    I really needed to hear this because I am embarrassed by both my shame and rage responses to trauma and abuse. And even the whole concept of being compassionate to myself. Thank you 💖😊

      I feel you, shame can be extremely paralyzing. This is an amazing tip for self-compassion at impossible times..
