I had a lot to say about this episode, don't take what I say as hating on Odd Nation! I am grateful for the series and Disventure Camp as a whole, I just think they missed so many marks this series.
@@vaniontop agreed it’s kinda similar to the 2nd season of the total drama reboot We’re both seasons started off really strong but then started to go down hill With the last couple of episodes
@@owenwilson2869total drama reboot s2 was a really good season imo, its the winner who screwed it up, but dcas has SO many unnecessary drama, storylines and eliminations
@@vaniontop while I respect your own personal opinion on the 2nd season I’m gonna have to disagree with you The season Was really good to begin With & had a lot of Great Moments & storylines. It’s just episodes 9-12 was Not terrible but just annoying Seeing Caleb constantly Trying to win back Priya but always screwing it up the only highlights from those episodes were The Hockey Bros & Julia(Although I don’t like how we never saw Julia do All the sneaky stuff she said she did) And I actually Don’t mind Wayne wining Mainly because He’s one of my favourite characters from characters from The Reboot but it also minds me of Owen winning in Island 2007(It also reminded me of Miriam Winning Disventure camp Season 1 from not receiving a single vote & Being a character who no one was expecting to win) Although I do agree with your points on Disventure camp all stars no disagreeing agree there
I think Ally would have been a much better character if jake was an earlier boot. In my opinion Jake ruined both his character and Ally's. I dont like that both Jake and Ally made the finale... their beef started like right at the beginning of the season. As you said its very repetitive and i kind of want a break from looking at them fighting and yet they decided to bring BOTH of them in the finale. I better not see jake winning this season as he has been a pick me since episode one!!!!!!! Love your reactions btw!!!
26:05 They rewrote the elimination order in which Jake and Ally were early merge boots and Ashley, Tess, and Alec were in the finale but they ended up changing the elimination order halfway through
ASHLEY COULDVE WON!!! They should've stuck with this cod Ashley is my favourite character, Tess had so much potential this season and Alec was great this Season.
@midnalazuli793 idk but I also heard everything pre Tess wasn't changed but everything after Tess even the comeback winner was changed. Idk where they heard the finalists from though
I feel we reached a high high in episode 13 and it feels ep 14-18 have took a massive downfall in the season I think most of us agree gabby or grett would of been the best options to win this season Grett had the perfect arc , after being treated like complete shit and standing up for herself thanks to gabby and then gabby leaving had the perfect winner edit for grett it essentially gave that impression with her strategy So for ally And jake to randomly team up against grett and then go back to their regular fights is annoying AF And the other option most peoples fave gabby She had sm going on, her revenge arc when ellie was eliminated really kept the season entertaining while we had the dragged out plots of Tomjakeaiden & Grett and yul So gabby adding an interesting complex arc was so good bc it was in character for gabby And the whole grett and gabby dynamic was really wholesome from going to enemies to friends Gabby had sm winner potential from winning for ellie, helping grett get away from yul, playing both sides of villiand and heroes which had sm potential and blocking out her evil persona but her exit felt so rushed... All in all Looking at this season as a whole it feels they relied on 21 eps and then dragged on loads of plots for too long or completely rushed some.. And then have us hage to sit and watch ally and jake beef for nonreason for 15+ EPS!?
I feel they were really setting up Ally to win this episode, I understand it must’ve been hard to see it because of the frustration of the Jake/Ally rivalry but if you rewatch you can really notice some subtle things that hint to her maybe winning. For example, her overhearing jake/Riya voting for her, Ally’s talk with Connor in the beginning and her wanting to be the best version of herself, also Riya wanting to vote Ally out to avoid competing against her in the finale is just a big sign that it might be Riya vs Ally in the finale. Another thing, Ally talking about how she hasn’t won an immunity yet and how jake robbed her of the last chance, Riya and jake have already won before so maybe it’s a sign Ally will win the game- the ultimate immunity
You’re such a refreshing reactor! Everyone is hating on Riya but Riya vs Connor is actually interesting and has good writing. The lengths she’ll go to keep her villain reputation at the expense of her morals, and Connor’s complexity and wanting to prove himself. Jake and Ally are incredibly annoying and I hope Riya slays them both in the finale. Good reaction and good points about remaining respectful to the creators!
this episode was actually good in my opinion. Having the 3 characters people didn’t want to make finale is just absolutely hilarious to me. Personally i love the final 3, but i get why people might be annoyed
20:00 preach man!!!! Again I’m so glad I’m subbed to you. It’s so refreshing hearing someone call Jake & ally out. They shouldn’t be here when we could’ve had Alec, gabby, grett & Tom instead
Same I hate how “stans” will defend their characters and not see why other people are pissed. It’s not jealousy people have legit reason to not like either character
@@Yoshixandir exactly I’ve had talks with these stans and they never listen to anything you say. And critic about Jake will immediately be thrown to someone else instead of just accepting that what Jake did was wrong. Like it’s ok to like a character but you gotta admit when their in the wrong
Grett gets voted out but Mr. Writers pet decides to quit NEXT EPISODE. I thought pretty positively about Connor for a lot of the season and still do. But this being the way he goes out is sad. Grett was the best character to win in the final 5 and decide to boot her. It was a smart game move but wasn't good for the story.
