bc im stupid i forgot to include a summary section, i would say like the 'keypoints' from this series that oce needs to improve on are - recognising draft dynamics, I feel like we have set 'draft plans' we are trying to force through regardless of enemy comp thats just leading to us being completely gapped. maybe good way to put this is to remain fluid in drafting, not pigeonholing can be done through flexes - re evaulate 'meta read', hate the term because the meta is always not efficient in terms of what's actually strong and psyops people into thinking certain champs cant be picked even in good spots, but like thinking about maybe utilising flexes like karma or power picks like ivern more that are insanely strong on patch and pairing - identifying and forcing winning interactions, game 2 is emblematic of this in the sense that we have vi akali and we never forced our winning interaction once (good fluid drafting helps with this, as it makes it easier to e.g. get positive lane matchups to get push and get into river). spoilers for second series vs dfm but also noticed this when we had an incredibly strong zone of control comp in game 2, we won through biopanther literally putting chiefs on his back (luon aswell tbf) when game was 10x if we just identified winning dynamic - obviously gameplay stuff like level-up timers and item spikes, i feel like we aren't properly playing around these but bit hand wavey to just say 'play around item spikes lol' so this point needs more fleshing out in terms of drafting i feel like so far chiefs are just semi conforming to what other lcp teams/major regions read as meta, when we should really be trying to reach beyond that limited read for best % to win -> like if every team is just playing some variation of like jayce adjg/sej corki w.e we should look into stuff like ashe seraphine, xin enchanter, urgot etc (think about how fly almost beat geng, almost purely through drafting well and understanding the dynamics of their draft)
