I used to be OBSESSED I mean obsesssseeeeddd with mukbang videos from left and right, but I stopped watched entirely. EXCEPT I can never stop watching your videos Megan, I just love listening to you talk and your topics are always so interesting to listen to! I haven't even watched the entire video yet, but honestly thank you for sharing your new life update with us about with being pescatarian! I actually relate to this because I've struggled with bingeing and anorexia as well, so then I ended up being vegetarian/pescatarian on and off but now I don't label myself. I never really crave any meat other than like fried chicken LOL so if I'm craving that sometimes, I'll have it because it's way less stress for me to just not limit myself with food because of the relationship I've had with food all my life. I'm excited for you and I love watching your videos regardless! ALSO your makeup looks amazing!!

I usually get sad when people go back to meat (I do it for the animals and the environment) but in this case I’m happy for you. Do what’s best for you and eat what makes you happy and healthy. But if along your journey you find your way back to being vegan/vegetarian for the right reasons, that’s great too :)

So crazy bc when I saw your video about moving to NYC and I thought to myself: they should move to LA bc it’s so much more livable here and our weather is amazing. My bf just moved to LA from NYC last year and he’s been so happy. He’s a native New Yorker and loves it there too but was so tired of the weather.
I am going through the same thing diet wise! You have to find what makes you happy and that doesn’t make you feel like you’re restricted by anything. Good for you for reflecting and listening to yourself.
i’m currently a pescatarian and i have been since august of last year and it’s definitely challenging sometimes to get protein in but there really isn’t anything i feel like i’m missing out on... so, so far i love it but who knows? maybe things will change and i’ll want to eat meat again, and there’s no shame in that! proud of you girl, definitely don’t want you to ever feel threatened by the UA-cam community for your own choices in life! you’re killing it 🙌🏼

Barbell Brigade was made by some of my favorite UA-camrs Geo and Bart who wanted to make a gym that was more relaxed and allowed people to feel welcomed and able to slam weights and yell if needed. I've only been once but I loved the atmosphere.

I just love your videos! What you eat doesn’t matter. Eat, whatever makes you feel good! This does clear up, some confusion I had, with some of your videos. I have been eating plant based, for over a month. I did it for weight loss, and a cleaner way of eating. Looking forward, to more of your vlogs! 😊❤️
I know I’m late to the game but I do like your channel and your style and thank you so much for opening up about your eating disorder I feel that more and more people here are opening up the past couple of years about either eating disorders and it’s I don’t know the correct word for it just I’ve suffered with an eating disorder my entire life I inherited it from my mother and it’s just nice to know that we are not alone even though it feels like we are alone in our heads all day every day but we aren’t alone so thank you for sharing

I am so glad you opened up about the vegetarian thing! I struggled with an ED for years. I was a vegetarian/vegan for 9 years. I started with eating eggs again and then I incorporated chicken and fish almost 2 years ago and honestly not having that “restriction” of being vegetarian/vegan is so FREEING. I eat chicken every day and my relationship with food has improved vastly since I’ve opened myself up to having meat. I’m really happy, I hope the same for you. Always love your videos and you 💕 keep it up

I totally feel you on the veganism/ being afraid of food. I was in the same exact mindset when I was vegan for 2 years. Wasn’t healthy for me or my mental health. Switched to being vegetarian which works for me lol. You do you girl! Thank you for sharing your story 💕

I’ve never related more. I’ve learned there is no “normal” way to eat or a “normal relationship “ with food but what is real is FOOD FREEDOM and that’s what I’m working towards. (And tbh watching mukbangs helped me bc I was like ok these people can eat 10,000 cals + in a day and fucking SURVIVE like I can eat a little extra or eat something bad or indulge or just simply ENJOY food !!!!)

i have been vegetarian myself for about 3 years now, and I became vegetarian for similar reason as yours but mine was to lose weight, and eventually I thought I will start eating meat again whenever I lose the weight after like a year or smth. Well, here I am 3 years later, still vegetarian, and maybe I have had the wrong idea at the begging but I don’t think that there’s a bad one. All I am trying to say is that it’s your diet, your decision, your body and the most important this is your choice and not anyone else’s. And good on you that u actually spoke about this, I know it would require me soooo much strength and braveness and you just admitted that, so be proud of yourself because you tried and you experienced that and you came true to yourself!!!!

Hey Megan I doubt you'll see this but I'm happy for you and Sara about planning on moving to LA and thank you for opening up about not being vegetarian or pescatarian anymore. I will never stop supporting you because of your food choices and I'm also debating not being vegetarian anymore for similar reasons (I don't have an eating disorder I just get so anxious and can't gain weight to the point I feel weak and faint and I sometimes feel restricted and wonder if I could gain weight easier if I just went back to eating meat.) But no matter what you tried your hardest and put effort to try to make the diet/lifestyle work. It ain't for everyone and any reduction of meat/dairy still makes a huge difference!! Anyways love you and so excited for what the future hold for you💞😌

I've been experiencing the same thing, 3 years vegan and probably 3 years of eating disordered behaviours. Props to you for trying to discover what works for you, i'm doing the same and hopefully this will make those who are vegan or vegetarian, reflect on the reasons behind making that choice.
