Awesome video and test, just ordered mine this week, Suzuki did a great job here
Hi chief I've just purchased a 22xr and have been looking at a slip on. She does sound good. 1 question. On eBay I have two options. A stainless steel base or a titanium base. Which one did you go for?? Not sure if you mentioned but just checking Cheers Kermit 🐸
Really want a Himalayan, from all the reviews ive seen it looks like everything i want in a bike. Not sure why they bothered with Tripr Nav though, it seems that they never work as intended unless the phone is mounted right next to it, in which case you have a better-inbuilt nav on the phone anyway. Pretty pointless as it's intended but it's an easier to read clock than the digital display so it still manages to serve a purpose. I grew up riding a Honda CT110 so the sound of single piston bikes make me happy
On higher rpm it pulls closer. Lower rpm is more gentile.
I bought a 1978 KZ 750 (2 cylinder and a darker green then the 650) used in 79 and rode it to high school and loved it. I had ridden dirt bikes, and the KZ was my very first street bike. I am now 62 and just bought a left over 2022 Z650Rs in Candy Emerald Green with gold rims and can't wait till the break in period is over. Got it at a good enough price that I didn't have to sell my Harley. Thanks for this video.
@@sbhjackson5931 love that mate, great times ahead as well. Enjoy! Cheers 🍻
What's the common issues with theese bikes?
@boxinggloves87 some have complained of "vibrations" through the bars. I've not found that myself, but, at lower speeds shifting could be a bit slow and fuelling a bit lumpy (fixed with software updates) and also if pushing high speeds I found the bike could get unstable, almost like it has the power, but not the aerodynamics for it.
I test rode the 2024 bike thinking it would be my dream bike but i couldn't get past the seat. Handlebars had a high frequency buzz as well. Bike was very easy to stall at low speeds so needs more throttle than my triple.
@ChipZilla69 Never noticed the buzz myself, but the seat used to get on my nerves, just too restrictive. Merry Christmas chap. Cheers 🍻
I am one of those more mature riders coming back to motorcycling after many years away. I have just retired and wanted to get back into motorcycling while I still can, so I looked around for what my limited purse would buy. To cut a long story short, I bought my mates Royal Enfield Interceptor which I absolutely love. Its a 2020, in fantastic condition and only 1400 miles on the clock. He sold it for two reasons, one, to get me back into motorcycling, and secondly he wanted some dosh for his latest bike. I love the Interceptor, so smooth, the gearbox is a dream, the power delivery is excellent, its certainly fast enough for me and I can happily overtake on motorways with plenty to spare. I love the old classic style and being able to do my own basic servicing and valve adjustments is so easy and saves a fortune. This bike is a keeper and it will probably be with me for many years. The bike is factory spec with only the seat being changed for touring seat, it really is a lovely ride and feels so safe.
i bought my interceptor last week on my 45 birthday after about a year reading n watching review. never test ride it before. the best decision i made...
@alengacrossplanet ah, love to hear this. Sounds like you found exactly what you were looking for :) enjoy! Cheers 🍻

Very useful video .Would be handy to have the measure of how “big and tall” you are , over 6ft ? Over 17stone ?
@Thunderbolt6fifty your welcome. I'm 6ft4. Was 20 stone. Now just over 17.
@ well done you ! I’ll be back for dietary advice🤣. I’m only a mere 6’1” but my long back means that your reviews are very relevant and clearly relatable . Thank you !
Great tutorial. Thanks
@@nigeldavis5107 YW mate. Thank you 😊
You can't deny BMW'S workmanship and technology. Hands down this has to be the most prestigious of machines out there, in a world of adventure bikes. In my humble opinion.
@brianpowersful Completely agree. Each to their own of course. But you can't deny how good BMWs are. Cheers 🍻
Nice informative video, but have no idea what Quids and Stones are. Only a brit will know I guess ?
@raymondsmith4401 Yeah guess so.
Please clarify if 325 mm's? The higher 400 mm looks ridiculous IMO.
@BlueRage was the 325mm screen
I had one 16 plate , didn’t particularly like it , sold it on.
@philhill7973 cool. Not the same bike though huh.
This Suzuki GSXS1000 or Kawasaki Z1000SX ??? 🤔
@@mnnend5480 tough choice, ride em both 💪 Cheers 🍻
One of the most chill reviewers out there. Its funny that you have the ZH2, wich was my go to bike. But because i wanted the SE edicion, and i was suppose to get a good deal on it, it turned out it had only 9km, but as soon as the first owner got it out, it wreked it. So it was a repaired bike, wich im never going to buy. Then i saw the GSX S1000, and many reviews and reading about it, ive ordered mine in black, with the new TFT screen borrowed from the GSX S8. It should be here in Spain at the end of november 2024. Cant wait. I know its not H2 power, but i hope it will put a half smile on my face compared with the ZH2..lol. Thanks for the review tho! very good job you did there! ;)
@Lc_Sebastian Love that, thank you mate. Buzzing for you! Bet you can't wait for it to arrive. Will be awesome. Enjoy. Cheers 🍻
My old 1988 Yamaha sr500 chopped into a cafe is sitting in the garage doing nothing for the last few years and I just sold my FXDC Harley Davidson from 1992... First new bike I have purchased with a tail tidy, aluminium radiator gaurd and new Yoshi at2 pipe is this gen 3 2023 model MT09 SP. I tried sitting on the 24 and I just did not like the sportier settup and the screen was too large for my liking. If I had my way the 23 would have the gen 2 smaller screen which looks sporty and sharp in colour. I am so G'd up for this.
@tkx86 Love that :) buzzing for you mate. Great times! Enjoy, cheers 🍻
Hey i think you're missing the db killer baffle. It's suppose to be longer than that
@nickg.1360 hey, I removed it.