@@Jay_Nelson I also like Connor but don't find the writing consistent. Connor not telling Ally that it's Riya trying to trick her is so stupid. Ngl, with final 5 I thought we could get Grett vs Riya , 2 villans against each other with different morals, something like good villain vs bad villain. After the episode, with Connor staying with injury, it seemed like to me that the writers wanted to make Connor vs Riya for finale. I honestly am interested how the finale goes. I am assuming we will have returning characters to help them, Tess/Hunter for Ally, Ashley for Jake probably and kind of a mystery who could help Riya (someone from villains i guess)
@@CapeeyConnor will come back to bite Riya and be her only supporter so she has no other choice and he can make sure she losses to Ally and Jake, which I will hate if she actually does since out of the 3 characters we have left Riya all the way but if she does lose like this I hope they give closure to her character and arc with Connor as it should be done, she is far beyond being redeemed but a closure to her character needs to happen, even more considering we are not seeing her again in the mini series post show
Jake actually being in the Final 3 was somehow something I’ve seen since the very beginning. Jake clearly hasn’t learned a lot since the very beginning. Episode 2 when he voted James he gets easily manipulated by Alec and into thinking Aiden and Tom were hanging out a lot. And in episode 2 easily gets manipulated and votes him out. And feels guilty about it later on in a greeting by TrentCookie. Episode 5 was when he was arguing with Fiore about the villains and instead of listening with Miriam. He chooses to vote out Hunter just because the Hunter and Ally beef was the thing. Literally two episodes later He starts arguing with Ally since Episode 7, just because he got fooled because Ellie pushed Tom and Aiden onto each other, Thinking about it. Jake is definitely the most hated character in the series. I’m not saying that I won’t forgive Jake for what he did. But somehow his mistakes he’s “Learning” are getting him to the finals, All Three Jake, Ally and Riya are terrible people. Like genuinely speaking. I cannot think of a more pathetic and pointless finale than anything with having 2 people who absolutely hate Jake. Now in Episode 8-9 his beef with Ally continues, Than in Episode 10 He gets into arguments with Ally again. And then once Aiden shot Jake with a paintball, he literally overreacts to a paintball shot and chooses to eliminate Ashley over some arguement he had with Ashley and Ally. He’s more manipulative than anyone in this entire game. Than he only has a few good moments in the merge. Like helping Connor, pushing him to fight, and literally had more people just dislike him. And than the arguments he has with Ally not only continue. Mainly the Jake and Ally beef happens two episodes later between episodes 5-7, about Magenta arguing with Fiore about the Villains Alliance. Clearly Jake and Ashley’s minds are kind of screwed just because they kept Fiore over Hunter and James since Ashley did once say “Kids should not get away with bad behaviour” Yet 6 episodes she got away with a few things. Jake has to be one of the most easily manipulated yet also one of the worst characters I have ever since in this entire franchise. Jake has literally been the cause about 75% of the events that has happened to the series. Don’t even get me started in this whole story line towards the end of the game. This is just extremely upsetting to see how downfall Jake and Ally have gotten. Yet Riyas actually the only who’s stayed the same since the end of Season 2. Honestly wish Connor didn’t quite just to have both Jake and Ally in the finals. But at least Connor actually left because of his ankle and also just getting away from both Jake and Ally. I thought they’d learn. But clearly they don’t. Which is just extremely upsetting to watch. Sure I’ve gotten over these eliminations Jake has caused. But in reality him winning just because he’s caused 6 ELIMINATIONS!?! Wow, this is actually something weird and interesting, AND disappointing to see. I’m not trying to attack any Jake Lovers, It’s just seeing that Jake winning for all of these pointless mistakes he has made and just decides to do barely anything with the money is just absolutely bonkers. This is one of the worst finales I have ever seen. In fact I would’ve rather seen Hunter, Gabby and Grett In the finale or even FIORE. then just see Jake having to be in the actual finale. Having him 4th place would’ve been a lot better then being in the finale. Also saying the fact that in Episode 7 he says to Ashley “It makes me think you care about Ally more than me” and in Episode 18 he’s saying to Connor during the challenge he goes to Connor “Oh, you care about Ally more than me” Jake is literally 5 years older than Ally and that says a lot. And Ally’s only 21 and she makes mistakes but she’s just a little more immature than Hunter towards midway through the series. Somehow good Characters like Lake, Hunter, Tess, Grett, And heck. GABBY TOO. Would be been a lot better than having the “Main Character” appearing in every episode. For a 26 year old he’s just so immature about people, and eliminations. In fact. HE SHOULD’VE BEEN THE FIRST ONE ELIMINATED. I literally cannot get over the fact that they got rid of a lot of good characters before the merge. Literally quite some of the most upsetting stuff I’ve ever seen. If anything I can’t wait for the motel episode in Episode 19. This season is honestly not my favourite. Good character development but anyone who’s enemies with Jake. Well they just made Jakes beef continuing nonstop which really sets off a lot of people. I don’t want either characters to win. All three are terrible people. But if I had to be honest. I’d want Ally to win because she was there for when Hunter was in all stars. Trying to care about the game. If anything. I’m really hoping Season 4 is a lot better than season 3. Extremely disappointed with how far towards the mid and then towards the end of the season turned out. I support odd nations but just please. Season 4 better have it good then Season 3. And As for Jake. Huge disappointment to me. He’s only good for a few things that’s it, other than that. Jake’s POINTLESS. End Of Rant.
Why do you just enjoy the show? A show can't put the favorite character of everybody in the final. If you vote out Riya, Jake or Ally, people who like those characters will be upset too. But make an entire analyse just to point everything againts one character is make everything turn around a single character, that is a too boring point of view. Every character is part of the story and they built it togheter with more or less waight. I did not want Ashley or Tess to be eliminated but the drama and emotional scenes they gaves us with their quit were awesome and that is something nice. A show should make us feel things, like, hate, be sad. If you want a simple story where the best and pure character wins agains the villian, just read a kid tale. End of the reply. Pd: I'm not saying your point of view is not valid, you really took your time on write it and that's cool.
These last couple episodes have just been torturous for me. Seeing two my faves go back to back and having 3 finalists that literally no one has full support for just makes me sad. Honesty dont even know who i want to win
I’m expecting a losers vote in the motel episode next time, similar to Leshawna’s elimination in TDI, in which the losers either all vote Riya, or Connor will rally everyone against her, leading to Riya leaving by the loser vote, and the finale being Jake vs Ally
Connor should've went out LAST EPISODE then this episode Grett would work with both Ally and Jake to take out Riya making the final 3 be Ally, Jake, and Grett. This would give us a hero (Jake), villain (Ally), and Grett (anti-hero).
@@AxoTheGamer Why tho? He is Petty, jealous, selfish, toxic, rude and the show treats him as if he was a good person. The difference between him and the other two is that they are potrayed as doing something bad/evil, while Jake does all of this crap and everyone praises him. He played the worst game out of the 3, he dosent deserve that win.
Okay hear me out, i am not going to say this just because i am an Ally fan, but i feel like the fault on there problems is like a 70/30 on the side of jake, even when Ally tries to talk good with jake he has always been mean to her for no reasson, and now all Jake defenders say its like "oh but she let him to die to the bear when he trusted her" and its like, yeah? And what about when Ally tried to give jake apples and he was just mean to her? When she was trying to give advices in the space challenge and jake kept trying to make her look dumb, when jake got mad at Ally just because she didn't forgave him when he showed no sign of regret?. Even in the last chapters you can see how Ally isn't even mean to jake at first and whatever she does jake starts to attack her
I completely agree, if Jake didn't start prioritizing his selfish needs, Ally wouldn't be the person she is now, she'd defo be more likeable at least - the only reason why Ally does still have some blame is when Jake was starting to improve, she never allowed him to. Not only that, when something bad happens to her it's ALWAYS Jake, she never takes the time to ask questions or even attempt to find out who did what (example, destroying her game this episode) - so I would fully agree a 70/30 split is fair
I agree with you on the Jake and Ally scenario but tbh I feel like Ally still deserves to win way more than Jake. Like Jake was the one who started their whole rivalry in the first place and Ally was still being nice to him in the beginning. Also she at least made strategic moves and had her head in the game (e.g when she switched to the Villains or especially when she took out Grett) while Jake was literally a baby for 75% of the season and was only carried along because he sucks at the game completely. The Ashley vote out was his fault as well. This is why I hate Jake so much because in this episode he proved that he hasn’t changed at all which is just sad at this point. I hope Ally or even Riya win because while yes Ally was annoying at times, she still made some strategic moves and was nice throughout the whole pre merge and also half of the post merge imo. (Sorry this is really long😅)
35:59 "Riya-Connor: Perfect!" Alright... "Ally-Jake: 💩" They HAVE to work together in the finale. "Trevor-Connor-Crystal love triangle: Amazing!" Uhh..... you mean Derek, not Connor? But yes, I'm in for this.
