As a person who already have thick hair, I'd like to share a basic tip: Oil your hair at least once a week. Trust me you'll see a HUGE difference before oiling and after oiling. If you have very damaged and tangling hair, brush the ends first and slowly go upwards all the way to the roots. This will prevent breakage and it will be a lot easier for you to brush your hair. Hope this helps
@@suhanirana4494 Maybe it's your shampoo then? This also happened to me. My hair usually doesn't fall but when it does it's because of my shampoo. I sometimes buy anti-hairfall shampoo even though my hair doesn't fall and when I use it, it starts tangling and falling
This is what I do for my hair growth: I start my day with yoga. For breakfast, I eat eggs, almonds, and idlis. When I return back from work, I gently massage my scalp. At night, I apply a few drops of liitllexttra reactivate hair growth serum to my hair. Just doing these steps has helped my hair grow nicely.

as someone with natural thick hair, you better be prepared for your hair to get really knotty especially just behind the back of your neck, they will tangle a LOT while you sleep and trust me - they HURT to get out. and also, your hair will take much longer to dry and will probably be a bit wet for 1 day. 1.5 max. finally, if you scrunch your hair at the top after taking it out of a hairstyle, it may stand up on its own for… some unknown reason and you can look like a lion a t times. But it’s really nice other than all them options, just be careful! ❤❤
Usually and initially it's all genetics. But me as an Indian and vegetarian, we don't have problem taking care of hair. But we lack proteins compared to non vegetarians. So, additional we have to include extra protein food in our regular diet to have maintained hair thickness. To grow hair after 35 years is less expectation as we undergo so many changes in women. If you atleast notice growth of nails, your body is signaling protein contents availability. Everyone is different and beautiful the other way. ❤❤
As a person with thick curly hair: The sun actually stimulates hair growth so it’s really good to get thick and long hair. The sun will also help your hair get lighter. I also recommend washing your hair at least once a week because washing it helps more oil develop in your hair. A good diet also helps, personally I don’t eat good food all the time but its still good enough for my hair to grow long and thick. Trims help the hair grow long because is prevents split ends so it’s good to get it done every so often. Heat tools are also a thing that can’t be bad if you don’t use it often if you straighten or curl your hair a lot your hair will get heat damage, as a person with curly hair I’ve seen another friend keep getting her hair straightened and that caused her curls to loosen up. You should also make sure you find products with ingredients good for your hair, as a person with curly hair water is a big one because my hair absorbs a lot of water. When doing your hair it’s also good not to be too rough because you will end up pulling out or ripping off some of your hair ( I experienced it first hand). When detangling hair it’s good to start from the bottom working your way up to not cause damage. Oiling your hair is also a good way to moisturize because it helps stimulate the scalp which helps hair grow longer, just don’t put to much oil because it will start running down your neck and face causing irritation and possibly acne(experienced it first hand). Brushing your scalp with a soft brush while doing it also helps because it also will help stimulate. It’s also good to put your hair up at night with a hairstyle called a pineapple which is just a messy bun at the very top of your head, this helps your hair not get detangled. And if you have a dry scalp if if it’s really itchy I suggest putting oil or washing it because you can possibly cause a scalp infection, and you ca say bye bye to your hair. Anyways hoped this help! :)

Thickness is the size of an individual hair strand, doing these steps won’t make your hair thicker, but it will make it healthier
I already have it lucky meeeee😊
Me who have genetically thick hairs! It's really hard to keep llong thick hairs. As your scalp gets more sweaty and it's also hard to wash thick hairs, comb hairs
As someone that has thick hair I'm really sorry to break it to you girls but the only way to have thick hair is with genetics. You can't have thick hair unless your born with it and I'm really sorry for you girls that really thought this actually works! Everyone should learn that you can't go straight from having thin to thick hair , it doesn't work that way because you need to be born with it :) [deeply apologise if I ruined your hopes for thicker hair I'm just telling the truth]
basically you have people saying oil your hair don't show it to sunlight someone basically i'll tell you right now just cut it to like ummm just below your shoulders or shoulder length and it would like obviously thicken try it pls IT HELPS A LOT
