As a Masterclass sportingclays shooter and NSCA level 2 instructor, I have found an innovative approach that takes your style of shooting and makes the targets feel slower and easier. While doing this I will bring out your natural talent. These are some of basic fundamentals that I teach that can accelerate the learning curve.
Everyone who has taken a lesson from me has seen this passion for shooting and teaching. This makes a fun time on the range learning how to break more targets.
Thank you, Dean.
Dean,
I thought the method you use, is based on the clay discipline, so swing through for trap, which I use, pull away for sporting clays and sustained lead for skeet. I mostly shoot trap, but some sporting clays which I really like. Would you recommend trying all 3 methods for any clay discipline to see what works better?
In sporting there’s times you want to use different methods. The way I look at it is. What’s the easiest method to break this target. I would recommend experimenting with different methods to find that easy method.