Great Video 🔥🔥🔥🔥 In all honesty I want *ALLY* to win Jake and Riya have been super annoying this episode and the whole season worth, THIS IS WHY I SUPPORTED YUL AND NOT JAKE & RIYA CAUSE YUL WAS BETTER THAN THEM!!!! #JusticeForHunter #JusticeForTess #JusticeForJames #JusticeForTom #JusticeForYul #JusticeForGabby #JusticeForGrett #JusticeForConnor #JusticeForLake
Even Fiore and Ellie deserve it more. I want Riya to win, but only to then see how her fans reacted to her "persona", and see how everyone actually despises her now, she'll be like "guys, it was not me, I'm different behind cameras!", but literally no one will care. And she'll endup giving up a really big part of the mobey to everyone as "sorry", no one will actually believe it, but money is money. Another fun thing that could happen os if she gets stuck undereater again, but this time no one likes her enough to save her, no Rosa, no Connor, not anyone.
Okay so everything you said about jake in this video I 100% agreed with, he's a TERRIBLE character BUT... thats why hes my favourite he's consistently the worst little asshole and i hate him but it makes me laugh how POORLY WRITTEN which is why i love him LMAO
At this point, people would rather have the motel episode than the actual finale it seems. I won't be surprised if so. Also at 34:17 I immediately regret going back in slow motion. Ally looks so strange without glasses!!!!! ×_×
As much as I was angry with Jake this episode, in the end Connor made the right call, if he couldn’t defeat Riya by himself, and he didn’t want to vote either Jake or Ally off, it was the best option in a terrible situation.
I agree with what you said about Jake, but NOT Ally. She has been a very strong player after the merge by constantly flipping between the two major alliances to focus on taking out stronger threats
The reason I think Connor didnt say anything is because he very deep down doesnt want to hurt riya, we can see that with how many chances he's given her + the looks at the end of the episode, the characters this season especially act very emotionally, no hate btw just wanted to give my perspective :3, love your reactions king
in my opinion Jake and Ally is who made all stars entertaining if every character acted logically all the time the show would be so boring, they bring entertainment to the show, more than any of the other contestants they could have brought on, (that being said Rosa being here instead of Ally could very well work), they're both very gulliable, pety, and dense people, and thats what makes the show entertaining. One more thing, idk what your experience is with all stars shows, but 9/10 the biggest stars usually go out, we see that with both James and Miriam going early, I wont spoil examples of this in real life reality shows since I dont know what you have and havent seen, but it can be seen in a lot of different shows, and usually the "wtf" picks make it far, Yul Connor etc is who id consider wtf picks, I think the writing is pretty realistic all things considered and its meant to be frustrating on purpose
I REALLY rather had Riya been going home but nope she has to be in the final three again. Yes I know Heather from the original series was a finalist twice, but at least she was far more entertaining especially in World Tour. Conner got done dirty in this episode
Well there's only one person who i want to win this hole season. J . A . K . E 26:50 😂😂 her face. Ally is just super Adorable at times. 27:32 EXACTLY !? 28:12 hey you got the finals so why dose it matter. Back in season won Miriam hasn't not a single challenge in the merge and she became the first ever winner of Disventure Camp.
I feel like this episode was made to make Ally look better than ALL the other contestants. I still enjoy Odd Nations and all they've done as they get better each and every season. Its just Ally ALSO had SO MANY opportunities to change JUST LIKE Riya has and they BOTH have ignored every attempt people have made to fix it... Ally would try to work on it but would be back to normal by the next episode. Also the fact that Ally STILL believed it was JAKE who destroyed her game, and the fact CONNOR DIDN'T THINK TO TELL ALLY SPECIFICALLY IT WAS RIYA? He literally didn't say anything and was vague about it and NO ONE thought to Tell Jake of this event??? So it was a little unfair Connor blamed Jake for messing up in the end when to Jake's knowledge, he didn't know a THING about this game... And its kind of funny Connor is like "THIS IS WAR, SHE'S NOT READY!" But very next episode "I'm done and quit... Good luck Jake and Ally." Like what!? lol.
My thoughts on the episode: Connor and Ally's scene at the beginning was really wholesome and sweet. I wish we got more of that Ally. Ally almost winning immunity was cool with the trick she used with Ashley's belt. Jake was being annoying and it felt weird Jake was being rude to Ally in the beginning despite the two times they had an interaction last episode were pretty civil(both started by Ally). I completely understand Jake has a lot of flaws with how he consistently talks about changing but almost always going back to his old ways. He annoyed me this episode but I think it was good to show Jake isn't completely developed and still holds onto the same problems from before without realizing it. Showing that he isn't perfect and is human. Connor was pretty mid other than his interactions with Ally. Connor content was pushed out the ass after his return and it felt like everything revolved around him and hardly other stories not related to him get screen time. I'm massively disappointed by how he just quits an episode after he gets injured. Grett was robbed of a potential finalist position and it felt a little sour to me. I'm not gonna talk about Riya so I'll just say that I despise her and stops polluting my screen after this season. I'm rooting for Jake personally but I wouldn't be upset over an Ally win. But if Riya wins, I might retire from Disventure Camp for a while.
I'm honestly just thinking about every chaos in the finale, connor choosing and aiden choosing jake/ally and ashley the same problem,Tom meeting jake, alec probably choosing riya,James if he still with grudge and ally wins it being the worst winner from all seasons
I can't even be mad at the characters, i'm mad at odd nations cuz whoever wrote this season and especially this episode was probably drunk cuz who writes characters like that inconsistently.....all for cheap unwanted drama.....If I would have written this season Jake would have grown a lot more, Ally would have learned to not care about what others think without tarnishing her image, Tom would have been jealous too not just Jake, the love triangle would have lasted much less time, Alec would have been in the finale, Riya would have gotten her comeuppins..................I lowkey kinda want to to do a re-write of this season
28:50 is she done harrasing him ? 29:01 YAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWN. 33:45 Connor got 5th & 16th place this season. 34:04 how dose Riya get to the finals twice. 35:11 that was an unexpected.
