Rightly said sir. I was working for many years in managerial position in Engineering project company. I have an Engineering background and always i was feeling suffocated in the corporate world as you mentioned in your speech. Now,I have taken a break for sometime and teaching Maths and Science in a School. I am really happy. ..maintaining strict discipline and food in my life.I am exploring it nicely and I am enjoying my growth here. I ready 2 or 3 books a week now plus i do play sports with my boarders in the evening which i could have never thought in my corporate world.
Truly speaking...I am having same thoughts but now I am not getting job...now a days schools are not giving good salaries and their behavior is also not so good with teachers

Very nice, l love teaching. In my view, The best way of teaching is to create keen love of self reading in the students so that the students wouldn't feel burden of reading.
Connectivity is most important thing in learning process. Students get easily involve in learning process with the help of connection. You cant prepare students to face 21st century chaleges by just tipical teaching method. You have to make that relationship to involve them.
Bhai , if you are from Pakistan Occupied Kashmir which is not a part of India right now , then it's ok because your language reflects your poor knowledge for eg "if it grows personalities etc". i always utged to work for clg students. and I did that for couple of yrs. i got an opportunity to teach middle school. at first i was bit upset but tge kids changed my whole outlook. the smile and happiness on their face.... MaShaAllah. They wud come running to me where ever they spot me. Market, religious ceremony... I love my Midlle School kids. clg students are gd but middle school students are my life now.
Dear Sir, I am an English lecturer . I teach English for B.Sc students. In the last year I started my career as teacher. I am an introvert person. I am very short in posture and students are too much noisy throughout the class. It's really hard for me to establish control over the students. I am very soft and kind in dealing with students.I believe the students won't give importance to English as they think PCM or CBZ are their true stuffs of learning. I have dived into this profession by choice, I love this profession. I don't think I can find a solution for this problem yet I want to fade away in this profession.

And I want to make my future in the fields of teaching and education,, because by teaching the students I learned this thing about my self that this is the work which I am made for, I love teaching them and it is so nice to connect with to leanrn them, to see their beautiful smiles, their tantrums also, they fear also taht nhi mis nhi hk payga mai ko nhi aata, but when they learn that this is not their win over their that fear but it also my win, And I am very much passionate about their learnings, their education abd teaching and I want to give my best in teaching them and I love them alot and I am very much grateful for them. i always utged to work for clg students. and I did that for couple of yrs. i got an opportunity to teach middle school. at first i was bit upset but tge kids changed my whole outlook. the smile and happiness on their face.... MaShaAllah. They wud come running to me where ever they spot me. Market, religious ceremony... I love my Midlle School kids.
clg students are gd but middle school students are my life now.

Dear Sir, I am an English lecturer . I teach English for B.Sc students. In the last year I started my career as teacher. I am an introvert person. I am very short in posture and students are too much noisy throughout the class. It's really hard for me to establish control over the students. I am very soft and kind in dealing with students.I believe the students won't give importance to English as they think PCM or CBZ are their true stuffs of learning. I have dived into this profession by choice, I love this profession. I don't think I can find a solution for this problem yet I want to fade away in this profession.
