    Hi, why you did this job, there was any problems with engine?

      Yes, camshaft broken , and two rocker arms( valve covers ) was damaged.

    Great job man, greating from Slavic Czechia, but why wouldn´t you changed glow plugs when you have intake/turbo/egr down?

      @@slavicshop2398 Fine! So can I ask if you are from Poland? :) I had same car in July, it was my first car with driving lessons :D, in my life it was 4th car :DD. It was very powerful and safe car with lot of torgue, but I had 2004 without DPF filter. And I buy Focus with 1.8i Duratec (Mazda Engine), that Volvo V50 already had this engine, and it is already good, and suspension is same :), but consuption is about 12l/100 km in winter :D.

      @@vesy92 oh high Consumption for sure ! I live in Romania, not Poland . I have a DPF on my car which gived me some problems. I have changed the dpf sensor 2 times. I can’t wait to see how will run with new clutch and another gearbox.

    Salutare! Curând voi avea de înlocuit axele cu came, tacheții și culbutorii hidraulici pe un motor identic (dw10bted4). Însă nu stiu sigur dacă este nevoie să elimin uleiul din tacheții noi astfel încât să fie comprimabili sau să îi montez așa cum vin în cutie (încărcați). Pe internet majoritatea spun ca ei nu descarcă tacheții pe modelul acesta. Însă nu stiu dacă montarea capacului de culbutori va fi mai dificilă cu ei încărcați. Tu cum ai procedat?

      @@Killer-lo3ig salut, tacheții hidraulici eu când am schimbat am lăsat totul cum era în cutie și le-am scufundat în ulei înainte să le bag la loc . Nu cred ca va fi mai dificila de montant capacul de la culbutori. Încearcă sa faci teste să vezi .