James & Miriam haven't won a single challenge in there firsr merge and there the two championship of borh Season. So even if Ally didn't win a challenge in the merge she still not so far in the game. I'm surprised. That she even got so far in this competition.
Okay, I just finished watching this, I agree 100% about your opinions on the writing with the whole Jake and Ally saga, but I wont lie, that ending was pretty good in my opinion. I think the finale will be okay but they could easily mess it all up by letting Riya win in an unsatisfying way. All I want is for it to be well written at this point. Riya winning would make Connor's quitting meaningless. I think the next episode will actually be the fabled 'Motel' episode but I'm not sure. At least it'll be a break from this Top 3. I'm gonna keep editing this comment later cause I have a LOT of opinions.
I just can’t believe the creators decide to let Riya be a finalist again this entire time because of her freaking plot armour Ally and Jake are basically screwed at this point but just to let you know that next episode is going to be the motel episode which I’m super duper. Excited to see Fiore and Gabby again because I missed my two babies so much and the final three is so bad as hell And I can’t believe it, they made Riya the main villain again i’m starting to hate this season. In my opinion because after episode 14, it literally changed my opinion after Gabby’s elimination and I don’t know if I should watch the finale at some point because of how bad this season is getting and the finale is going to be on the last day of August
I heard that characters like Alec and Tess were meant to make it way further than they did especially Tess. on one hand I’d prefer her being in the final three over jake or ally, on the other I’d probably hate the season more if they wrote how they did ally or Jake to Tess or any other character.
I’m gonna root for Ally at least she got brains so if she could play her cards right she might be able to outsmart Riya she may be evil but she’s not brainy
I feel liek connor is the reason people hated jake and ally this episode it could have been sovled so easily if connor told ally it wasnt jake who destroyed her game
I get what they were trying with the season and honestly i do think it moreso comes down to the same issue total drama had. Doing “all-stars” with just 2 casts will simply not lead to many interesting storylines
I deleted my comment because it was very disrespectful of me to just post my unneeded opinion. Because i too enjoy his reactions also, and I apologize for letting myself do that. 😔
Lets face the writing on the walls, Riya made it to the finale again so the audience can have a villain to root against in the finale (contrary to what some might say, Ally is not a villain).
the plots are getting repetitive with the problem of no one communicating properly 😭😭 i dont think its solely connors fault that the jake-ally drama continued this ep but i think him even saying something about riya breaking the game instead couldve changed SOMETHINGG, imo i can tolerate ally more knowing shes just written with more inconsistencies rather than this seeming in character for her. i just dont think these 3 are anywhere near my ideal final 3 esp knowing villians like yul couldve been written sm better to make it to finals against characters like gabbyy (ive seen so many alternative ideas for what the finale couldve been that personally ive preferred WAY moree) in this case, im most alright with ally winning over all given her plot for the season but even then, riyas the only one with the interesting story going on n im curious so see where it leads !!
@@AstralAnims360I thought it was on the creators twitter but Im not really sure if it was official, either way if the one I saw was actually the one Jared posted I can’t find it anymore but in any case he said he’d show it after the season finished airing
You don’t have to if you don’t want to, but just a suggestion (not trying to get in the way of the disventure camp posts) could you react to eddsworld? 😅
Wow that episode was(No pun intended) Shocking I can’t Believe Connor’s Gone & I’m very disappointed about it. I get he’s got a broken leg & All but I was seriously looking forward to see him potentially win & Finally stick it to Riya & Now We’re left with Ally,Jake & Riya 3 characters I do not like what so ever these 3 Have Done Terrible thing after Terrible thing all season I’m sorry but This Final 3 seriously Lacks Now before you all disagree with me & think I’m being harsh I’m not I respect Odd nation & I understand it’s there show so they Decide what’s what,This Is just my personal opinion & if I had to root for one of the finalist it would Be Jake but that’s mainly because he has somewhat Good qualities Unlike Alley & Riya
@@owenwilson2869 If she ends up winning the whole show, that'll solidify it. It's a good thing OddNation announced a 4th season with a brand new cast or I'd probably stopped watching if she won.
@@zeospark9715 I know I really hope Riya gets what she deserves, I know it’s hinted that Riya might Have some good in her but personally it’s to late She’s been an absolute Dirtbag all season to the point we’re I don’t think she deserves to be Forgiven or to be with Connor
You can trade Alec, Grett or Gabby to fill the antagonist finalist position and I'd be happy with any of them. Moreso Grett and Gabby because they're both amazing.
Lowkey though this season is absolute shit, it started out decent from episodes 1-8, went a bit downhill from episodes 9-11, went back uphill for episodes 12-13, and just went downhill after that and never came back up from episodes 14-18. I absolutely hate the final 3. No one deserves to win here. Jake is too predictable and boring. Ally is like Riya 2.0. And Riya is a bitch at times but she is definitely an entertaining antagonist. Still think no one here deserves it because Jake and Riya are already rich and don’t need the money, and Ally well idk but she and Jake bickered for no reason. Jake and Ally are goddamn insufferable, even Jake and Aiden arguing for a while was more tolerable than this. Lowkey Ally winning would be the most satisfying option but it would still be unsatisfying in a way if you get what I mean. If I had to rank these finalists then Riya is in the lead by a long shot, then Jake in second, and Ally in last. I surprisingly don’t dislike any of them, heck I like them all but them being in the finale is so undeserving that I just can’t deal with it, but I blame the writers for this more than the characters tbh. The only exception is Riya because she played her fucking ass off to get this far but seeing her win idk if this is just bias but it would be more unsatisfying than Jake and Ally combined.
