Zbrush for the rest of us | Posing using masking
In ZBrush, posing using masking with the transpose line is a technique used to manipulate and adjust the pose of a 3D model. This technique is particularly useful when working with character or creature models that need to be posed in various positions without altering their underlying geometry. The "transpose line" is a tool in ZBrush that helps you achieve this type of posing.
In ZBrush one of the first things we teach is how to mask well. If you learn this it helps you in lots of ways in the future so take your time with that part.

Once the head and eyes are tilted, can we update the mirror plane so we can keep sculpting the face and adjust eyes in a symmetrical way?

Too bad Zbrush still in 2023 has no way to go back and pose masked parts and keep pivot points. I will not use Zbrush for posing until then.
