Ive seen the full episode and it was the saddest thing ever: she was just a woman with money from his father, and put that restorant. Once Gordon got rid of the chef, he then knew she wasnt feeling ok with dealing with the place (due the problems). Gordon open the place for himself, to show her that she can make good money with low expenses, and she still wasnt convinced. So he brought a young chef, from England... but the owner didnt showed up.
Her parent and her business partner were really confused, and she only spoke on telephone, saying she doesnt want to work at the restoran no more.
At the end? Gordon hire the young chef for himself, the business partner went away and the woman owner became a high level escort.