Everyone annoyed me here in this episode Jake is once again gatekeeping his friends and getting jealous the second his friend talks to someone else. Ally is kicking off about having no friends like she didn’t just vote out the one person left who wanted to be her friend. Grett was the only one nice to her, she boots her and then complains she’s billy no mates Connor doesn’t just communicate and say riya broke the game! He also sacrificed himself for riya AGAIN making the whole recovering from the broken leg pointless. Why not med evac him, have Grett and riya boot ally or Jake, give riya 3rd and have her quit for Connor, give Jake/Ally 2nd and have Grett win Riya says she’s just doing this for Hollywood and all that but snaps Connor’s leg without a single look back, rubs stuff in Connor’s face to annoy him after almost paralysing him yet she just has one sad look without her even saying bye! They feel like they are trying to go full villain whilst giving her like 5 sad looks through 18 episodes to show “no she was good all along” which you can’t do when she shows no remorse before ep 17 they should have done it throughout the season since Connor’s return to have it get more impact as then she would get worse while still reflecting and questioning before reaching her lowest point. I feel like the seasons first half was so good but they started to fumble later on. Gabby, Alec and Grett all had rushed stories and unfinished plot for shock value eliminations. They enjoyed writing hatred between the campers but it just leads to like a half hour of people just driving each other up the wall which just gets irritating and repetitive. There was good things in this episode, Connor and riya’s interactions were incredibly written. The host saga was great. Ally got a lot better this episode with her opening up to Connor in the start but every time her and Jake are on screen together I’m tempted to fast forward as it is constantly the same and is repetitive. Jake lost the past few episodes of development purely to give riya a win in any way they could. They have riya fight Jake and Connor, run through the maze, find the shirt and get back in under 2 minutes purely to have her win and eliminate Connor. They have some great ideas but don’t prioritise them. They had a good dynamic between Alec and Connor, grett was a great game player, Connor and riya were always keeping people on their toes. They just don’t use these to their full potential and instead expand on stories that people either don’t like or get stale quick like the constant Jake and Ally fighting or the Alec and Riya “romance”. It drags the story down by prioritising the shock value and petty drama over fleshed out stories and unique plot lines
@@nasirmcgill I’m mean more that she was friendly towards her which is more than any of the others, Connor actively said last episode they couldn’t trust her, her and Jake are enemies and she betrayed Riya. She put herself in a position where she’s alone then is shocked she is alone
I personally like the final three we got. As a Jake fan, I’m still rooting for him to win. Ally being a finalist is fine with me now that she’s doing shit, and I would’ve preferred Grett over Riya, but at least we get to see Jake and Ally take her down. As for Jake, I see his behavior here as a moment of weakness or a setback in his growth. Change takes a lot of time, and while Jake did make progress with reconciling with Aiden and showing he can learn from his mistakes in the horse challenge, he’s still bound to have moments where he gives into his emotions, like when he snapped at Ally during the Tik Tok challenge and their cat fight in the rock climb challenge. I think it’s a good balance between showing Jake making progress, and showing that he’s still got work to do. For every episode where he makes progress like the superhero challenge, there’s an episode where he fucks up like the Tik Tok challenge. I actually think it would’ve been more boring if he didn’t struggle at all, because it wouldn’t feel as relatable. Ashley’s advice did stick with him I feel, but it’s mastering the art of thinking through one’s actions that’s the tough part. And despite this being Jake’s second biggest fumble, only behind Ashley’s elimination, I still have hope for him. He’s struggled sometimes, and he’s made progress sometimes. And we’ve seen several times how genuinely sweet and genuine he is like when he and Ashley talked about her farm, when he and Tom talked when Tom told Jake the truth, when Jake comforted Connor after learning how he really got his company, and when he admitted he was starting to see Aiden as a friend in the lie detector challenge. I can understand why you don’t like Jake, but I personally think there’s still hope for him to grow in the finale. The fact that he managed to reconcile with Aiden convinced me that he’s been making progress. The finale looks to be the culmination of that progress, where we see the final part of what his triumphs and his fumbles have led to. Also, about what Jake said to Connor after the challenge. I think Connor realized Jake didn’t mean what he said, and wasn’t thinking when he said it. Still hurtful, but I imagine Connor took time to think it over before elimination, and realized Jake really did consider him a kind and helpful friend. And yes, I know this is a lot. I guess I had a lot to say lol
My big problems with this season and the fact that it's an All stars season is that half of the competitors literally didn't even matter. What was the point of Hunter, Tess and Ashley? they literally provided nothing but support for the characters that would go on to be main characters this season. Even when they were in the comeback episode, they had literally no chance at coming back, and even if they did what purpose would they serve besides more setup for the main characters. the second big problem I have is Disventure camp is TERRIBLE at writing couples, literally every couple is toxic and more importantly every couple takes away from the game experience significantly. Jake is more obsessed with Tom then winning for half the season, Ally and Hunter's relationship issues literally just disappear and don't affect the game at all; Alec who was so determined to win he formed an alliance episode 2, becomes so obsessed with being friends with the same person who exposed his alliance that he tanks his game, it just makes 0 sense. In TDI , Courtney and Duncan is foreshadowed episode 4, and isn't official until episode 12. so the audience has 8 episodes of wanting them to get together before they actually do. However their relationship isn't the only thing those characters are involved in. Duncan is also a jerk to Harold for a long time and Courtney is obsessed with winning, when they finally do get together in episode 12, it's what everyone wanted BUT Harold takes that moment to rig the vote and vote out Courtney as revenge against Duncan. their relationship severely impacted the game , as if they weren't together Courtney would still be in the game, HOWEVER their whole game wasn't their relationship. They wanted to win more than anything and that's what DC is severely lacking. In an All Stars season I can count on my one hand how many people actually cared about the game, which is terrible. I really hope the ships aren't the entire focus next season or I think I may have to tap out.
