Suffolk constabulary will have a challenge on their hands soon, when they have to deal with the consequences of their negligence and incompetence with regards to a child abuse case which they did nothing about and did nothing when the abuser attacked the child with a knife and ended up causing the victim to suffer from depression, which has led to the victim attempting suicide.
