and perhaps "raise" awareness to the unity consciousness. But striving for more positive or raised vibration is like pumping more wattage into a limited vessel. It is a misnomer and term that falsely makes people feel they are on the path of ignition. Stepping into the all, we become aware of these forces. And its not about raising or lowering anything. In fact, master moving energy is what eventually produces the electromagnetics that bind things together to produce the perception of solid dense matter. Slow moving energy permeates space and time and is etheric. The combination of both, and all differences within the spectrum is what allows one to be aware of all that is. If one seeks only to raise their vibration, they may find them self only solidifying their current beliefs and views. By accepting all that is and relaxing into supreme awareness, one may find the beauty and balance of all the vibrations and how they intertwine to produce consciousness and life and all that exists. If I'm understanding you correctly, it seems that Adyashanti, whose book: "true meditation", (which I'm reading right now,) is saying similar things to the things you are saying. Not sure though. Would be interested in your opinion on that. Found him on you tube as well, after the book was given to me the other day.

Hello Alex, it is me again. I had this experience also, where I could feel 2 beings in my living room while I was laying on the couch, napping, one afternoon, I believe it was on Sunday. This happened less than 7 years ago. No one was home but me, at the time. My mother went to the temple for some type of worshipping, so, there I was napping away. I woke up but I didn't open my eyes because I was scared, and I didn't want the 2 beings to know that I was awake when I felt their presence. The doors and windows were locked, so, there was no breaking in.
As I laid there pretending I was asleep, I heard the 2 beings "talking" but I couldn't make out the words they were saying. It was extremely fast, as if they are humming. I don't know if you ever heard the transitter radio's buzzing sound, for lack of better words, while trying to connect to the right station. Yes, it was like that. I didn't know why they showed up to me, as I mentioned before on other post, that I am not a religious person. They stood and "talked" for about 5-10 minutes, then the "talking" stopped. I pretended to laid there a few minutes longer to be sure they have "gone" before I got up. I looked out the windows, front and back of the house but I saw no one. I am still baffle until this very day as to why something "super natural" keeps happening to me. 🤔
I am a channeler too. And I totally resonate it's not easy to be a medium and to accept to be one .

I just realized that “channeling” has been going on in the Americas for thousands of years! Native healers have used this to heal people. There’s a good description of it in the book Black Elk Speaks. He referred to himself as needing to be like a “hollow bone” so that the Great Spirit could flow through him to do the healing. In traditional Lakota Sun Dances the Sun dancers use a hollow eagle’s bone as a whistle during the ceremony. Healers were not ostracized, but rather very important to the people.
I’ve experienced this as a psychologist working with clients. When I’m able to be a hollow bone words come through me as if from somewhere else. It doesn’t feel like someone else is speaking, but rather as if I’m plugged into it. I’ve been quite skeptical of channeling until I just realized that it’s the same thing!