I’m bored so I’m just going to give my opinion on the finale 4 Ally: she has to be one of the worst ones this season, they decided to finally write her a character and motivations UNTIL EPISODE 18 and yet she was basically a background character for most of the season and has to have a very inconsistent writing when it comes to her friendship with Riya and Grett and after Ashley left she basically wasn’t a character unless it was about Jake, I hate that episode 18 sets the viewer to want to see her win instead of Jake because it’s just lame the amount of time and work they put on Jake and the fact that he is STILL HERE and that they had to dumb him down and regress his character just in order to attempt making Ally likable, and they kinda succeed but honestly Ally being good for one episode doesn’t make her good for the 18 episodes we have behind us, also Ally deciding that Riya isn’t her friend is mad weird considering Ally is the only person who Riya showed compassion and who Riya broke her walls down with in this past episodes showing her how she feels (talking to Ally about her sister, Hollywood and feeling like a bad person) honestly if they had made Ally and Riya’s friendship thrive ain’t would have been a better way to write how this episode plays out but Riya sabotaging and being a huge villain is still good, just Jake and Ally genuinely suck. Jake: same situation to Ally, being likable for like 3 or 4 episodes does not erase how BAD he has been through most of the season and this episode was not an exception, he is a gimmick character at this point just like Ally and they exploit their insecurities when they need to so that they can benefit the other characters, while I’m happy Riya made finale, having it be because of Jake being stupid is harsh and the amount of people that thirst over his character are ridiculous, yes h has redeeming qualities but he isn’t in the right about most of the time and him just being in an endless cycle of repeating this “I need help and development arc” is boring and annoying at this point and he did NOT deserve to make finale 3, he also has to be the most severely overused cast member but that’s a problem when it comes to all the merge contestants but Jake was almost finale 4 in s1 and is now finale 3 in s3 and having by the end of this season 30 episodes of Jake just going through this arc again and again is just frustrating Connor: while I’m personally not a huge fan of his character I love him and Riya and those 2 and how they turned from lovers to enemies is the best thing out of the merge, maybe some things could have been handled better when it comes to them as a couple but they are the best storyline the merge has offered us but I have really wanted Connor OFF MY SCREEN since like the Tiktok episode because everytime he isn’t dealing with Riya he has to be one of the worst dad jokes excuse of a character and I am already upset we have an old man confirmed for DC4 already who will be giving us those jokes AGAIN, other than that his writing towards Riya is mad inconsistent sometimes, while Riya is always set on her acting and hiding that she does still have a thing for Connor and all of her evil persona and game mind very consistently Connor changes his mind about her every half of an episode and it ends up feeling a bit weird (also the amount of times he has threatened Riya in confessionals to fail is more than the amount of people that like Jake) Riya: the best character in this finale 4 in my opinion, while I am aware that she suffers the same issue that Jake has with the fact she was 2nd place and is back in the finale 3 she is better than Jake in this because she is actually interesting and her character changed “I can’t stand her” that’s the point “she treats Connor awfully” that’s the point “she hurt Connor” this is a cartoon and if Disventure Camp has to learn something it is to stop taking itself too seriously, the writing towards Riya on the past episodes has been amazing and the people who are out there saying she is inconsistent and sucks probably haven’t even taken the time to analyze her character, yes a lot of her actions are inexcusable but people need to start learning that this is a cartoon and you can like a character without supporting their actions, but in fact my only problem with Riya is how underutilized she is all of the pre merge and even some of the merge, showing more of this conflicted morals she has when it comes to acting and how she feels could have done a lot for her character earlier on the show, maybe showing her feel remorse of voting Connor out instead of Yul in episode 6 or subtle things like that to show her humanity to not make the audience feel completely confused when she actually does like in the lie detector or the perfume scene people I’m this fandom go around saying that “Aiden is a writers pet” “Riya being here is fan service” without even knowing what the words mean, the fandom has turned extremely toxic and thirsty for content and feeling satisfied, Aiden’s placement made sense and the people who say Riya being in the finale is fan service are the same people who have been the whole season death threatening a fake character in a cartoon and I assure you that the public opinion on Riya was NEVER and still isn’t to a lot “she should make the finale” and that is the opposite of fan service
Jake should have had better writing this season. Jake should have left over Tom. Ellie/Gabby should be in this final 4. I can’t wait for this season to be over so we can start season 4 with a new cast. Hopefully they don’t mess it up bc season 2 has better writing than all stars
I had a lot to say about this episode, don't take what I say as hating on Odd Nation! I am grateful for the series and Disventure Camp as a whole, I just think they missed so many marks this series.
its so sad, this season had so much potential but they just decided to screw it up for no absolute reason
@@vaniontop while I respect your own personal opinion on the 2nd season I’m gonna have to disagree with you
The season Was really good to begin With & had a lot of Great Moments & storylines. It’s just episodes 9-12 was Not terrible but just annoying Seeing Caleb constantly Trying to win back Priya but always screwing it up the only highlights from those episodes were The Hockey Bros & Julia(Although I don’t like how we never saw Julia do All the sneaky stuff she said she did)
And I actually Don’t mind Wayne wining Mainly because He’s one of my favourite characters from characters from The Reboot but it also minds me of Owen winning in Island 2007(It also reminded me of Miriam Winning Disventure camp Season 1 from not receiving a single vote & Being a character who no one was expecting to win)
Although I do agree with your points on Disventure camp all stars no disagreeing agree there
I think Ally would have been a much better character if jake was an earlier boot.
Next week is the motel episode !!
Meaning a full episofe of all the eliminated campers
And
Ep 20 & 21 is a 2 part finale
If ally wins ima be so upset

26:05 They rewrote the elimination order in which Jake and Ally were early merge boots and Ashley, Tess, and Alec were in the finale but they ended up changing the elimination order halfway through
WHY???!!!
ASHLEY COULDVE WON!!! They should've stuck with this cod Ashley is my favourite character, Tess had so much potential this season and Alec was great this Season.
Where did you hear that?
@midnalazuli793 idk but I also heard everything pre Tess wasn't changed but everything after Tess even the comeback winner was changed. Idk where they heard the finalists from though
@@Ashley_DC26
Honestly, don’t believe everything you hear unless it comes from the very top or a confirmed reliable source.
I feel we reached a high high in episode 13 and it feels ep 14-18 have took a massive downfall in the season
I think most of us agree gabby or grett would of been the best options to win this season
Grett had the perfect arc , after being treated like complete shit and standing up for herself thanks to gabby and then gabby leaving had the perfect winner edit for grett it essentially gave that impression with her strategy So for ally And jake to randomly team up against grett and then go back to their regular fights is annoying AF
And the other option most peoples fave gabby
She had sm going on, her revenge arc when ellie was eliminated really kept the season entertaining while we had the dragged out plots of
Tomjakeaiden & Grett and yul
So gabby adding an interesting complex arc was so good bc it was in character for gabby
And the whole grett and gabby dynamic was really wholesome from going to enemies to friends
Gabby had sm winner potential from winning for ellie, helping grett get away from yul, playing both sides of villiand and heroes which had sm potential and blocking out her evil persona but her exit felt so rushed...
All in all
Looking at this season as a whole it feels they relied on 21 eps and then dragged on loads of plots for too long or completely rushed some..
Nah let's be honest they're gonna cater to the Jake fans and throw all that set up to the trash like they always do lol.
@@TheGreatDetectiveKnowsprobably, I’d rather have Riya win than jake
@@Mirarosie Riya at least played the game well. While Jake was petty and cried about anything
This is the first video that came out on my birthday by a channel I'm subbed too! Starting the day off with this reaction!
Happy birthday!!
YES THANK YOU- I find the Trevor stuff WAY MORE interesting than the utter irritation I get from Jake and Ally
I've been in denial about this episode
this episode was actually good in my opinion. Having the 3 characters people didn’t want to make finale is just absolutely hilarious to me. Personally i love the final 3, but i get why people might be annoyed
Even if Riya is the only one I can truly says deserves the finale position I love this finale 3 and I’m so excited for the finale
Grett was robbed for this????? nahhhhh
@@CapeeyConnor will come back to bite Riya and be her only supporter so she has no other choice and he can make sure she losses to Ally and Jake, which I will hate if she actually does since out of the 3 characters we have left Riya all the way but if she does lose like this I hope they give closure to her character and arc with Connor as it should be done, she is far beyond being redeemed but a closure to her character needs to happen, even more considering we are not seeing her again in the mini series post show
finally someone who also likes the conriya plot! Also I'm so excited for the upcoming motel episode should be lots of fun.
