Excellent, how long did it take you to play it seamlessly? I just started doing this about 30 minutes a day. Not quite up to speed yet without fumbling. Only on exercise #5
This Round I didn't take long, as I already knew how to do most of the exercises, but the last exercise (pentatonic) I struggled a bit until I was comfortable playing. If I remember well, in 2 weeks I wasn't feeling the picking pains (it was a little bit my weak point hahaha). Keep playing and you will do better!!!
We need a lot of patience to play these "Chop Builder". Round 2 for me now is the hardest round in 100% speed... need more resistance..hahaha i will try, ok? But i think Round 9 and 10 is easier for me...

Don't mean to be nit-picky but isn't it meant to start with a downstroke. Both ways are good training, but as far as the notation dictates, it looks like it's meant to start with a downstroke.
Good question. If you start with downstroke it is a little bit "harder"... but it is possible... but let's increase the speed (the BPM)... test with the last example (pentatonic minor)... with first downstroke it is a knightmare to play... you're comment is very welcome here!

it starts with un upstroke. look al slow velocity. and its better for string change.
