I promise to myself that i will try all your recipes as long as I have the necessary ingredients. Keep on sharing your skills. Just a suggestion can you please add what size of baking pan you need to use for each particular recipe? Thanks and God bless! More recipes to come.
Daisy Mae Bulatao-fuertez Glad everyone like the pandan cake :D I do make it appoint to mention what pan size I used , there might be a few video that I forgot to mention it sorry, but I am always able to answer any inquiries. :D
FitAnge S thank you, yes I do buy them in the asian grocery store, it can be pretty easy to miss it since it comes in a small bottle , I usually ask the sales lady for the aisle on where to find it :D
I will definitely try this recipe and also your ube custard cake. If I am going to use one 10×3 round pan how will be the conversion of the recipe? Thanks for sharing your talent.
Daisy Mae Bulatao-fuertez based on my experience (just me alone) I will just make 2 batch of the recipe since I am not that knowledgable converting recipes into a bigger pan, plus I wanna make sure that the recipe will be successful , I may have extra batter at the end but I will just bake it in a smaller pan, or I'll just bake the same recipe in one pan, it will be the same only it will not be as tall as the 8 inch cake pan will produce. So sorry this is the best answer I can give hope this help.
Hi! I just made this but when I took it out of the oven, it looked fluffy and soft, but after a few minutes it deflated :( I'm quite certain that I did not overmix, but I did add baking soda. Is it because of the baking soda I added or I may have overmixed it?
Anna Liezl Nanez hi thanks for your feedback :D, I really do want to make a video on cake decorating but I am not really good at it I need to practice more :D
I made this for my mum's birthday and everyone loved it. Thank you for the recipe! My sponge wasn't as light as I wanted it, is there something I could be doing wrong or I could do better?
+Helen Wong pre heating the oven before you start making the cake is really important, do not over mix avoid bursting all the pockets in the eggwhites or meringue.
I just found your channel thank you so much for converting into cups. You are very talented did you teach yourself all about baking? I am from the southern US and really enjoy your videos!! My Sweet Ambitions , thank you so much for your reply. Would it be possible if I'll use pandan extract from boiled pandan leaves? We have lots of pandan in our place. thank you.

+Mayleen Pineda make your own cake flour All you need are two ingredients from the pantry - all-purpose flour and cornstarch. Here's how to do it - Take one level cup of AP flour, remove two tablespoons, and then add two tablespoons of cornstarch back in. Be sure to sift the flour to distribute the cornstarch well before using it in your cake batter.
Thanks po for the reply. I will try to research na lng for the conversion. Cause as of the moment the available pan i have is 9×3 and 10×3. I'll send feedbacks once I tied it. 😊

The only reason I asked is because when I did your ube chiffon cake, you had the baking powder as one of the ingredients.