Always looking forward to your reaction! ❤
Jake and Ally literally makes my blood boil to the point where I actually want the villain to win ngl
Tbh I feel like Aiden should’ve won lol
At this point I’d rather Aiden win 😂
12:52 the sounds she makes when she gets shocked.
Final 4 we deserved:
Grett
Ashley
Tom
Lake
(Gabby and Tess could replace Tom or Lake aswell)
NO PLEASE
These last couple episodes have just been torturous for me. Seeing two my faves go back to back and having 3 finalists that literally no one has full support for just makes me sad. Honesty dont even know who i want to win
I’m expecting a losers vote in the motel episode next time, similar to Leshawna’s elimination in TDI, in which the losers either all vote Riya, or Connor will rally everyone against her, leading to Riya leaving by the loser vote, and the finale being Jake vs Ally
They said it’s a final 3 challenge meaning they won’t vote in episode 19
Connor should've went out LAST EPISODE then this episode Grett would work with both Ally and Jake to take out Riya making the final 3 be Ally, Jake, and Grett. This would give us a hero (Jake), villain (Ally), and Grett (anti-hero).
episode 18 was actually really good tbh ally or riya deserves to win
No
@@AxoTheGamer yes
Anyone but Jake deserves it
@@pandora2307 helll no I rather Jake then the other 2
@@AxoTheGamer Why tho? He is Petty, jealous, selfish, toxic, rude and the show treats him as if he was a good person. The difference between him and the other two is that they are potrayed as doing something bad/evil, while Jake does all of this crap and everyone praises him. He played the worst game out of the 3, he dosent deserve that win.
I’m more interested in the side plot then the actual plot
Same here, lol
To be honest im surprised no on etried punching riya, she literally just twisted connors ankle.
27:22 She electrocuted him for breaking sticks she made for a game

"Riya-Connor: Perfect!" Alright...
"Ally-Jake: 💩" They HAVE to work together in the finale.
"Trevor-Connor-Crystal love triangle: Amazing!" Uhh..... you mean Derek, not Connor? But yes, I'm in for this.

Great Video 🔥🔥🔥🔥
In all honesty I want *ALLY* to win Jake and Riya have been super annoying this episode and the whole season worth, THIS IS WHY I SUPPORTED YUL AND NOT JAKE & RIYA CAUSE YUL WAS BETTER THAN THEM!!!!
Im a huge Riya fan but i wouldnt be disappointed if Ally won either AS LONG AS ITS NOT JAKE😡😡😡
Why Jake ?
@@zyairejones1820 Im still feeling bitter from his past episodes like how ONE of his reasons for causing Ashley(My original pick) to get eliminated😑
Okay so everything you said about jake in this video I 100% agreed with, he's a TERRIBLE character

he's consistently the worst little asshole and i hate him but it makes me laugh how POORLY WRITTEN which is why i love him LMAO
At this point, people would rather have the motel episode than the actual finale it seems. I won't be surprised if so.
Also at 34:17 I immediately regret going back in slow motion. Ally looks so strange without glasses!!!!! ×_×
Trevek is canon, so this ep gets a 10/10!✨
As much as I was angry with Jake this episode, in the end Connor made the right call, if he couldn’t defeat Riya by himself, and he didn’t want to vote either Jake or Ally off, it was the best option in a terrible situation.
Bro said trevor connor crystal love triangle😂36:05
Ally e Jake são muito parecidos que eu até gosto e espero que seja os dois na final, acho que no próximo episódio irá melhorar, torço para Ally
Well there's only one person who i want to win this hole season. J . A . K . E
26:50 😂😂 her face.
Good luck Jake and Ally." Like what!? lol.
riya has made this season BEYOND interesting. the best DC main antagonist
Finally someone gets it!
Riya does a good job at being the villain but they couldve replaced her with any other villain
I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS
17:26 It's if he'd rather vote out Jake or Ally
My thoughts on the episode:
Connor and Ally's scene at the beginning was really wholesome and sweet.
He needs to react to the other episodes
I'm honestly just thinking about every chaos in the finale, connor choosing and aiden choosing jake/ally and ashley the same problem,Tom meeting jake, alec probably choosing riya,James if he still with grudge and ally wins it being the worst winner from all seasons
Tbh after finale, creators will post original boot order and who was original final 3
Yo the reaction king, where you at? The last 3 episodes were already posted. You didn’t watch them?
25:55 it’s almost like total drama all stars
bro if Connor wanted them to stop bickering, why tf wouldn't he just tell Ally that Riya was the one who destroyed the game & framed Jake????
U need to react to the next episodes!
I have to say this is the finale of brats
Hot take
I want Jake to win so Miriam and him get money again
Yo it's been two weeks are you okay I am worried :
He's away right now but he said in a community post that once he comes back he'll be uploading more reactions!
@@-littlesquare-1987 he said 2 weeks it’s been more then that and I felt worried if he was ok or not
I think would have been more fan service if the writters would have keep Grett and make her win and it would have made it more boring and predictable
The motel episode is a worth while reaction i’d say. Not saying you have to continue or anything but it’s way better than this episodes quality 😭
I cannot believe the Final 3 consists my Least Favourite characters this season...
I get what they were trying with the season and honestly i do think it moreso comes down to the same issue total drama had. Doing “all-stars” with just 2 casts will simply not lead to many interesting storylines
I was here for you putting Ally & Jake in their place. Their rivalry is so tiresome and annoying. Atp I’m rooting for Riya to win.
WHERES THE OTHER REACTIONS WHERE RU 😭
The only way I'd be satisfied with Jake winning is if he splits the prize money with Ashley.
writers try not to use jake as a plot device challenge
Omg
At least you ain’t putting the hate on one character and you at least hate Jake and Ally I guess equally.
18:31 Yep. 18:39 dude come on. 18:57 yeah Jaka his payback. 19:20 Oh That B*!([
When are you going to react to the rest??
26:04 the creator revealed the original elimination order and to my opinion it is somehow WAY worse than what we have right now
Wait where did they reveal it at?
