Hey Indeimaus, absolutely love the editing on this video. I've recently started learning editing, and I was wondering how the vintage filter at the beginning was created/acquired? It's very appealing, one of the best I've seen. Thanks a bunch! Love your stuff.

32:03 So, that stuff on the wall is actually for the summoning circle in the breakroom near the bridge. It actually does something neat when you piece it together!

@@tjk-goix8513 The original Dead Space was developed by EA Redwood Shores, later known as Visceral Games so yeah EA pretty much owned the IP from the get go. If I'm not mistaken it was during the time when they wanted to have more original IPs, an example of that is Mirror's Edge releasing in 2008.

I first found the channel back in 2020 (during quarantine) and the video that got me hooked was your Super Dead Space video. Can’t be we’re come full circle three years later. Keep doing what you’re doing Maus.
Oh not yet has the circle been made whole. We are still in need of Dead Space Remakes for 2 and 3. Three has to be an entirely different story from the failure the first version was. Hopefully, EA will realize that their marketing team needs to keep their opinions to themselves and the higher ups need to unleash horrorifying concept that should have been the true core of the original.
I’ve been on deployment these last few months man and honestly I love all your videos, been rewatching them and the new ones, finally got my hoodies from the shop from shocktober really glad how they came out thanks for making my days better with your content 😊
I just want to say how much I really appreciate all of the spatialization of the dubbed voices when you're making up dialogue for characters (around 18:00 is one example), as well as other audio gags like the muffled beam music when using it in the vacuum of space (around 17:00). Those editing tricks cannot be trivial, but they really add a lot to the comedy of these videos.
During half of my gameplay of this remake, I was thinking of that bit you did with the sarcastic imitation of Kendra telling Isaac to go repair this and do that. Also the Mining Deck elevator was unimaginably cursed. It at one point teleported me to a grey square in an open black void, where the game told me I was still in the tutorial section where you first start. Another time all the loose bodies on the lift stopped moving with it. Oh right, they downgraded Wife Jumpscare (and the Hive Mind's sounds too, really). On the bright(?) side we get an extended remix of Nicole singing the full poem of 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star' if you stay in that one elevator. Alt ending time!
I don’t think I’ve laughed so hard at your videos as I have at this one. The editing is SO GOOD. I especially love your dedication to turning the contact beam into the dubstep gun, even muffling the music in a vacuum. And the medical dummy! Just perfect.
Hey Indei, just wanted to post some appreciation for you! Found your channel last year, and I've been binging ALL of your videos. High quality, great humor, and devilishly handsome. Thanks for all the laughs and hours of entertainment, you're up there with some of my favorite content creators! Hey Indei, I rewatched the 10 year anniversary vid you posted and the 1st instance of the Cursed Elevator Counter was Super RE6. You mention that the elevators from Dead Space were always cursed but the actual counter started in RE6
I love the intro, I could see an episode of the Dead Space Eighties Sitcom where Isaac is nervous about asking Nicole to prom, Kendra is trying to become famous by winning the Ishimura High talent show and Hammond just shakes his head at all the (non-Marker) insanity going on around him.
Damn dude. Didn’t expect you to discover the secret eternity ending. Mad props. Seriously though, I wanted to say thanks for the years of content you provide us. Wishing you the best of luck for the future.
This is one of your best edits yet! I have been with you since before the cursed elevator made its first appearance. Constant laughter! My favorite part was the techno music when the electric weapon was charging in space.
I don't know HOW I didn't even register the thought of you bringing this series back but am I sure glad I did cause this was the best surprise I've gotten in a while!
There are only three weapons in Dead Space: the plasma cutter, the spike launcher, and the limbs of necromorphs flung at them at a hundred meters per second.
Javelin gun was introduced in Dead Space 2. Will be good in the future to see a remake of the legendary sequel with DLC Severed, more exploration of Sprawl and defunct Ishimura included. Btw I want to see fixed leapers movement and introduction of Ubermorph with proper backstory.
The video editing and intricacies in your audio editing (especially for those slight sound-directional mixings) were fantastic. Had me laughing this whole video too!!! Subscribing forsure. 🔥