I have one the same colour, I have a 16t front sprocket on it, plenty powerful and more than enough power, great bikes,
@mrmoon1482 love that. Enjoy. Cheers 🍻
when i had my f4i i was told by honda that the reason most jap bikes that have two headlights only illuminate one side is so in the dark it was not confused with a kie car which due to size has its headlights close together. i still didn’t see why it mattered and modded the bulbs 😅. this is what honda should have made alongside the hornet 1000 that’s coming.
Nice review. How does it compare to a gsxs1000?
@vincoIndo96 Both great machines. The BMW is a harder more focused machine would be my opinion. Also has more tech. But the Suzuki is the easier bike to ride everyday, less aggressive riding position. Cheers 🍻
nice bike have fun. thank you.
@@garychynne1377 thank you. Cheers 🍻
Charming looking machine 😎
Never ridden a bike apart from a moped years ago. I would love to embrace my crisis 😂 and buy one of these. Are they easy to ride?
@HitchHikersBlues Easy to ride, yes they are. However slightly trickier than your average due to the layout. But definitely a great choice. Embrace the crisis as we aren't promised tomorrow. Cheers 🍻
I wonder how much an extra tank is to change colors?
@BobSmith-eq9vs Not sure on this one chap. Best to get a local quote.
I believe the Kawasaki ZHR and HR series will be discontinued beyond 2024 and will become a collector's edition
@@woodsie7222 I think you could be right
Just brought a 2021 Kawasaki ZH2 here in Western Australia from dealer @ $20k with 2,000 km. Extra's - Arapovic exhaust and headers; Brock's Performance/Biturbo Steering Damper. Previous bike 2012 Kawasaki ZX14R brought 2016 with only 2,500km @ $12,500. Extra's - 2.5" Handlebar risers, Stand, Two Brothers Carbon Racing Exhaust 🙂

@DerinFilipov-x6t Hey, thank you very much, I appreciate the feedback and glad you enjoyed the video. Cheers 🍻
Can i ask where did you take your bikes for tuning ? Thanks
@akoslengyel8913 Hey, I did the work myself on my bikes. Although with the ZH2 you can get the ecu tuned which does add a crazy amount of HP. I never had that done.
best review of this bike on YT. Many thanks!

Can you leave sometimes the bike to tell what you want to say and turn the conversation for a moment or two.
@@DerinFilipov-x6t ?
Frankly, Suzuki can and should make cheaper, low tech ( no TFT bs ), round/ traditional headlight, no traction control version of s1000.
@umakantgajjewar8898 it's a good point you make to be honest.
Is this a stock exhaust?
@@shillongnatureasmr3602 Yes, as it comes from the factory.

Seat height? 😁👍
I enjoyed the video, thanks. I have a 2023, I followed the break-in period religiously, with an extra oil change @ 50 miles. Since then, I read how to set it in sport mode, and have no idea what all the buttons do? No do I have any interest. I run the front tyre at 28 psi, which for me, improves it's road manners with the short wheelbase. I strongly encourage potential litre bike buyers, to consider one. I've owned most note-worthy bikes, over my 45 years of riding, and this one is stupid.I love it. I can't wait to have my hip replaced, so I don't look my age, when getting on it. 😁
Love this. Enjoy!
"Tower to Zulu Zulu Romeo. You are cleared for take-off" Thank god my ZZR doesn't have a speed warning.....the bulb would need replacing frequently...
Lol. Very true
What gloves, helmet, boots, jeans, and jacket are you sporting? And how do you rate them?
@darrylwilson4027 hello chap. But of a mix really. Mainly Spidi for gloves and jacket I believe. Can't think of the boots right now. Best thing to do is find a good dealership with a clothing section and try a few things on that suit style and budget.
Bought one 2024. And your video helped me in my decision. Life long Honda guy. Not now. 2024 MT-07 is great.
@PaulFisher-wz8eo That's awesome news mate, glad the video helped. Enjoy your new ride brother! Cheers 🍻
electronic suspension ? is there 6 imu ?