@@AstralAnims360I thought it was on the creators twitter but Im not really sure if it was official, either way if the one I saw was actually the one Jared posted I can’t find it anymore but in any case he said he’d show it after the season finished airing
@@antoeab ok, thank you
Chop chop reaction kind 4-3 new episodes put
Are u home yet
You don’t have to if you don’t want to, but just a suggestion (not trying to get in the way of the disventure camp posts) could you react to eddsworld? 😅
Wow that episode was(No pun intended) Shocking
I can’t Believe Connor’s Gone & I’m very disappointed about it. I get he’s got a broken leg & All but I was seriously looking forward to see him potentially win & Finally stick it to Riya & Now We’re left with Ally,Jake & Riya 3 characters I do not like what so ever these 3 Have Done Terrible thing after Terrible thing all season I’m sorry but This Final 3 seriously Lacks
Now before you all disagree with me & think I’m being harsh I’m not I respect Odd nation & I understand it’s there show so they Decide what’s what,This Is just my personal opinion & if I had to root for one of the finalist it would Be Jake but that’s mainly because he has somewhat Good qualities Unlike Alley & Riya
I agree Jake is the only one I actually like because he went through good character development. Ally is just meh and Riya has overstayed her welcome.
@@zeospark9715 I know I wonder if Riya is the writers favourite character because this is the 2nd time she’s been in the finale
Everyone annoyed me here in this episode
Jake is once again gatekeeping his friends and getting jealous the second his friend talks to someone else.
Ally is kicking off about having no friends like she didn’t just vote out the one person left who wanted to be her friend. Grett was the only one nice to her, she boots her and then complains she’s billy no mates
Connor doesn’t just communicate and say riya broke the game! He also sacrificed himself for riya AGAIN making the whole recovering from the broken leg pointless. Why not med evac him, have Grett and riya boot ally or Jake, give riya 3rd and have her quit for Connor, give Jake/Ally 2nd and have Grett win
Riya says she’s just doing this for Hollywood and all that but snaps Connor’s leg without a single look back, rubs stuff in Connor’s face to annoy him after almost paralysing him yet she just has one sad look without her even saying bye!
Grett was never Ally's friend. Grett was playing the middle ground in the game, using Ally for an extra vote.
@@nasirmcgill I’m mean more that
she was friendly towards her which is more than any of the others, Connor actively said last episode they couldn’t trust her, her and Jake are enemies and she betrayed Riya.
Do you have a favorite character yet?
I’m bored so I’m just going to give my opinion on the finale 4
Ally: she has to be one of the worst ones this season, they decided to finally write her a character and motivations UNTIL EPISODE 18 and yet she was basically a background character for most of the season and has to have a very inconsistent writing when it comes to her friendship with Riya and Grett and after Ashley left she basically wasn’t a character unless it was about Jake, I hate that episode 18 sets the viewer to want to see her win instead of Jake because it’s just lame the amount of time and work they put on Jake and the fact that he is STILL HERE and that they had to dumb him down and regress his character just in order to attempt making Ally likable, and they kinda succeed but honestly Ally being good for one episode doesn’t make her good for the 18 episodes we have behind us, also Ally deciding that Riya isn’t her friend is mad weird considering Ally is the only person who Riya showed compassion and who Riya broke her walls down with in this past episodes showing her how she feels (talking to Ally about her sister, Hollywood and feeling like a bad person) honestly if they had made Ally and Riya’s friendship thrive ain’t would have been a better way to write how this episode plays out but Riya sabotaging and being a huge villain is still good, just Jake and Ally genuinely suck.
Jake: same situation to Ally, being likable for like 3 or 4 episodes does not erase how BAD he has been through most of the season and this episode was not an exception, he is a gimmick character at this point just like Ally and they exploit their insecurities when they need to so that they can benefit the other characters, while I’m happy Riya made finale, having it be because of Jake being stupid is harsh and the amount of people that thirst over his character are ridiculous, yes h has redeeming qualities but he isn’t in the right about most of the time and him just being in an endless cycle of repeating this “I need help and development arc” is boring and annoying at this point and he did NOT deserve to make finale 3, he also has to be the most severely overused cast member but that’s a problem when it comes to all the merge contestants but Jake was almost finale 4 in s1 and is now finale 3 in s3 and having by the end of this season 30 episodes of Jake just going through this arc again and again is just frustrating
Connor: while I’m personally not a huge fan of his character I love him and Riya and those 2 and how they turned from lovers to enemies is the best thing out of the merge, maybe some things could have been handled better when it comes to them as a couple but they are the best storyline the merge has offered us but I have really wanted Connor OFF MY SCREEN since like the Tiktok episode because everytime he isn’t dealing with Riya he has to be one of the worst dad jokes excuse of a character and I am already upset we have an old man confirmed for DC4 already who will be giving us those jokes AGAIN, other than that his writing towards Riya is mad inconsistent sometimes, while Riya is always set on her acting and hiding that she does still have a thing for Connor and all of her evil persona and game mind very consistently Connor changes his mind about her every half of an episode and it ends up feeling a bit weird (also the amount of times he has threatened Riya in confessionals to fail is more than the amount of people that like Jake)
Riya: the best character in this finale 4 in my opinion, while I am aware that she suffers the same issue that Jake has with the fact she was 2nd place and is back in the finale 3 she is better than Jake in this because she is actually interesting and her character changed “I can’t stand her” that’s the point “she treats Connor awfully” that’s the point “she hurt Connor” this is a cartoon and if Disventure Camp has to learn something it is to stop taking itself too seriously, the writing towards Riya on the past episodes has been amazing and the people who are out there saying she is inconsistent and sucks probably haven’t even taken the time to analyze her character, yes a lot of her actions are inexcusable but people need to start learning that this is a cartoon and you can like a character without supporting their actions, but in fact my only problem with Riya is how underutilized she is all of the pre merge and even some of the merge, showing more of this conflicted morals she has when it comes to acting and how she feels could have done a lot for her character earlier on the show, maybe showing her feel remorse of voting Connor out instead of Yul in episode 6 or subtle things like that to show her humanity to not make the audience feel completely confused when she actually does like in the lie detector or the perfume scene
people I’m this fandom go around saying that “Aiden is a writers pet” “Riya being here is fan service” without even knowing what the words mean, the fandom has turned extremely toxic and thirsty for content and feeling satisfied, Aiden’s placement made sense and the people who say Riya being in the finale is fan service are the same people who have been the whole season death threatening a fake character in a cartoon and I assure you that the public opinion on Riya was NEVER and still isn’t to a lot “she should make the finale” and that is the opposite of fan service
20:15 They really forced this rivalry and it's annoying

HELLO
bro u alive😭?
Jake should have had better writing this season. Jake should have left over Tom. Ellie/Gabby should be in this final 4. I can’t wait for this season to be over so we can start season 4 with a new cast. Hopefully they don’t mess it up bc season 2 has better writing than all stars
You’re gonna react to more BFDI?
Agreed like can jake and ally both shut the hell up like its not even fun anymore
