Hello, Mr. Manion! May I ask...what are your thoughts about the new headlight? Specifically, what are the two lights on either side of the central LED? Are those LEDs? Or are they just reflectors? They already offer a quick shifter for it, but the MT07 isnt really suited for the track so what’s the point? It’s a great commuter, hooligan, and comfortable enough for some long trips. Has enough torque to pull wheelies in 3rd gear. Loved riding one so much I’m planning on getting my own soon

Owned my 2017 MT07 since 2019 and I get, on average, 70mpg with relatively quick, not fast, riding. I find the suspension is not brilliant. On track days the foot pegs ground but otherwise a great bike .
Had a tracer 700 for , 4 weeks l, loved the engine, but the seat killed my backside, even with comfort seat. How is this seat ? The engine is wicked fast.

Its a nice bike but the BHP is very low for the engine size. its like buying a 1000cc bike with 100 BHP Maybe its meant to be a city bike i dont know but for me it should have had a 100 ponies under that tank

It has no luggage rack. My bike had a luggage rack when I bought it. You will need it to bring important stuff. Like beer cans, food and extra shoes. You will need a luggage rack. Cars have boots, Bikes should have facilities as well.

It’s a peach of a motor but it was weak of Yamaha to bow down to the marketing department And lead all but the savviest buyers to think it’s a cross-plane crankshaft. It’s a weird choice considering how few even know the meaning.

I have loved every ride I have ridden on my 2021 MT07. It has great torque and has plenty of speed for passing.

Even my hornet 600 pulls nicely on 3rd and 3500rpm . I expect the MT07 to pull nicely on 6th and 2000rpm.

I was getting 40 mpg my 1st tank, but I was breaking her in properly. ;) Second tank avg is ~45mpg. Faster conditions...
