I actually picked up the G&G SGR 556 to get those real steel functions and after some machine work shortening the barrel and making a longer hop up screw I've been really happy with it. I didn't know bolt did it too but idk if I'm willing too do the work you just did to get a lil bump in my shoulder.
That's interesting, not seem many people talk about TDC modding their AEG M4. Was that TDC done for the sake of having such fine hop control/adjustment or do you notice any real benefit over a standard rotary hop?
Love it when you troll the “you have to do it this way” people I recently built a ridiculously expensive V3 gearbox for a 3D printed SMG. Also did a “because I can” Aliexpress DSG with parts that got me so much hate from a couple guys on FB. 🤣
As a bolt owner i agree with you. I own the ak74u and pimped it up all the way with real deal zenitco bits but its something i don't usually use, especially during winter since im afraid the gearbox is gonna blow up. I even dropped in a perun v3 for it. I made my own idiot build and i have no regerts

Can you please give me a feedback about the cnc machined hop unit made by gate? It has a fairly decent price, lots of orings to fit everything and the numbers on the rotary dial, will adding this to the epic inner barrel by psionic and tho-r hop rubber
